I have a very sloped yard. The crew that came to install the fence was very exact for the height measurement. All of the slats were exactly spaced. They even asked about the swing on the gate. My only concern with customer service was there wasn't a call at least a day prior about installer arrival time.

I had Triple K come out to repair a fence they had installed in early 2007. The fence has help up really well, but after 7 years it needed a few things. They came out and gave me an estimate of $300 for the repairs, which was really fair due to the amount of materials needed to complete the repair. I followed up and they came out about a week later. They did the work, and I didn't need to be home which is nice. The work was done to my satisfaction. I was really happy with it as they had to replace three posts, a cross beam, and repair 3 gates including new 2x4s and 1x6s. The only thing I found odd was paying for the service before they came out, but I used a credit card so I'd have some recourse if they didn't do the work. However, I was comfortable with that given the last transaction with them.

THE PEOPLE THEY HAD DOING THE WORK MAY HAVE BEEN ILLEGALS, BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS THEIR WORK SUCKED. WHEN I COMPLAINED, THEY GOT AN ATTITUDE, AND REFUSED TO COME BACK AND REPAIR THE CRAP WORK.

They were on time and installed in 1 day. Fence is sturdy and nice looking. This was the 2nd time I have used Triple K fence. They did a great job.

The individuals doing the installation showed up early, which was great. They got to work right away, measured and premeasured the area for accuracy then started installing the posts. Once they were in the rest of the fence came together very nicely. One of our neighbors was amazed at how quickly they put the entire fence up.

We choose Triple K fence because our neighbor had her fence replaced and it looked so good that we decided to replace our old fence with the same type that she had installed. Triple K came out, the estimate was within the range of what the others had given us. They were willing to start within a few weeks and so we hired them. They came on the day that they said and when I came home there was a new fence in my backyard. It looks great. So far so good. Thank you Triple K.

We called to ask how much it would be to have a part of our fence completed and to add a pool fence. The estimator came out and quoted prices. We called the next day to say that we couldn't do the one fence yet but that we would like to have the pool fence done and even expanded what we wanted done to it. We never heard back. We called and the person said that she'd make sure that someone would call us back. Never got a call. Contacted them again and a different person said that she never got that message but that SHE would make sure that we got a call back. We called them and found out that they had lost the copy of our estimate. They are only done by hand and are not computerized. We offered to bring in a copy. We got a call back 10 minutes later and they said that they declined our job.

The workers showed up on time and worked hard for two days. They did a good job installing the fence and picked up their trash. We found a defect in the wire mesh where the vinyl was stripped off and the wire was broken. We've called the office to have them fix that section of fence and we were told that they would be out in a week or so. We will update this review after they fix it. The price was acceptable based upon what other people said about their experiences.

We were told they'd arrive between 8:30-9AM, and they were there around 8:15AM. The leader/supervisor introduced himself, walked around the yard with me to make sure his diagram was accurate; sprayed grass where they'd start/end fence and made sure I was happy with it, and when I wasn't sure if the spot marked met HOA guidelines he spent some time measuring the length of the house and yard to make sure I was comfortable. Also made sure I was good with gate locations. While he was doing this, the other two men were already at work, unloading the wood from the truck, stringing the property line, etc. They were very nice and very efficient. Also must note that they build the entire fence on site (vs. arriving with pre-made fence sections), which ultimately means a better and longer-lasting product. I watched them also use a level on each and every vertical board before nailing it in place, which I really appreciated. Work started around 8:30AM and ended around 4PM. My backyard is pretty small as I live in one of those planned, cookie-cutter communities. I would recommend Triple K and use them again. Worth noting too is my parents hired Triple K to build their fence about 7 years ago, and it still looks beautiful - no sections leaning in or falling over, no maintenance required. Also my parents are realtors so they are very familiar with the workmanship of different companies around here, and when we said we were putting up a fence they said, and quot;Call Triple K, you don't even need to shop around with anyone else.and quot;

I recently bought a new house and needed to have the back yard fenced in as soon after closing as possible. I have 2 dogs and I foster puppies for a rescue group, so it was imperative that the fence be escape-proof. I called Triple K, and Corey was able to meet me at the house 5 days before I went to closing to give me an estimate, and the install date was scheduled for the following week. A couple of days before installation, I had to change the original boundaries of the fence and Corey was very accommodating and communicated that message to the on-site supervisor. The morning of the installation, there was a severe thunderstorm and, as I was waiting for the phone call to let me know the fencers would not be coming, there was a knock at the door -- the fencers were there and ready to go to work, in spite of the fact that it was still raining. The on-site supervisor walked the boundaries with me to make sure he understood where the fence line would go, and they got to work. They finished the entire yard in about 5 hours, and left the yard clean and free of any fencing waste. I was very impressed with Triple K's work; however, I was a little uncomfortable with the size of the gaps between the fence and the gates. I did call Corey to express my concern and I am confident that he will take care of it.

Contacted triple k on the 3rd of May 2012 to to get qoute to expand my gate. This fence was initially installed by Triple k over 5 years ago so i wanted to stay with them. I was told that a sales rep would be contacting me within 24 hours. I never recieved a call so I called them agian on the 11th and advised them that no one every called me. I provided my information agian and was told the same thing. I reminded them that i was told this before and they stated that someone will be at my home on the 15th of may at 10am. At 0945 on the 15th i had to call the office to confrim appointment date and time. Agent arrived at 10:05 and stayed for about 10 minutes. He stated that he will go back to the office and contact me with the estimate. This is truly not the way to conduct business. Needless to say i never recieved a call back with the estimate. Once agian customer service failure. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not care about the customer and have become to big and have lost focus on quality customer service.

I have used them twice. I am happy with their work.

Workers were on time and put up a beautiful fence for half the price we had been quoted by others. We are very pleased.

Very unprofessional management. Took months and multiple, multiple calls to complete fence repairs that had been paid for in advance.

The Salesman came out and gave us an estimate and was very professional and the price was comparable. The workers came out and installed the fence outside of our property lines, even though we provided them with a survey. When we called to have them relocate the fence, the owner or manger called us and left a ranting, cussing, belligerent message on our answering machine. They finally did come out and relocate our fence, they wanted to charge us and we refused. They came and removed our gates for non-payment and we filed a report with the sheriffs office and they returned our gates and we never heard a thing from them. We moved in 2005 and plan to have a fence installed at our new home. We never plan on using Triple K again.

I called Triple K Fence and asked if they could do an estimate and they were here in two days. The salesman that came was very professional and explained everything! He even waited for my husband to get home so he could be here for the appointment. We were able to get an appointment and in a week and a half it was done. They crew came out that morning and confirmed what we had talked about before they started. Our fence was finished in half a day. We are very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the company!

Install went great but when I requested they return to fix the gate to the fence they gave me an appointment but did not show and have yet to fix gate.

They failed the complete the job, and to satisfy me.
