We had a driveway and stamped concrete patio (to include steps from our new house) done. We liked them so much we had them back to do a stacked stone flowerbed wall. All work was done in a professional quality manner. Daniel is a pleasure to work with.

Wow! American Custom Hardscapes did an amazing job creating a stamped concrete patio and stairs. We receive compliments every time someone comes over. The work was completed quickly and the contractors were courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again.

We got a handful of quotes for repairing our driveway, and because of how steep it is, everyone wanted an arm and a leg to even touch it. Everyone except for Daniel and American Custom. They jumped right in and redid our driveway and added some concrete steps in half the time they said they would need. And it completely changed the curb appeal of the house. It all looks amazing and any concrete work we get done while we live in Stafford will be done by American Custom Hardscapes!

Good and quick

We hired these pros to put in a foundation for a swim spa. The foundation they poured is amazing. The stamped area looks great and they matched the stain to our existing flagstone patio. The folks that delivered the swim spa said it is the best foundation they have ever seen for this application. Way to go, American Custom!!

The workmen were well versed in their trade, polite and very neat (cleaned everything up before leaving to include taking their trash).

We are very happy with the services we received from American Custom Hardscapes. I requested a free quote and Daniel came out very quickly and quoted a great price! We decided to move forward and signed a contract. We paid half up front to reserve a weather permitting tentative pour date and then the other half at the time of completion. Julie was very pleasant and responsive each time I called or emailed with questions. The patio looks amazing and Daniel's advice was very helpful. The crew completed the patio quickly and took the time to clean up after themselves.

The project was done about nine month ago. We are very pleased how it all turned out. Everything that was agreed upon was done. The Patio and Walkway look great. They worked clean and with professionalism, and the crew was very pleasant. All around it was a good experience. If I need more work done in the future I will call them again.

Daniel knowledge of the product and his recommendations were invaluable. Erins office help was always friendly and would follow up on questions needing expertise outside her basis. The workers were very professional maintaining a very steady pace the entire day. A very good crew!

Daniel was very professional in his treatment of us. He took the time to discuss what we wanted. He then prepared a careful written estimate. The main work was completed in one day. He contacted us afterwards to ask if we were satisfied with the work. We had one item. He sent a small crew over to take care of it for us. We are completely satisfied with the work and like the new sidewalk.

Great customer service and even after they framed our patio, we decided to make it bigger and Daniel ha no problem accommodating us. great finished project and we are planning to them install a fire pit and a sitting are as well.

I had a stamped concrete patio with trim installed. I would rate the quality of work half good and half poor. The workers on the back end of the project did a great job. But the workers in front of the house....there are multiple flaws...nine areas that needed repair. I spoke with customer service several times. After the repair work they stop taking my calls. And no replies to my emails. Daniel Garicia did call after the concrete was poured. He wanted to know if I liked the job. Well from what I could see ....It looked okay. But it was not completed yet... Why did he not call after the job was completed? In regards to value for your money...I got a half good job!!! The sidewalk at the front door of our home is a disaster. It does not look like a professional company completed this work. I hired this company and they did not start the project until ten weeks later. When it was finally completed there was nine flaws within the work. They sent out workmen to repair these areas. Some were fixed and some were not. There is one area at the entryway of the house that looks totally hideous. And I am aware of how it happen. I watched one of their workmen lay a plank across the project and walk on it to get to the other side of the walkway... he damaged the pattern on the concrete. Anyway, I called for them to come fix these repairs. They fixed what they could but told me that the rest could not be fixed because they were settled into the concrete. One side of the front walkway is acceptable and the other side is not. The details of the stamp is barely visible with dark paint smeared on it. There is no way the walkway can remain like this.... Taking the steps I need to take and still waiting to here from American Custom Hardscapes.... Update!!! The company has been working with me to improve this situation. They have returned to fix the flaws and they will be returning to make an adjustment. My review will be updated when the work is completed.... Update... As to date I have not heard from this company . They were a no show, no call on the day they were suppose to fix flaws ... Update: Well...as to date the BBB attempted to contact Mr Garcia but he did not respond to them. The case has been closed as failed to make a good faith effort to resolve complaint. I am awaiting a court date in Small Claims Court to deal with this matter.... UPDATE: Mr Garcia was a no show in court and the Judge gave me a judgement for the full amount I paid him. I will continue this process through the Virginia Judicial System until I receive all monies... Buyer Beware!!!!

I had ACH come out to do a stamped concrete patio in my backyard. Daniel came up with a great idea that helped me use part of the yard that I thought was unusable. The project took longer than I hoped but it was all weather related. I would rather it take longer than be rushed to finish the job. Great job and I would recommend them to others!

Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly. They did a beautiful job on our walk and our front porch. they stamped the walk and widened the porch and put up railings for my husband who has some medical issues. The work was done in cold weather and I had to call regarding the sealant on the walk. They came out within 48 hours to re-seal. We have so many compliments on our walk and steps. I have and would recommend Daniel and his men to anyone I hear talking about needing a walk. His office staff is also very professional and friendly.

Installed 3 concrete stairs in the garage to replace wooden stairs. Also installed stamped concrete stairs and sidewalk in front of side garage access door and connected the sidewalk to the driveway. They also installed a stamped concrete 6 'x 4' pad for storage of garbage cans on the side of my house. Everything went very well. Daniel was great to work with an was able to,work,with me on the pricing. The quality of the work done was very good and it looked just as Daniel had advised it would. Overall "A Great Customer Experience". I would highly recommend this company for all your stamped concrete needs.

In two days, Daniel and his professional crew transformed our home largely by the use of decorative concrete to form a beautiful patio for my family and I to enjoy. Color hardeners, highlights, stamp designs, and a sealer were used to achieve the pavements natural stone appearance which have drawn numerous compliments from our neighbors. Daniel was very thorough in presenting us economical design options which were very competitive with quotes from other companies. My family and I couldn't be more satisfied with the beauty and quality of the completed patio project.

American Custom Hardscapes was great to work with, fast service, quality work and cleanup after. Because of the extremely cold weather they did have to come back and fix the sealant, but they were easy to work with and made everything right. Cant count on the weather when having concrete work done but you can count on Daniel and his crew to make things right

The team did a fabulous job with installing two new sidewalks and a porch overlay. It's amazing to see the awesome transformation from the stepping stones and cracked concrete porch to a beautiful piece of work. The team did a great job with our new stamped concrete patio and walkway. On the initial visit, Daniel provided a large selection of concrete stamps and color options to choose from along with an initial sketch and pictures that we were able to provide to our HOA covenants committee in order to meet their approval on the project. The weather set us back just a few days but that was beyond their control, of course. Once project began, it was completed in the promised time frame. We are very pleased with how it turned out and have no regrets--other than we should have done it sooner! I would recommend American Custom Hardscapes to my neighbors and friends.
