The project consisted of power washing the exterior of a 3-story house to include cleaning the exterior of the gutters. Looked brand new. I would highly recommend JLP Cleaning. Outstanding work and customer service.

The project consisted of power washing the exterior of a 3-story house, brick patio, and the inside / outside of the wooden backyard fence which encompasses a fairly large back yard. Jorge confirmed what was expected, provided a fair and reasonable estimate, and the work was completed the next day at the quoted price. Outstanding job...couldn't be happier with the end results. Highly recommended.

Jorge called ahead to schedule an appointment to provide an estimate; he arrived on time, reviewed what the project entailed and provided a solid estimate. JLP's service was excellent. They arrived on time and completed cleaning the windows inside and out and completed power washing of our house quickly and efficiently. It is such a pleasure to look out of my shining and clean windows. I will definitely use their services again

Great fast work deck and fence looked great. Pricey I only wished for a little follow up for stain touch up in small spaces.

They were able to schedule next day service! Probably not typical but I was glad they could fit me in. They were on time, careful moving the patio furniture, and finished a good job quickly.

Great company, great service. Estimate was easy and I had options, not just one take-it-or-leave-it choice for service. Company was good at communicating on dates because of weather delays. Deck looks much better and the wood is sealed, with the natural look retained.

Took awhile to get responses back but were fairly quick to schedule. Power washing was well done. Was hard to tell if sealant was applied to deck floor.

Jorge and his team did a fantastic job cleaning, staining & sealing my decks & re-sanding my pavers. They also re-caulked & painted window frames & front door as an add on and did a great job there too! Very responsive & professional! Definitely recommend them & will use them for future needs.

I hired Jorge and his team and was very impressed. I needed a deck refinished due to me selling my home and this being one of the conditions or request from the new buyers that they wanted the deck refinished. Jorge and his team sanded all the flaking old stain, power washed after and re stained for a reasonable price. The finish product looks amazing. Great job Jorge and Team!
