This horrendous trip started back in July 2010 when MAC solicited me for "hail damage" on siding. After having our insurance company approve the work and with check in hand, we started the "waiting game" with MAC. I would place a call to the sales rep, only to wait what seemed forever just to get him to return our phone call. Finally, in November 2010 we started getting snail-like progress, but this was only after many persistent calls. I find this very interesting in this economy where you have a customer with money in hand and contractor who didn't seemed to be interested. Last straw was when job was scheduled to occur early December. After many phone calls to MAC and no returned phone calls, I decided to call the supplier directly to see if they knew where my order was, only to find out that the materials HAD NEVER BEEN ORDERED. No materials, no crew to show up to get the job done. Since the siding was a special order, I would have to wait an additional 3-4 weeks at a minimum putting this project right into X-MAS. Unacceptable. To MAC's credit, they did acknowledge that they had botched this project and gave us our full deposit back. We then went with another company that completed the job.

I spent only for the windows. The siding was an insurance deal. I was pretty pleased with that price. The interaction went fine. They answered all my questions. They were very responsive and followed up. They did a good job. I was pleased with the quality as well.

They were good, but they wanted us to sign a contract where they would discuss everything with the insurance company. They came into the neighborhood right after the hail storm. They have so much work, and we didn't use them because of that reason. They weren't able to do the work within a timely manner. We had a great interaction with the person that came to sell me the services. Within the neighborhood it wasn't a very good experience that they didn't have enough crew to go around. They walked aroudn the property very briefly and acknowledged that there was damage. They left me with an a contract to sign if we wanted them to do the work, and then they said they would speak to the insurance company accordingly. They arrived when they said they would. I probably wouldn't use them in the future because they came around the neighborhood and solicited. We just don't like solicitors.

They did a great job on our home. There were a lot of issues back and forth with the insurance company. It was a long process but overall it went okay. They did the work in less than two days. The first day they took the old siding down and did a house wrap. The second day they put the new siding up. It was really quick. If you need to deal with your insurance company you need to stay on top of it. Their professionalism was quite well and they all seemed to be prior military. The people you talk to are not the ones that do the work. They were attentive, careful and nice around us and our three children.

THEY ARE PERFECTIONISTS IN THE WORKMANSHIP. WORK WAS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND THE WORKERS WERE HIGHLY TRAINED AND TALENTED.
