Stated above. Did a great job and is reasonable and professional. I have the price somewhere but it was 7 months ago. I was happy with the Big Deal as a 50 gallon hot water heater usually coast quite a lot.

Awesome job, came right after I called, cleaned up after speedily repairing a small gas leak, and got my gas fireplace (which hadn't been run in years) cheerfully blazing. Totally satisfied. Will be calling him again the next time.

He showed up on short notice to look at the old water heater and returned later the same day to install the new one. The work went smoothly and the water heater works great.

We discovered on Monday evening that our water heater had leaked all over our storage room.. When we attempted to shut the water to the unit off the valve broke off so we had to shut the water off to the entire house. We called several companies to get someone out for an emergency call and Brandon was the only one to call us back in a reasonable amount of time. He came over quickly, despite the fact we interrupted his dinner. He was able to repair our valve that night so that we had running water, but the water heater would have to be replaced. He was able to come back on Wednesday and replace the whole unit. He did a great job, was very personable, and did his best to not track dirt through the house. We were very pleased with the overall job and will keep his number handy.

I purchased angies list deal for replacement of sump pump. When Brendan arrived he quickly determined that there was no plumbing to the sump pit and i needed the plumbing to make it functional. we scheduled a follow up and he did the install. His price obviously went up but it was very fair for the additional work and he told me before he started the work the final price. Nice guy and flexible. I will use him again for plumbing as needed.

Everything went without a hitch. When I purchased the Big Deal, I provided three good dates/times. Brandon responded immediately that all three were available so I picked the best for me and booked the installation for the following week. Brandon confirmed the time that morning. He arrived as planned and had everything completed in less than two hours. Brandon and his assistant were very pleasant, professional and cleaned up everything to the point you could not tell the job was even done. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Brandon gave a quick estimate, which was all-inclusive of any extra work they may have had to do with the installation. He was able to work with my schedule as well, which was helpful. Brandon and his assistant were efficient with the installation and kept the work area and my living room clean. The new water heater has been working well.

Brandon is a professional. He called me after I purchased the replacement water heater through Angie's list. He called me on the morning of the service to let me know that he was going to be a bit early, and he did the work professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone interested in having their water heater replaced, although it is safe to assume that he would provide the same level of service for other plumbing needs.

Brandon Counts arrived as agreed and went right to work. He worked efficiently and professionally removing the old sump pump and installing the new one. The appearance of the new installation looks very professional and the work site was kept clean. Would not hesitate to use this company in the future and will recommend it to friends and associates.

It went pretty well. Brandon was very professional, communicative, and helpful. He had to make two trips to repair the leak. On the first trip, he located the leak and determined that added effort would be needed to fully access it for repair. On the second trip he made the access hole, repaired the leak, and the tested to ensure the leak was gone. Originally he quoted me a flat fee. Because he needed two trips to solve the problem, the final price was higher than the original flat fee quote, which seemed reasonable to me given the time invested. He apologized for needing two trips to solve the problem and discounted his overall price for a two-trip repair. It would have been nice if he had solved the problem in one trip, but overall I was impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, and communication. I thought the price was fair overall, if a bit on the high side.

Great experience from start to finish. This was a Big Deal I signed up for on Angie's list. Brandon from Potomac Plumbing and Gas contacted me right away; he was responsive to messages as we worked out the appointment time. I told him I had to be out of the house by a certain time and he said no problem. On the day of the appt Brandon called when he was on his way out and arrived on time. He was careful to use booties inside the house. Although there were a couple wrinkles in the installation (backflow valve also had to be replaced, the sump was wired with an alarm) the job was done neatly and efficiently in an hour or so. Brandon was courteous and pleasant throughout; a very good experience overall. I hope I don't have to call him again but if I need any plumbing work, I won't have to look anywhere else for a plumber.

I purchased Angie's List Big Deal... it just happened to come up in my email on the very day I needed it! Our water heater was leaking. The deal said I would get a call within 2 business days to schedule the installation. It was almost 6 pm when I made the purchase online. I got a call in less than 20 minutes! When I told Brandon our water heater was leaking, he made arrangements to come the next morning. He was here when he said he would be, with the new water heater. He installed it as promised, did a great job, hauled the old heater and all the mess away. He left our world a better place. I couldn't ask for any better!

Brandon was great. He was extremely professional and efficient. I had just bought a house and there was an old leaking water heater there. So, I bought the big deal for a new one. While he was installing the new water heater, he noticed a number of other problems with the plumbing. For an additional fee, he fixed a number of them. His work is great and I have since used him on another project. I highly recommend Brandon.

Brandon - the owner - did a great job checking my home. He saved me a lot of money by honestly finding that I did not need any additional work completed - although the gas company thought there was a leak! He was very easy to work with. I highly recommend him!

Highly recommend this company. I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future and will recommend Potomac Plumbing to my friends and family. Very impressed with Brandon Counts, the owner. The only reason I did not give an "A"for responsiveness is because I had to wait for service due to the fact that he was experiencing a high demand for emergency service as a result of the heavy rains we had in June, and mine was not really an emergency. Mr. Counts and his associate were both very knowledgeable, and professional. I'm thrilled to have found a plumber I have confidence in and who is reasonably priced. Excellent experience.

Soon after joining Angie's list I received a Big Deal notice to replace a sump pump at a very favorable price for the pump and its installation. Potomac Plumbing and Gas contacted me quickly to set an appointment. Two very competent workers arrived at the selected time with the replacement pump and the necessary tools. They removed the existing pump and installed the new one in about 30 minutes. It has been working for 3 months without any difficulties. The plumbers were very polite and friendly and took the time to evaluate some other potential plumbing needs that I asked them about. I will certainly call them about future plumbing needs when they arise. In summary, the work was performed quickly and competently and I recommend an A rating for this firm.

The work was more expensive than I had estimated, but was comparable to other companies. He arrived on time and completed the work in the estimated amount of time. My new gas range was delivered that day and he installed it himself. I would hire Brandon again for plumbing and gas service.

Brandon, the owner of Potomac Plumbing and Gas, Inc. seems like a very hard working, competent, caring, and polite young man. He answered my call yesterday and listened to my problem and asked if he could call back in a little bit because he was with another client. He called back within 10 minutes and apologized for having to make me wait. I explained I had a small gas leak in the basement and he said he could rearrange his schedule to work me in that same day or he could get out the next day. I said that the next day would be fine and he gave me a 2 hour window, but stated he would call if his day was moving along quicker to see if I'd like him to come by earlier. He called this morning and said his jobs were moving quicker than he thought and that he could swing by earlier if that worked for me- which it did. He showed up, introduced himself and shook my hand. He made sure to put booties on his shoes before walking through my house and checked out the problem. He told me he could fix it and what the cost would be. He was able to complete the job very quickly and had me check it out while he cleaned up. He made sure to tell me his work was guaranteed and if I had any more problems with it to call him right away. I will definitely call him when I have any more gas or plumbing issues and will be recommending him to my neighbors & friends.

Purchased a big deal on Angies List. Had a new State water heater installed. Everything was great! He was knowledgeable, efficient and very personable. No problems with the water heater at all thus far. I would definetly use them again for my plumbing needs.
