Description of Work: So far the work has not been performed as I am waiting for the funds from my seller, but their response to my request and coming out for free estimate and technically explaining the details and providing a competitive quote was quick and professional and I will surely use them to perform the work.

Description of Work: Basement Masters repaired a water leak in the basement level of my home. The first repair did not stop the leak completely, but a second repair solved the problem. This company is top notch in all respects. Due to the company's warranty, I did not have to pay for the second repair. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I had no worries of being "ripped off."

Description of Work: Randall came over for a free estimate to look at the water problems we've had in our basement and to review what needed to be done regarding our foundation. Fortunately it turned out we don't really have a problem with our foundation and we're already on the right track fixing the water issues, and Randall told us we didn't need much of anything done . He was very honest and helpful, and gave us some tips of things we can do ourselves to save money. Very nice guy and very honest.

Description of Work: They installed an encapsulation system in 2 crawl spaces, fixed drainage issues inside and outside the house, and fixed some foundation issues. The work took 3 full days and included a lot of cleanup before the encapsulation system could be installed in the crawl spaces. The end result is outstanding. I am extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We had a water leak in a basement closet. The closet was on an outside wall. Randall came twice to try to diagnosis the location of the leak. Once he cut away the sheet rock and insulation, he discovered where the chimney joined the foundation the caulk had eroded. He said this was a simple fix. We could buy cement caulk and this would fix the problem. We had heard horror stories about companies suggesting and recommending very expensive fixes for this type of problem. We felt Randall was honest and professional. We would highly recommend this company. A $ 5.00 tube of caulk had completly fixed the problem.
