I called on Thursday asking for a quote to install a 8 foot gate on one side of my house. Triple K is who installed my fence, therefore I was trying to provide repeat business. They said they would have someone out on Friday or Tuesday, seeing as it was a holiday weekend. On Wednesday I called to ask about the quote and was given a lame - let me check excuse. I then called again on Thursday and asked if they could at least get someone out this week. I was promised (a third time) that they would have someone here on "Friday by noon" and I quote! 1430 hours and I called and let them know, if I don't get a quote by the end of their workday, then they don't need to come. This place is too busy to honor what they say they will do. I will be going elsewhere.

I have had over 5 fences built my this company over the past 15 years of living in the area. They built privacy fences for my rental properties, estate fencing for my home, and even a beautiful dip fence with gothic finials for my last home. At at last HOA they even built many of my neighbors fencing and the HOA had them build a security fence for the playground, pool area, and tennis courts. I loved every one of my fences and never had any issue with the materials used. All high quality hank you ❤️🔥and thick boards, even handles well against my horses pushing at them to scratch, lol.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've never dealt with a company that will NOT return repeated calls like this one! Just trying to get them to come out and do work is like pulling teeth. Triple-K Fence installed my yard fence several years ago. Even back then I had to call them many times to make this happen. They never called me back or returned any of my messages. The fence that was installed looked nice however a number of the 16' boards started to warp and look like curled up Fritos after just a few months. Back to the repeated phone calls and messages to get someone to come out and fix them. After several more months of repeated phone calls someone did show and fixed the boards. About a year later, I made many more calls over several weeks to get another 40' section of fence put in. Once again, at no time did anyone call or return my calls. I had to call and insist to speak directly with a sales person. (Corey I believe his name was, which happened to be the same person I dealt with for the original fence section.) They were supposed to bring extra boards with them to repair more curled up pieces of 16' boards from the original install while they were here but failed to do so. Was told they would return and NEVER did! A tree fell on the newer section a few months later and I called and spoke to the lady that answers the phone there and again left many messages about getting someone out for a repair quote and to fix the curled up boards. It took over 2-months to get someone out here just to give me a quote. Flash forward a year to the recent snow storm that knocked all the trees down. Several trees fell on my fence and damaged a few sections of it. Called last week Monday to have them come and repair the previous damaged section and the newer damaged sections. Spoke to the same lady. Waited 10-days and nothing. Called again early this morning and left a detailed voicemail. Again, no call back. Just called them in the afternoon and the same lady answers but tells me it's "out of her control" and "doesn't know who's control it's in". She's unable to tell me who there even cares about their customers after I express my frustration of their lack of communication and poor customer service. She seemed more interested in hanging up the phone than getting me taken care of. She would not transfer me to anyone else to address my situation. I've given Triple-K fencing opportunity after opportunity to earn my business but today was the last straw. I'm done with them and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your fencing needs.

Great..... this is my 4th or 5th fence installed by them, in the past 30 years. They are the best fence company in Fredericksburg.

The company kept us updated on ordering supplies, scheduled the work promptly, and efficiently installed nearly 600' of vinyl-clad chainlink fencing/toprail/gates They removed old fencing, plumbed/concreted all posts, leveled the new gates, and cleaned up. Everything was professionally and punctually completed. Very satisfied, would use again.

My husband and I are completely happy with the new fence. Triple K gave us a quick estimate, much lower than we anticipated. We booked our install and the team showed up on time and completed the job on time. We've gotten so many compliments from the neighbors! Completely satisfied and would use them again.

Korey was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, from the initial estimate to the installation. He answered all of our questions honestly and provided helpful guidance without any pressure tactics. On the installation day, the crew arrived on time and worked diligently and efficiently. Some of the areas required some modifications and a deviation from the original plan, and the foreman worked with us to ask our opinion on how to proceed rather than just making an assumption and risking us being unhappy with the outcome. Korey was on-site during the install, if only sporadically to check on the project status. All the fence lines are nice and straight and the gates line up well. The crew cleaned up thoroughly and the total job took about 7 hours to complete. We are very pleased with our fence and it adds nice security and curb appeal to the property. I would recommend Triple K Fencing to anyone looking to have a fence installed.

Contacted Triple K and they said someone would come out and provide an estimate. After 2 weeks of waiting, I call back to check the status of when someone will come out...they were not even tracking my information! Then I was told they handle Triple K customers first (I’m like...umm, that’s what I was trying to become). I was told there was no way for me to be informed when a fence person could look at the fence! I said, how is that possible? How is it possible that you don’t know when someone could come out? I said thanks, I’ll try someone else because I can’t have my fence laying on the ground waiting on this company.

Coree, who did it estimate, was punctual and friendly. He recommended the six foot tall black chain-link fence, based on our need for a secure fence to keep our dogs in our property. Work began within three weeks of the estimate. Marco's and his crew worked incredibly efficiently, completing the entire project in two days! the fence is beautiful, and sturdy. Marco's and his crew were all friendly and professional. I strongly recommend Triple K Fence Company. they did an excellent quality job, expertly and efficiently, at a very reasonable price.

