Description of Work: They do a great job cleaning our mess. We have made two referals to friends that dont have time to do it themselves. They build the service and price around what you want so the price could vary. We're ok with the price for what we get.

Description of Work: They cleaned all of the downstairs area (living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, breakfast room, half bath) very well. The upstair wasn't bad either (3 bedrooms, full bath), although one of the rooms wasn't dusted as well as the others. They missed a few spots in that room. But overall it was pretty good for the first time.

Description of Work: Maid in Heaven performed a deep cleaning in preparation for sale of the house. House had not been seriously cleaned in several years--1/8" of dust on fan blades, door tops, cabinet tops, baseboards, etc. Maid in Heaven came in with a 4 person crew of men/women in their 20's and did a fantastic job. House is spotless. They even removed dust from wooden louvered closet doors (wood was rough and difficult to dust) and entertainment center louvered doors.

Description of Work: I have Maid in Heaven clean my home every two weeks and I am very happy with their service so far. Everything has been perfectly clean and cobwebs, my particular pet peeve, have been non-existent since they started. I think they do a very thorough job - far better than my last house cleaners.

Description of Work: I had discussed the pricing with the owner and told him I that he was higher than anyone I had ever paid in the 12 yrs I have had a cleaning service. He was quite arrogant and told me that his crews were superior cleaners and I would be impressed with their quality of cleaning. When I had him come in and look at my place he informed me that dusting my blinds would not be included. I was not in agreement with that and we finally agreed that since most of the time 3 of my 4 bedrooms and 1 of my bathrooms is not used and would require little to no cleaning, he would include the blinds in the cost. | |After the first cleaning, I was not impressed, it was "okay" but there was no cleaning of my inside patio door and they failed to take any trash out even though I showed them were to put the trash. I figured I would just remind them the next time. | |The 2nd time, I had 2 different young girls come in and they really had very little to clean, (just my main living areas, my bedroom and master bath). They did an average job on most things but upon them leaving, I noticed they did not vacuum my couch (which was done the time before) had not dusted the baseboards, had not cleaned the patio door again and had not taken the trash out again. I quickly called the owner so that he could have them come back and finish up. He failed to return my call until the next day (Saturday). When I began to tell him what was missed he was not at all interested in listening to what the staff missed but rather went on to say that the 1 couch vacuuming was not included in the price, the dusting of the baseboards was extra and the cleaning of the inside patio door was extra, I proceeded to tell him that was crazy and it is a normal part of cleaning and I wasn't paying for them to just come in dust and vacuum. He became very rude and I promptly told him that his services were not worth the money and not as spectacular as he had indicated to me and I no longer wanted his services. In 12 yrs of having cleaning services has the blinds/baseboard dusting/couch vacuuming and trash removal ever been extra and especially not for an inflated price. I would never recommend this company as they are very expensive, arrogant and not a thorough cleaning company.

Description of Work: Chris was very responsive and came by my house within 2 days to give an estimate for a deep cleaning, including windows. I have a 4 bed/4 bath house, with 4 cats/no kids. We only use one bedroom and half the floor space is actually air (the main room is open to the second story, and the garage is part of the footprint of the house) so the main issue was cat hair everywhere. During the estimate interview, I specifically mentioned needing extra attention on the furniture and under furniture, where the fur collects. He and two young ladies arrive around 9:30 and left before 1:30 (when my husband returned), so I estimate that the most they spent was 4 hours here- assuming they left minutes before my husband returned from errands. So 4 hours x 3 people = 12 hours of labor. The good: My wood floors were very clean. The rest was ok- with items missed here and there (window over the door was untouched, some window sills were missed, etc.) The deal breaker was that no piece of furniture was even touched- no couch pillows straightened, nor vacuumed, the bed was left unmade, all the cat hair under the bed was still there.... Having had a team of 1 person cleaning my previous house for 5 years, and being a fairly constant traveller, there are some basic things that I expect with a cleaning- to include making the bed and straightening the couches. Without that, the "clean" feel disappears. |I would recommend Chris and his team for move in/out cleaning and offices, but probably not for homes that are currently in use. He is probably one of the nicest people I have met, and did offer to come back to fix the issues I mentioned, but I decided not to do this or to continue service, since a) for the premium price, I should expect everything to be right the first time, b) it is my time/schedule as well if I have to be here to let them in, and c) I just didn't feel that the quality of the work was worth the price. If that was the deep clean, I can't see how I would be happy with the regular cleaning. (My husband and I have done the same cleaning in under 3 hours - usually about 2 hours -- So this should be about a 4- 6 hour job.) I don't think my expectations are at all unreasonable - basically I am looking for the same level of cleaning service I get at a decent hotel. I do wish them the best of luck, and hope my feedback is taken in a constructive manner that will help them with their business model.

Description of Work: I would rate these guys as so-so. We hired them to clean our house for a few months. I had one task that remained undone for three months until I complained and they had to make a special trip out. Also, attention to detail was lackluster. I even asked them NOT to clean spare bedrooms and put more effort into the details on the bottom floor, for the same money, and I did not feel this was accomplished. I just got less space cleaned for my money. The straw that broke the camel's back was coming home to find a pair of dirty shoes on my couch. Presumably placed there for vacuuming, but I did not appreciate that the out-of-the-way place chosen was my furniture. The fact that they remained there on the couch after the cleaners left was just careless. They are nice people to talk to and they DO care about a job well done, I just think their staff requires more supervision.

If we needed something with extra attention they provided the service. They really go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied. Highly Recommended!!

At first, just walking in, physically, it looked just like I left it - but as I walked around I noticed all the deep cleaning and the wonderful clean smell. You exceeded my expectations when I saw the clean shelf and window sill in the foyer hallway - wow! I feel like a Queen:) Thanks so much - I just love my clean home! I am sure I will discover more pleasantries as I use more of the rooms!

He was on time and very professional when we met. My husband even liked him! I love that there are no contracts and no hourly rates to worry about. Once we agree on the price, that's the price, no additional charges.

Description of Work: They cleaned my entire townhouse. When they were done the floors were left spotless as well as the counters and other surfaces.

Description of Work: I called Maid in Heaven because I was throwing a get-together in my home. I needed my carpets to look great for my guests. I called and they were able to send maids to the house the next morning. I was running on a very short time frame so I was very pleased when the maids arrived on time and diligently started working. They finished well within their time frame and the carpets looked great!

Description of Work: Cleaned my office area. Did an good job of making everything was close to spotless. Usually I am left uncertain of the depth of the work done, but they left nothing to be desired. The floors look excellent as does everything else.
