Excellent work, quality, value. MAC helped with applicable insurance claims and great job by project manager Dan L. who pulled it all together.

They never showed up after I signed a”contract” for work to be done after hail storm. Promised me the moon & the stars that they would file everything with my insurance company. Tried numerous times to contact them/my project manager. Just a storm chaser I guess. I considered it abandonment of the job and moved on to another contractor who did a great job. Probably a blessing in disguise.

Representative was responsive and the crew showed up on time. The work was performed in a professional manner. The quality of the job was good, and I have no complaints. They cleaned up after they were done. They took care not to damage anything around the house while they were working on the roof.

MAC did a great job with the roof. We did have one hiccup; some patio furniture got damaged. MAC went above and beyond to try to repair and then eventually pay to replace the furniture.

Aaron Joseph was the project manager. He was very easy to get a hold of. MAC worked with our insurance company. They did the entire roof in one day, and cleaned up very nicely.

The work was excellent once complete. However, we had to keep contacting the company to remind them about the next steps. The entire process took well over 4 months.

I gotta say I was a little worried in the beginning because the first roof they replace failed inspection. MAC without any hesitation took ownership of all the issues and replaced the entire roof again. I doubt I would have had any issues with the first roof, but the first crew that came out was new to the company. MAC took on allot of work in our neighborhood and took a gamble with hiring this crew without vetting them. They were quick to answered all my phone call, texts and emails without delay. The second roof passed inspected and looks great. I was also impressed when they removed all my furniture of my deck and around the pool. They even covered the pool. When they cleaned up, they put everything in its place and you wouldn’t even know it was moved. Thanks to Tyler Grantz and Dave Stroll for their professionalism and promise to make it right attituded.

the company did a great job providing a quality product. The installation went as planned. We worked with Tyler Gantz to get the project scheduled and approved thru our insurance company. Tyler did a great job getting everything documented, approved and scheduled. The company did a great job during the installation and even returned several weeks later after we had had our shutters painted so they could reinstall them.

Roof was stocked and replaced the next day. Tyler Grantz was great to work with. All messages returned very fast and great communications by him.

MAC representative Brian Keith Gray came out and looked at the damage. He made it sound like once the insurance company took a look the fix would be immediate. The insurance company came out right away and did their part. Well...3 months and several cancellations from MAC later, nothing has been done and we can barely get anyone from the company on the phone.

First roof repair failed a roof inspection by a roofing inspector. Failed roof was removed and new roof was installed. Second roof failed roofing inspection by same roofing inspector. Minor roof issues were corrected by MAC. To the credit of MAC, they owned up to the faulty inspections and responded to my emails, text messages and telephone calls in a timely manner. Brian Newcomb, Dave Stroll and Tyler Grantz handled all issues and resolutions in a professional manner. One reason for the issues I encountered was the large volume of work they had to finish. In my community, they were the most prevalent roofing company.

Communication was excellent. mid Atlantic handled all communication with my insurance company, which was very convenient. If you are thinking of hiring MAC I would highly reccomend

Due to lack of response, and failure to do anything in a timely manner, and missed appointments we had to terminate our arrangement with them. It dragged on for almost four months.

Everything went just fine. They helped with the insurance claim and replaced the roof and vents in one day. I expected to have to wait once I signed the contract realizing that I was not their only customer with all of the hail damaged roofs in our area. Was about three months from the day I signed the contract to them installing the roof. Project manager was very responsive and the workers were very considerate and cleaned up very well after they were done.

There was a hail storm that caused damage to many house in the area and MAC ended up doing several jobs in the neighborhood. My first meeting was when Dan (project manager) knocked on my door to offer a free roof inspection. Since there was suspected hail damage in many areas, they offered to assist me in working with my insurance company through the process. Dan took care of pretty much everything with the insurance company during that first visit. He called and scheduled an inspection with the insurance adjuster and then came back out on the day of that inspection. It was clear that he and the company had been through this many times before, so it made the whole experience very easy from my end. Dan informed me of how everything would work up front and the process pretty much worked exactly like he said. Once the insurance claim was approved, another person came out from the company and we picked out the style of shingles we wanted. It did take a couple of months after ordering the shingles to get the job scheduled, but it was because they were doing so many jobs in the area because of the storm damage. The job took two days and it appears the work was done very well. We have had no issues so far. Dan was my main point of contact through the entire process and was very helpful throughout. Their knowledge and experiences in helping homeowners through insurance claim was very helpful to me.

