I have just completed my second project with American Custom Hardscapes. First was a pool deck and this one was a foundation and slab for an addition. From my very first contact, Daniel, Cheryl and Julie have been extremely responsive and professional. They did exactly what they promised and provided a high level of customer service. The onsite teams were nothing short of a machine! They arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time, jumped right on to the task, and delivered great products. The site was left clean and ready for the next steps. There are a lot of companies out there that does this type of work. After my initial experience with the American Custom Hardscapes team, I didn’t even competitively bid the second job. I just reached out and awarded it to them knowing it would be done right, on time and with high quality. Thank you all again for another great project!

**Worst Experience Ever! Stay Away!** I canâ t express enough how terrible my experience with this company was. They engaged in the most deceptive business practices, and I would **never** recommend them to anyone. First off, they required me to pay **50% upfront** before doing any work, insisting on payment through **Cash App** or **Venmo**â which should have been a huge red flag. I trusted them and made the payment, but after that... **radio silence**. I didnâ t hear from them for a full **three weeks** after handing over the deposit. When I called to check on the status of the job, they didnâ t even know I had paid the deposit. Daniel had previously told me that they could get the job done within a couple of weeks, but now, **three weeks** had passed with no progress. Finally, after calling again, I was told the earliest they could do the job was almost **five weeks out**â and they already had my deposit. The owner, **Daniel**, came out to give the estimate and made all sorts of promises about how great the job would be. He even assured me he could **hide our electrical wiring**, which **never happened**. Before sending the deposit, I spoke to **Julie** at the office and emailed her a picture of what I wanted done. She confirmed it would be no problem and assured me sheâ d send the details over to Daniel. Everything seemed set, so I sent the **$2,500 deposit** via **Cash App**â huge mistake. When the crew finally showed up to do the work, **nobody knew anything about the design** I requested. I was told they could do it, but it would cost an **extra $700** because they needed to drive **10 miles** back to their shop to get a different stamp. A **10-mile trip** that would have taken **maybe 30 minutes** round-trip. They refused to work with us or compromise at all, making it clear that if I wanted the job done, Iâ d have to pay more. As a homeowner, youâ re left feeling completely **screwed**. They had already taken my **$2,500** through Cash App, and I knew I wasnâ t getting it back. Itâ s impossible to dispute or get a refund once money is sent that way, and they know it. Do yourself a favorâ **avoid this company** at all costs. They have no regard for customer satisfaction and will **take advantage of you** the moment they have your money!!!

When we moved into our new home, the patio that was remaining after the previous owner had s 4 seasons room built on the patio was very small. We reached out to numerous companies for estimates on adding on to the existing patio and received quotes from those companies. What I found interesting was that only a few of these companies knew what a statement of work was. Out of all the companies that we interview only one stood out among the rest. American Custom Hardscapes. Daniel not only provided a very competitive estimate but also went the extra steps to suggest some improvements that we hadn’t though of and provided a complete, very detailed statement of work. When the work began the crew was very polite and answered any questions that we had during the installation process. At the completion of each phase, the area was left clean and presentable. We are very pleased with the end result and have a nice patio which to enjoy during the summer months. We will always recommend American

American Concrete did a great job resealing my walkway and patio. They were professional and efficient. I would hire this company again.

It is a real pleasure when a project goes smoothly from beginning to end. That was the case here. Could not have asked for more. We received excellent advice on design; installation was right on schedule (especially important since they accommodated our shifting schedule); and result was perfect. We have gotten raves from all who have seen the sidewalk.

ACC poured a 40'x30' monolithic pad for my garage install. The office communication was great as well as the workmanship.

Everything done right! American Custom Concrete gets 5 stars for installing my in-ground pool deck with stamped concrete. The estimate was accurate, the costs reasonable and the hardest group of workers I've ever seen. Job quality was superb and could not be more pleased with Daniel and the entire crew to include Cheryl and Melissa.

Our patio was to small and BORING! We saw American Custom Hardscapes working in the neighborhood and asked them to talk with us about our ideas. They came out and really helped us clarify our ideas. I thought there would be this long process to take out the old patio and get the new one poured, NO! One morning, old patio was there and that night a new amazing patio was there! A few days later after the concrete set up they finished the bench and lighting. We were very happy with their work, their team, their pricing, and most of all their product! We just love the new patio! Thank you American Custom Hardscapes!

Once again American Custom Hardscapes returned to my home to do some upgrades and once again we are so pleased with their work and the professionalism they performed. They did as they said and as the time prescribed. I am highly recommending them as well as will be asking them to do more work in the future.

Good job but fell a little short, although the company was was very responsive to my concerns about grading the dirt around the installation, it was not graded as level I wanted. Also I felt that the tank could have been buried a little deeper.

I had American Custom Concrete complete a new stamped concrete patio in my back yard. This company worked with my schedule to have my patio installed rather quickly. Cheryl and Keira were excellent to work with and made sure I was well taken care of. The estimator discussed different design options while offering me a very competitive price. The installation teams were great and made the necessary adjustments to ensure I was pleased with the completed product. I'm looking forward to entertaining on my new patio. The stamped concrete looks absolutely fabulous! A few of my neighbors have commented on how lovely it looks and are planning to use their services as well! ð

Excellent customer service, and excellent workforce! The office worked with me to get my permit done and got me on their schedule faster than I expected. The crew got on site and immediately got to work. My 18x20 slab was completed, as promised, in one day and with the one year warranty, I expect any unexpected issues will be quickly fixed.
