Not very good at staining fences and decks. A few problem spots which they came out to fix most of them, but not convinced their speciality is fence and deck staining.

All communication was prompt and professional. We got a written estimate within days, and the work was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time. The workers were at our house on time, did great work, and were sensitive to requests about where to work to avoid disruption. I would use this company again, and recommend it to others.

JLP powerwashed the exterior of my house; and did an absolutely fabulous job, beyond my expectations. They were very thorough, didn't miss any spots, and nothing (e.g. landscaping) was damaged. I will use them exclusively going forward.

JLP was on time and did a fantastic job on our windows. They were friendly and hard-working.

They did an excellent job power-washing my single family home -- which included getting off a good bit of green mold on the one side of my house.

They were there on time on the dates indicated. They would call if they were running late or had questions. They were very easy to deal with. They were honest and hard working I am hiring them back in the fall..

We had our windows and screens cleaned inside and out by JLP Cleaning Service and we are very pleased with the outcome of the project. This was the only company to send out a person for the estimate and also provided the lowest estimate. The workers arrived on time, wore booties to cover their shoes, and didn't need us at all. They were very quiet and considerate. They worked around the furniture and curtains with ease. There are no streaks on the windows and the screens are so clean that you can hardly tell that they exist. We are very satisfied with this job and highly recommend them.
