Maid in Heaven

Very well... the cleaners stayed for 5 hours into the night and ensured the place was throuoghly cleaned.

Went very well - we had 4 cleaners for about 5 hours. Team was very professional. My wife was very happy with their work (which makes it all worthwhile). We will certainly use their services in the future and recommend to our friends!

First I want to thank Chris for coming to my house and talking to me about his and his wife's company. He answered all my questions and told me how the company was designed. This put me at ease and dissolved all the anxieties I had about hiring a housekeeping service. On 3 June, four young ladies came to my house and they did a great job. Yes...four...because this was the first time cleaning my house and I requested the DEEP CLEANING service. My house is over 4500 sqft and because of the size Chris knew it would take all four ladies to complete the job. I point out a few things that was missed and someone took care of it immediately. They were very professional and respectful. Thank you!!!!

They were fast, friendly, and extremely professional! You will out that you do not want cleaned. Like I said they were fast!

It went very well! I am still luxuriating in having a dust-free home! The bathroom mirrors are sparkling like I've never seen them sparkle before and the furniture shines like it was freshly waxed! I must watch and see what they use the next time they are here; maybe I can give up waxing entirely. And what a treat to put out fall decorations when I'm not all worn out from cleaning the rooms before I decorate. My small poodle was delighted to watch all the 'action'; her only disappointment was that she couldn't help with the cleaning, but she was glad to make both girls from Maid in Heaven her new friends. I am very glad I 'splurged' on this cleaning. I have never used a cleaning service before, but after reading all the rave reviews on Angie's List, I was prompted to contact them. Chris was very prompt in coming over to my home and going over their services with me. We decided on their regular cleaning, plus a few odd items to be dusted, which increased the price slightly to $140. I definitely plan on using Maid in Heaven again.

I have been very pleased with and quot;Maid in Heavenand quot;. The services were always provided very professionall, and promptly at the scheduled time every two weeks - never a call to reschedule as there had been in my previous cleaning service. The house always smelled deliciously fresh afterward, with never a harsh chemical odor. I felt that the service team really cared about my home and making it look as nice as they could! I am moving out of the area this month and will miss the and quot;Maid in Heavenand quot; team - I wish I could bring them with me.

The price was fine for me. I thought it was reasonably priced. It is a really large house. They were able to get there within 2 days of me calling and they did a really good job. They were very friendly and very courteous. The owner of the company stopped by to make sure everything was okay and it was great. I really don't have anything to compare it to because I have never had my house cleaned before, but for me it seemed fair. Their responsiveness was very good. They were right on time to the minute.

I needed my 4 bedroom house with a basement cleaned. We did a good job getting it ready for them, they had no trash to throw away, just a good cleaning. They sent a crew of 4 ladies, dressed professionally, and on time. I showed them the house and left. When I went back to the house, it had a nice, clean odor when I opened the door. Unfortunately, the first thing I checked was the hall closet. I guess they forgot it because there was dust all on the top shelf, and the floor had not been cleaned at all...dust all in the corners. The other place that was forgotten was built in shelves in the master bedroom, only one shelf was dusted, but all the dust was in a pile, the other shelves had not been dusted and were dirty, it looks like the person cleaning may have been distracted and then forgotten about finishing them. Chris had told me he would probably be there at some point, but I have no idea if he went over there or not. Other than those two incidents the house looked great. All appliances were cleaned inside and out, drawers cleaned and bathrooms done. There is tile in the bathroom shower, and that was not cleaned to what I was hoping, but I could tell an attempt was made. I wrote Chris an email about the shelves and closet, and also attached a picture for him. I am disappointed that he never wrote me back. Not looking for compensation, but a response would have been nice, or even just an email asking how they did.

Chris, Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the deep cleaning service you and your crew provided today. Our house looks very clean, and smells very clean. We have pets, so that was an issue. We were very impressed with the level of detail that went into this first cleaning, You crew was very professional, worked hard, helped each other out and did a very thorough job. As a result we now have windows that sparkle, granite and stainless steel appliances that shine, hardwood that is clean and polished, carpets that are free of pet hair at least for a while, bathrooms that are spotless, baseboard and doors that are clean and furniture that is polished. They did a very thorough forensic clean. They showed an enormous attention to detail.

Chris was very accommodating when the date we made was postponed when the settlement date was postponed. He came to the house at my convenience to check out the job then checked on the job in progress. The two ladies worked very hard and did an excellent job. I will use Maid in Heaven again.

Chris and crew did an excellent job cleaning my house. They even got out the rust stains in my guest bathroom that were driving me nuts! Great job and fast turnaround. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Two days later my landlord did a walkthrough and asked how I kept the place so clean. Thanks

I had a last minute change and had to reschedule 5 days earlier than we agreed upon. Chris was more than happy to accommodate. He and his crew arrived right on time and got hard to work cleaning, scrubbing, dusting, stripping and polishing everything in sight! When it was all said and done, my house was immaculate! I am totally pleased with Maid in Heaven and will be giving them a call again when I'm ready to lease out my rental property in the next few months.

