Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Jim contacted me promptly after leaving him a voice mail. We were able to schedule the service within 2 days. An email and call were received to confirm the date and time of the appointment. The crew arrived ontime and went through the house with my husband pointing out some problem areas. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. The carpets dried within the time period specified and they look great. My husband asked about doing some work to our hardwood floors and the crew member pointed out that their service would probably not fix the problems we have. My husband and I appreciate the honesty with regards to the hardwood floors. I will definitely use Heaven's Best in the future and recommend them highly.

Great work...the team of two arrived on time....very professional...I will use them AGAIN.

They were cheerful, friendly, professional and efficient. They moved stuff around (some of it pretty bulky) as needed and put it where we needed it to be. Since TWO back-to-back floods this past spring, our lives have been a total nightmare of contractors -- none of whom did exactly what they said they would do, when and how they said they would do it. (Because we are still in conversations with them, we prefer not to post anything negative --- we are giving them a chance.) But these guys!? Chris & Coty made be believe again that there really are still some EXCELLENT contractors out there. Heaven's Best Virginia (out of Stafford, VA) are just wonderful. Will never call anyone else. Would recommend them to anyone. Yayyyy!

The carpet cleaning went extremely well. The techs were prompt and courteous and the price was exactly what we agreed upon. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

The techs were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. The only complaint I have is I was not told in advance that there was an extra charge to treat pet spots. But overall, I was very satisfied and would use this company again.

They were very efficient and knowledgable about carpet care and cleaning. They were even able to get a very old spot out of the carpet. When they finished everything looked and smelled wonderful.

After purchasing my new house, I asked friends, but no one had a recommendation for a carpet cleaner in the Stafford/Fredericksburg area. After reading reviews, I decided to give Heaven's Best a try. Totally worth it! Scheduling the appointment was easy and they provided an estimate over the phone. The day prior, I received an e-mail confirming the appointment (a 1 hour window) and the morning of, they called to let me know when they planned to arrive. Chris and Steve arrived right on time and immediately walked through the house, noticing a number of issues that I hadn't and were clear about what they would be able to accomplish with my likely 25 year old carpet. They also estimated it would take about an hour to complete. The work was exceptional (treat, clean and deodorize - cleaner/deodorizer was a pleasant citrus smell) and completed in one hour just as they estimated. Chris and Steve were professional, pleasant, and thorough. I was completely satisfied, so much so that I immediately scheduled them to clean the carpets in the rental that I am vacating in a week. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Picked up rugs on time and thoroughly described cleaning process, potential issues and costs. Delivery of cleaned rugs was delayed one day because of slow post-cleaning drying; so representative voluntarily reduced the price. Rugs, including one silk item, were returned in excellent condition, with all signs of dirt and pet stains removed. No discoloration or damage. A first class job by a conpany which puts an obvious emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. Will definitely use again.

Outstanding service and care of my very special oriental rugs. I spoke at length with the owner about the area rugs I purchased in Bahrain. I was apprehensive about having them cleaned. The owner assured me I was in good hands - the technician did a wonderful job - they looked better than new! Great job cleaning the carpet of the townhouse I was renting. The cleaning team arrived on time and prepared to give an estimate and perform tasks. There were 10 carpeted rooms that needed to be serviced. The results of the work were exceptional. All the spots were removed and the carpets looked brand new. I also appreciated the care exercised with the furniture they needed to navigate through. The service providers were cordial, enthusiastic, and professional. I would highly recommend the service to everyone.

Picked up carpets, cleaned them and then held them for us since the renovation was behind schedule. They arrived when they said they would and were helpful and professional in all dealings. Highly recommend.

The service was great. On time, great quality, and under budget. Would definitely use them again. They even honored our 5% Angie's list coupon even though we could not find it at time of payment.

They picked up my carpet and inspected it and took pictures of it before they took it to be cleaned. The old backing was falling apart, so they recommended that I get a new one put on. I had a business associate of their's put the new back on before it was cleaned. They were careful not to take out the carpet's colors by over working the stain removal. They laid out the carpet when it was returned.

Glenn arrived on time, and was extremely professional and friendly. He walked through the home and gave us an estimate based on the age and condition of the carpets. We were still moving the last boxes, etc. out of our home, and he was flexible and rearranged his work day so as to allow us ample time to finish what we needed to do. He really went above and beyond on not only doing a thorough job, but also giving recommendations for the new tenant and the landlord as well. He explained everything thoroughly and took a personal interest in making sure that everything was spotless! Jim, the owner was wonderful and personable to deal with as well, and everyone with this company pays close attention to detail and confirms everything prior to delivering a service. We look forward to using Heavens Best in the future in our new home.

This was an unusual job because the fabric that was cleaned is mohair (a silk-like material made from goat hair). If the cleaning isn't done correctly, the fabric can fade and become stiff. Jim was willing to do the additional research that was required to determine the correct method and materials needed to do the job. He and his assistant were very professional and did an excellent job. This was the second time I used their services (the first was for carpet cleaning and they did a very job with that as well). It was not a cheap job, but given the size of the sofa and chairs and the unusual material, I think it was fair. I would recommend them.

I contacted Jim, the owner, with low expectations and little faith in carpet cleaning companies. I have used several other companies over the years and it always seemed to end the same--quoted a price that didn?t include stain and/or spot removal, deodorizer, and other items that the technicians would always try to sell me once they entered my home that always seemed to double or triple the original quote. Calling Jim and using this company has by far been the best carpet cleaning experience my family has ever had. No hidden cost, no deception, no pressure to add on more services, and no lies. The crew was personable, friendly, and professional and took the time to walk through the house with me to discuss the various spots and stains on the carpet and just what I could expect after they had cleaned them. This was not a promise the stars moment or an opportunity to sell me a miracle cleaning additive for an enormous upcharge but rather an honest assessment of the carpet and a confirmation they would do their best and realistically what to expect moment. After the cleaning the crew once again walked through the house with me to ensure if I had any questions or problems with the service that they had an opportunity to address them immediately. Last but not least, the micro-fiber sectional sofa that was cleaned looks and smells like new. We have two large dogs that use the couch more that people so there was a fair amount of dog hair on the sofa. Again, the crew was honest and up front in explaining that they would get it clean and smelling fresh but to remove 100% of the dog hair from every little crevice would be impossible. Awesome, honest, and in my family?s opinion a highly respectable company in an industry filled with shysters.

Jeff and his associate showed up right on time, and accommodated tile/grout cleaning after letting us know that's a service they offer. Of course, that added to the cost of the service by about $400, but friends got married in our backyard and had their reception in our home the very next day - so the cost was well worth it! By the way, I just checked, and the grout still looks great two months later! :)

It was wonderful. They provided a great service. They got a stain out that they thought they may not have been able to get out. The customer service is wonderful and they were very thorough. We are very happy with their work. They are exceptionally competent and responsive to customer needs.

Based on positive reviews on Angie?s List, I hired Heaven?s Best Carpet Cleaning to clean all of the carpets in the house we had recently purchased. The owner, Mr. Bonner, answered the phone and provided a detailed description of their services as well as an initial estimate over the phone. Two of his employees were able to come out to the house the very next day. Chris and Glenn were very personable and professional, and did a thorough job of cleaning all of the carpets, as well as the tile in the master shower. The final price was exactly what we had agreed upon, with no surprises. The following week, Mr. Bonner came out and patched a small section of the living room carpet where the previous owners had left a puddle of melted blue plastic. The patch is nearly invisible, and will allow us to put off replacing the carpet for many years. Overall, we were very pleased with their service, and would recommend their work.