Kory came out a couple of times to review our changing plans/designs. He was very friendly and professional each time. The price was very competitive each time (usually one of the lowest prices, if not the lowest each time). Before the actual fence builders came out, I lined the intended route with marking flags. When the two workers showed up, they were very accommodating and did a great job with everything. If I recall correctly, they showed up around 10am and left around 5pm. Honestly the fence exceeded my expectations and I think we got a great value for the price. In particular, they did a great job with the gates (feel solid, work smoothly) and made sure the mesh reached the ground all along the way so the dogs can't get out. I would definitely consider Triple K again in the future.

Excellent service, response time, and cost! There was a mix up of the style of some of the posts used, but they provided a reasonable refund for the mistake.

Overall went great, the install was pushed back several days due to heavy rains in the area. All of the personnel from Triple K were very punctual with calls and arrival times. They delivered exactly what we wanted, on time and at a price that was slightly better than other local competitors (good not great on the price spectrum).

The experience was great. The vendor accepted a few last minute change orders (fence line, materials) to accommodate a neighbor. The crew was punctual and professional. Highly recommended.

They were very professional and their quote was spot on. They included cement for the post as well, where other quotes did not. They gave me more fence, for less money, with higher quality than anyone else quoted me. They came prepared with a truck of everything they needed and worked all day to get the job done. The fence is perfect.

Quotes and installer selection After reviewing many fence installers in our area we selected three candidates and solicited quotes. Triple-K was not the lowest cost but they left us with the highest confidence they understood our requirements and could meet our needs. When the sales rep (Kory) arrived onsite he took all the time necessary to speak with us, understand our wants and needs, and answer all our questions. We received our quote on 13 Oct. We had already measured and knew the length. Kory’s estimate was within 20 feet. We committed to the installation on 17 Oct. Installation began on 28 Oct and completed on 31 Oct. Homeowner prep We purposely took personal responsibility for removing the old fence and for clearing the area where the new fence-line was going to be installed. We could have asked Triple-K to have done those tasks but decided to DIY all the prep. This was already a pretty big job just with the installation. We had concerns if we combined prep work with installation it would have extended total install time but more importantly it might have required we make concessions on the layout because of a lack of lead time to mitigate any obstacles or problems discovered. The old fence was a combination of wood estate fencing in the open areas and rolled wire on green T-posts through the woods. It overlapped the new fence-line in a few areas. The new fence-line was going to extend much farther into the woods where the ground had not been cleared. Final placement was going to be impossible without removing several trees, grinding stumps, and leveling the ground in some areas. We knew how we wanted things to look when it was completed and we anticipated having this fence for the next 10-15 years. For those reasons we felt obligated to help provide Triple-K with good prep work. We had about 10 days from commitment to installation so we used that time to optimize the area for the install. We cleared at least 4 feet on both sides of the intended fence-line. We removed brush, trees, obstacles, stumps, and the old fence. We verified and marked the locations of all property pins. Finally, we coordinated with our neighbors for driveway use and for Triple-K’s ability to get trucks and materials as close as possible to the job site. Installation On the 28th the installation team arrived on time if not a little early. Before breaking ground at all they walked the ground with us. They verified and marked the ground for exact placement. Miss Utility marking had been coordinated by Triple-K but due to a miscommunication they had not marked the ground. The team worked on rescheduling marking for later in the day. In the interim they worked in areas where it was clear no utilities or cabling were present. Miss Utility was there by mid-day. There was no loss of productivity because of the delay. The installation team was extremely well organized and professional. It was immediately clear they knew what they were doing. They had processes and efficiencies to their work that could only have been developed through extensive time and experience working together. We asked that they try to follow the contour of the ground while keeping the top edge of the fence consistent. They were able to meet both requirements. They cut or back-filled the ground where they could to ensure no large gaps at the ground. Whenever there was any question about placement or excessive variation the team consulted and coordinated with us to ensure the end product would accommodate expectations. The end product is a superior quality fence that we are proud of. The Triple-K team’s work was fast but also deliberate and accurate. Four days was a reasonable time-frame to complete this job. Things we liked The professionalism and skill of the installation team. Although an active work-site for several days, at the end of each day they left the area looking clean, safe, and organized. We installed a single electric fence wire about 6-8” above the ground to discourage our dogs from digging out of the yard. The team was very supportive of allowing us to complete that installation concurrently with their own work. That saved us a lot of time. Complaints Not a complaint per se but more of an observation. The bottom edges of the gates are not straight. There is a little bit of waviness to them. They built the gates on the hinges. Once complete they cut the bottom edges of the gate pickets with a circular saw. We are sure they would have redone them or modified the edge if we had asked. Bottom line Triple-K did an excellent job on our fence. We are very satisfied with their performance from initial contact to solicit a quote through nailing the Triple-K sign on the fence for advertising. We actually asked them to add a second sign because we are proud of their work and our new fence.

We had a split rail fence installed with brown/black wire surrounding it. It has one single gate and one double gate. They were on time, professional, and even got the job done a little early. I had three different companies come out for an estimate and they were very competitive with their price. The fence looks great and we couldn't be happier.

They did the entire fence in one day. They were professional.