They clean bathroom, floors, dust, and do general cleaning every two weeks. Their workers are reliable and efficient, show up on time and get right to work. The owners do a wonderful job employing honest and trustworthy workers so I feel comfortable with them being in my home even when I'm not there. When I ask for special attention for an area in my home they take care of it right away. My only complaint would be that they leave everything exactly as it was, meaning that they do not fold throws in the living room or make or change beds. I have large glass windows and doors and they don't always clean smudges and nose prints off them but to be fair I was told that they would get it when they saw it but glass was not really part of the service. Overall I've been very happy with their service over the last year and I'm pretty particular. I love coming home to a clean house!

They do a great job and we have been very pleased with the work. They have excellent customer service as well, always keeping in contact with us and we appreciate that.

I called Maid in Heaven to get a quote for a move-in clean. I spoke to the owner and let him know that I am very particular about cleanliness and needed to make sure that all traces of previous residents were removed and all surfaces cleaned. He said he understood what I was asking for and explained that the products that they used were industrial strength and that they were very detail oriented. He quoted me a price of $300 which was higher than others, but given that I thought he understood my need for clean and the level of detail I was expecting, I was willing to pay more. He and his team arrived on time the following week. The crew was very nice and professional. After they left as I began to move things in, I took a closer look at the cleaning job and saw the numerous areas were overlooked. I called the owner and he returned to address the areas and had to admit that the areas that I pointed out were things that they should have taken care of - dusting mirrors, cleaning microwave, etc. One thing that I had a major problem with was their policy that they only dust the shelving in closets. In particular, in my pantry in the kitchen, there was dried on food and dirt. I asked him if that was something that his staff should have cleaned and he said it was their policy to just dust the shelves. Therefore as he was addressing the areas that his staff missed, I was cleaning my pantry. After he left the second time, I noticed numerous other areas that were not addressed and ended up re-cleaning most of the house. I did not call him back as it was easier and quicker for me to do it myself. Overall, I do not feel that I received the level of detail and quality of service that I paid for.

On Friday the business owner came to my home to provide and estimate for the deep clean services. He was a very professional and personable gentleman. We then scheduled an apppointment for cleaning services to be provided the following Monday at 0800. Come Monday, 3 college age females showed up at 0815. I gave them an orientation of my home and covered with them the discussion I had with their employer the prior Friday. They then got right to work. One of the young ladies was new and being trained but this did not detract from the results. All three young ladies worked with focus, displayed dedication to thier work, and strong work ethics. Throughout the cleaning they communicated with each other to ensure all areas were being covered and all tasks were being completed. While no cleaning service is perfect, this service was pretty close to it. The young ladies did NOT take short cuts and sought guidance from me on my preferences for the conduct of various tasks. When I noticed an area that was missed in dusting, it was clear it was unintentional and I asked one them to go over it and she was more than happy to oblige. Positive attitudes. Honest and trustworthy. Services provided for the and quot;deep cleanand quot; included; furniture dusting, base boards, internal windows, sliding glass door, dusting of pictures on walls, cob webs in corners, dusting of indoor shutter/blinds, dusting of fans, dusting of intake vents, dusting of light fixtures, removing marks from doors, vacuuming of area rugs, mopping of hardwood floors, scrubbing of showers/bathtubs/toilets, kitchen counters, wiping down of kitchen cabinets, vacuuming of small rugs and runners. It did not include cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, wiping down leather furniture, vacuuming or mopping underneath area rugs with furniture on them, or cleaning/dusting underneath furniture or beds. However, had I noticed this prior to the ladies departing, I am sure they would have completed these additional tasks upon request as well. Laundry and dishes are not offered in this service. I had a few dishes in the kitchen sink that I intended to clean prior to their arrival and did not get a chance to do so. They cleaned around the dishes and were not able to clean the sink because of them. Overall, very favorable review. I would hire this service again. Highly recommended.

They were very professional. They do good work. I am very happy with the work.

It went well overall. My Dad was there and he is a talker, but she was still able to get things done without much delay. I don't have an immensely dirty home; but these days daily/weekly maintenance takes a back seat to spending time with my toddler, keeping my Dad in line and schoolwork. Therefore, there seems to be a film of dust and grime on most surfaces. When I noticed the bathroom sinks were getting that way, I realized it was time to call in assistance. MIH did a great job and exactly what I wanted. The big jobs: vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, cobwebs in the corners. They took care of it all. I am very pleased.

They arrived right on time, were extremely friendly and professonal, and got right to work. They spent approximately one hour cleaning the house. I would call it a and quot;lightand quot; cleaning, very light. I don't feel it was worth $100. I was hoping to find a cleaning team (or person) that I could hire to clean the house once a week or once every other week, but I could spend 15 minutes cleaning it myself and get the same result, so I'll keep looking.

The company was professional but gave us a quote over the phone. We keep our home very neat just need touch up on a monthly basis and our children are grown and out of the home. They gave us the quote but it was about 30% more then the person that came to our home and gave us an on the spot quote. Hopefully this helps someone but not sure if the other company will do a good job as we are just getting started with them.
