Description of Work: We needed a claw foot tub removed and a stall shower and new sink in place in a hurry and they were able to do it in a timely manner. We appreciated the effort and attention to detail that was shown by the foreman and his crew. The sub-contractors were introduced and their work was checked by the foreman. We plan to use Steve Spratt again

Description of Work: The contractor did not keep our scheduled appointment. Did not contact me to cancel and left me waiting at my home. Aside from that he wanted me to provide copies of all BIDs. Not professional at all.

Description of Work: Called numerous times and calls were not returned. When I finally did reach someone, I was told they couldn't get to my jobs until October. Had they bothered to call me back sooner, I could have been looking for someone else.
