Description of Work: Roof Leak of unknown nature. Roof Works found the leak and temporarily repaired then came back in a few days with parts to repair permanently.

Description of Work: I replaced the roof. They got here late with no one from the company to let me know the entire schedule got tossed around due to one of their employees had something come up. A true professional company will contact you to let you know there has been a change. I received nothing from anyone from that company. Then they charged me for an extra sheet of ply board that they claimed was replaced on the front side and told me they would come out to show me where it was replaced. What you are going go to do, tear all the shingles off the roof to show me where you supposedly put one plyboard down, yea right. Then a few of the shingles torn up off the roof called them. They did come out, that's when I saw where the front was slumping and the guy they sent out here said it was due to the rafters had slanted, well they must have slant after the new roof because they were not like that beforehand. I had many concerns and each time Scott, (I am assuming is in a manager position) came up with more excuses than trying to please the customer. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend this company.

Description of Work: Wanting estimates to replace a large townhouse roof. This owner was honest enough to tell me that my roof is in good shape and could last another 4-5 years! Winner!!

Description of Work: Replaced two skylights and associated trim and flashing.

Description of Work: Did the work I asked, fixing flashing by the chimney, fixing shingles around the furnace vent and replacing a boot on a sewer vent. The guy was nice and did a good job. He did leave the job early and left his assistant to finish. The assistant didn't install the vent boot. I noticed this when I went to inspect the work. He explained what happened and came back out the next day to finish the work.

Description of Work: I was not there but my children said they completed the job quicker than I anticipated (under an hour). They had an emergency that morning so they took care of that before they came to my house. They probably called to tell me....... I finally called them about 2 hours after that were suppose to be at the house hoping that I had not confused the date. Fortunately, there was no impact with the delay. Waiting for the next rainstorm. Hopefully I'll see no water outside my bedroom or the garage:)

Description of Work: This wonderful roofing company replaced the roof on my home. The employee who explained what and how they repaired the roof did an excellent job. Not only did Dave treat me with respect, he was always available for questions both before the work began and when it was done. This experience could not have gone any better than it did. If you need a new roof or a roof repair, this is the company to use. They are awesome and fair in their pricing.

Description of Work: The cap on the chimney stack blew off in a storm. They replaced the cap and also the boots on the vent pipes. Unfortunately the work performed was actually under their minimum charge so the minimum applied.

Description of Work: They billed me net 15 before the job was done. I called the office and they said it would be taken care of asap. A month later they billed me again, with 30 day late notice. Called again and the job was finally completed.

Description of Work: Replaced entire roof, existing vent stack flashings, step flashing, 2 gable vents, installed 2 new Velux fixed skylights and added a new rubber roofing system where required. They cleaned all the gutters and removed any debris on the ground. They also delivered one square of shingles, should they be needed "down the road." When they were finished, we had a new roof and no evidence they'd been there.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my roof. I also had some singles and aluminum roof rake damaged during a storm. When they came out for my estimate they did an inspection of the roof and informed me that I had nails exposed along the aluminum ridge vent and apron flashing. I also had a nail hole through the roof that was causing the water leak. The chimney caulking was also full of holes.