Professional, friendly, and totally informative. They contacted our insurance company with us there and left us with contacts and exactly what to expect. They did all that was promised and expected, were always friendly, and went beyond expectations to make the process smooth. We could not be happier with the results.

The workers did a great job. They were very respectful of our property and cleanliness. We had one bush damaged (few branches broken off in the middle, looks like something/someone may have fell into it), but other than that no other issues). We replaced the roof with architectural shingles and the siding went from aluminum to vinyl. Everything was done to code or to manufactures recommendation. When doing the roof, they noticed that the plywood was 3/8" vice 1/2" (recommended). I had them replace it all with 1/2", wanted to have it done right. Looks like insurance is going to cover that cost too. What a face lift for the house. We love it. It is some work to interface with the contractor, insurance company, and mortgage company; but if you stay on top of it, it isn't too bad. The head of the job and I stayed in touch pretty regularly to keep the paperwork going. He was very responsive. There was a few times where he had to pick a different time to swing by the house; but, he always called to explain why and set up an alternative time. The work finished last Saturday and I'm hoping to wrap up the finances in the next week or so.

Professional company and good workmanship. Very easy to work with, fast and efficient. They are very busy so you have to be patient in terms of scheduling but really worked hard to make sure the work fit into our schedule and started and ended both jobs in less time than expected. Worked well with my insurance adjuster so that the entire project was paid for by my home owner's insurance.

Installation went excellent. Cleanup was horrible. We collected a gallon zip bag of razors and nails. Had to pick them up because we did not want our dog to swallow or step on them.

Mid Atlantic was great! They handled all the paper work, met with the insurance adjusters, processed the claim and guided us through the entire process. The roof looks great and with rain the last two weeks in the area, our house is air tight! Our main contact, Lukas was absolutely professional, polite, and kept lines of communications open at all times. If I had a question, Lukas was right on it. He is a true asset to Mid Atlantic. The crews got up on the roof and finished in a day. The clean up was perfect. I highly recommend Mid Atlantic especially since some of our neighbors went with other contractors and are experiencing plenty of problems.

Upon intial contact, their representative said that they would complete the job for whatever the insurance companies allowance was. Once we received the estimate from the insurance company, we contacted them back to set up an install date. We were told that it would be several weeks as they would need to contact the insurance company back to readjust the estimate. Long story, short version, they contact your insurance company to try and get even more money out of them. Our insurance company was "very" generous, but that wasn't good enough for them. When asked if they were going to do the work for what the allowance was, they never called us back. This explains why it takes a couple of months for them to even start a roofing job. Wasted over a month of our time. We did end up hiring another company for the same amount as the insurance company allowed, and they gave us an upgraded shingle at no additional charge. MAC said they would do the upgraded shingle, but wouldn't do the work for the allowed amount. I have an isuue with being lied to from the beginning, and them trying to gouge my insurance company for more money that was was needed. I have watched a couple of MAC installs in my neighborhood and did notice that they had to return to the job two to three times...hum interesting. My roofer has never had to come back out once completed. It appears to me that this company does not do a job for their customer, but rather try to maximze the most money they can get out of a job. I just found the way they did this to be extremely unprofessional!

Excellent. The job was done on time. Customer service was excellent too.

Simon came out, spent a great deal of time up on the roof inspecting it. Gave us honest feedback about filing a claim. Called our insurance company right there and filled out the claim request over the phone. Crew showed up on time and did a beautiful job. Very happy with service and clean up.

I was really impressed. They were great, my neighbors and used other companies and I couldn't have been more pleased with my choice. Everything was 5 stars!
