All went really well Vidal was our service rep and did a really good job. He told us in the beginning that he was new but you would never know it. If he did not have the answers he was quick to find the answer then get the info to use in a timely manner. Any time we called he answered our calls and was extremely polite and professional.

I was very pleased with the service from Tyler Grantz and the Mid-Atlantic Construction teams. Tyler worked with our insurance adjuster and filed all the paperwork. My insurance company had taken more than two months for this process, but Tyler kept me updated with everything and explained to me every step along the way. He was very professional, responsive, and personable. The workers were hard working and professional to get the job well done. Tyler definitely is a great asset to the company. It went well. Their representative, Dalton, was a very professional, responsive, and personable employee. He definately is a credit to the company. My only recommendation is that they not work so late into the evening so that the employees and customer have some off time.

Dave was great from start to finish! My insurance company had taken months for this process but he kept me up to speed with everything and explained to me what to expect every step along the way. He also sat down with me and went over my options, told me how the process worked and what to expect. He was always personable and professional. I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Construction if your ever in need of a new roof. Their workers worked hard, all day and did a great job cleaning up. Dave made sure I was satisfied and happy with my roof and I was! It made my house look completely different in a great way! I couldn’t get a response from the salesman, I called and called they wouldn’t return my calls. I finally hired another company and MAC is suing me for breach of contract. I lost confidence in them. My worries were if they didn’t return my calls during the decision making. I didn’t trust them to return my calls after the work was done. Also the Sakes person lied about Sub contractors vs company employees. He said my windo guy was a MAC employee but the representative that measured my windows said her was a subcontractor. I never got a good quote for the windows until after weeks of asking and lots of complaints. And threats from the office Manager and my salesmen. I don’t know how their work would have been. I didn’t trust them. They threaten law suits . I am paying them for breach of contract

We were very happy with the service from Mid-Atlantic Construction. Adam Delimba from MAC was very helpful during the entire roof replacement process. He worked with our insurance adjuster and filed all the paperwork. The day before our scheduled new roof, the company brought all the supplies and staged them for the next day of deconstruction of the old and replacement for the new. We were pleased with the efficiency of all the workers. They clean up around the house and took care of nails on the floor. We would definitely recommend this company for roof replacement.

The supplement request yI was really excited to work with MAC to get my roof changed. We started on 03/04/2020 after signing a paper which I was told is to authorize MAC a right to represent to insurance company and there is no legal binding. MAC stated that once insurance company approves your claim, we will go ahead with roof replacement with upgraded shingles and a promotional offer. My claim was approved and my first payment was issued on 03/12/2020. MAC reached out to me and said that the estimate is low and they want to further negotiate with insurance company. On 04/09/2020 a revised estimate was shared with me by my insurance company. Now this time MAC called me and told that they won't be replacing my garage roof and the approved estimate is low. And if I want to get my garage replaced, either I have to pay from out of my pocket or file a new claim. I was shocked as I was not planned for this situation. MAC representative came again and took garage pictures. And then there was a long wait. In the mean while, I called my insurance company and they told me that the supplement request your contractor sent in was only for the roof of the main house. This is a usual trap that some contractors go for after approval and suggested me to take second opinion from some other contractor. I waited for 10-11 weeks and when there was no response, I reached out to another contractor and he was glad to do the roof replacement for my home and garage in the approved estimate within a week. For almost 12 weeks this thing was delayed by MAC just for more money and to exploit the situation. On top of this, when I told MAC that I don't want to go ahead with this anymore, I was threatened to pay a breach of contract fee of 30% of approved estimate (approx $3550) and was with court order. This is highly unethical and unprofessional. I gave MAC 3 months to work on this case, and they just used it to mint more and more money. They had least concern that my roof is getting damaged further with every rain/storm and could damage my house.

We liked the easy going, non pressure sales tactic that Brandon demonstrated. MAC worked with our insurance adjuster and filed all the paperwork. Our insurance company said that MAC seemed like a great company to work with because all the paperwork was filed with precision. We would definitely recommend this company for roof replacement.

Mid Atlantic Construction of VA & MD did a great job on our roof and gutters! Brandon helped us understand the changes that needed to be made in how our roof was installed previously as well as helping manage the insurance adjuster and claims process. Brandon and his crew were timely and got the job done in good time. The cleanup was through and the new roof looks wonderful!

