They came when they said that they would and did a good job. They wore boots over their shoes and used a drop cloth on the floors. It is so nice to have clean windows. It is brighter inside.

They were very quick and I especially liked SAME DAY SERVICE. I called and left a message Saturday morning and that afternoon they called be back and by 2:00pm they were at the house starting the job.

Phoned soon after I contacted Service Magic, and arranged to come the next day to look at the window-cleaning job. We negotiated a price, and I contracted for the work. The project was delayed a couple weeks, first by rain, then by very cold and windy conditions. They came December 11, the first feasible day. The four-man crew worked efficiently and seems to have done a very good job.