Excellent Team was so efficient, staring with Kourtni (with the Blue Hair)and Nolan down through the site crew foreman and 4 Great Team members. There was no," 0" damage to our plants, decks and furniture Entire crew was approachable, friendly, professional and excellent at their jobs As there was rain forecast for late afternoon they arrived on time and set to work only uncovering what they knew could be completed before the rain. MAC replaced the roof on my house after it was damaged in a wind storm. They came within few hours of the first call to lay tarp on the roof. They only work on your house if insurance agrees to cover the damages or full roof replacement. They are very clear about it upfront which is good for the customer. They will work with you, your insurance company, and any insurance adjuster throughout this process. Going through insurance can take few months, but they understand this process well, and work it patiently throughout.

We are very pleased with the quality of the work and love our new roof. The project manager helped us select the shingle color and had many photos of client roofs so we could see what it would look like. The installation was not without hiccups like the roofing sub contractor showing up unexpectedly on a Saturday morning after not showing up on Thursday. An unexpected change in project manager. They also managed to damage my gutter screens. However, MAC replaced them all for free making the situation right. The project manager Nolan worked hard to make thing right. I would give my business to any company that stands by it’s work and fixes any mistakes without having g to be asked. So I would use them again.

MAC was in our area and offered to do our roof inspection. We worked with our insurance company, got the inspection done and insurance company sent the check. Since then we contact our rep several times, left voice messages, spoke on the phone to schedule the work. The rep would promise a call back but with over 3 months we have not been able to schedule anything. I have never worked for a company like this.

Good work! Need to work more on customer’s services

I don’t know why I opened the door when the Gentleman from MAC construction came by to tell us they were in the neighborhood, but I did. A few weeks later, a friend of ours posted some information and told us how happy they were with their new roof. When I called back to Aaron at MAC, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but he really got the job done. Our wind (and hail) damage was severe enough to warrant a new roof. The installation took just over 1 day and everything seems great. The guys even painted the white pipes on our roof to match the new roof we had installed. I have to say, Aaron was awesome in getting us what we needed, helping us through the insurance process, and seeing that the work was done well. MAC’s contracting crew was great and left the yard and surroundings virtually spotless. If it wasn’t for a nice new roof, you would never know they were there! If you need roof work, Aaron is efficient, respectable, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Give him a call, I think you’ll like the results.

We had hail damage to our roof and gutter in May 2016 and spent allot of time looking for a company that had good reviews and a descent price for the work. We ended up picking Mid Atlantic Construction (MAC). For the amount of work put into looking for that “right” company we could have just thrown a dart at a list of all of them and would probably have done better. At the time of this evaluation/review we just finished giving MAC their final payment! To say the least, it’s been a nightmare. They were pretty eager to get us signed up but once that happened everything slowed down with almost zero customer support from my agent or his supervisor. Response times to communications was counted in the weeks and sometimes months, not days. Then, the answers we were given or things we were told were not the truth in many instances. Just a few things that happened I’d like to point out: • Damage happened on 2 May 16 and initially met with MAC on 28 Jun 16 after extensive vetting of possible repair companies. After slow responses from our first Agent and having an Agent change, we made our initial payment mid Aug 16 and the roof was eventually put on early Nov 16 after many requests to get started. • The shingle delivery truck cut across our yard and left deep ruts. It took over 3 months to have this issue addressed. • Roofers pulled the coaxial cable out of my roof antenna instead of unscrewing it and tried to cover it up by sticking the wire back in and covering it with flashing goop. Our TV was offline for a long time until I could make a temporary fix. But, it wasn’t completely fixed/addressed professionally until 4 months after the incident. • MAC Agent called our Insurance Company asking them to lie to me about paperwork MAC was supposed to have submitted in Aug 16 for additional claims. MAC agent told me our request was denied by the Insurance Company while all the time he never submitted the required paperwork. This was all verified by insurance company and they confirmed that the Supplemental Request was finally received Aug 17. Of course, we are very disappointed with how all of this worked out. All we really wanted was to get things done quickly, professionally and without being misled or lied to.

MAC replaced our roof and gutters. They were responsive and did a thorough job on the roof and gutters. They were easy to work with and worked well with our insurance company. Aaron Joseph the PM did a great job working with us and always followed up on our questions. We had some nails left in our yard but they we’re quick to come out and clean them up. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars was because they were a little slow with scheduling. But I suspect this was because they were busy with multiple storm damaged houses. Overall I was very satisfied and we would work with them again.

When I called to setup a schedule for roofing estimate, the representative was making it difficult to schedule a time. I believe they didn’t need my business since they were busy

Earlier this year my roof and the outside of my home was damaged due to a hail storm. I spoke to at least three other companies before deciding to go with Mid Atlantic Construction (MAC) of Virginia and Maryland. Josh Spadafora (Project Manager) was very professional, and went over everything step by step, ensuring my wife and I that there were no hidden costs. The roof took two days to complete. The other repairs were spread out due to the availability of the repairmen. Our overall experience with MAC and our project manager was excellent.
