Victor did a great job ensuring advance notice of the appointment. Regarding service, Daniel and Eric came out to clean air ducts, but found they were in great shape. After checking all the vents, they would not charge for the work because of the shape they were in. Thank you for your wonderful integrity; it is a testament to the ethical culture of the organization. Had they found it necessary to provide a full service cleaning of the ducts, their estimate provided was very reasonable and less expensive than other companies I checked with.

They arrived on time, they did a great job concentrating on the highly stained areas. The carpets/rooms smelled great when they finished. The cost was reasonable.

Great job. Very friendly. Good communication all around, one the phone, and in person. Arrived later than scheduled window, but I didn't mind because they had the courtesy to call and tell they were running behind. Did not charge a higher price for an area rug, which is no fancier than my wall-to-wall carpet (quote from another company much higher for area rug). Carpets dried quickly. No noxious smells from cleaning solution, which I appreciate as an allergy sufferer. Final cost same as quote. Will definitely have them back next year to keep the carpets tip-top.

carpets look brand new again. They were VERY careful not to scuff my walls; they used all kinds of wass guards. very nice and hardworking young men. they moved my furniture and worked really ard. It took them an hour to do the job and biy does it show! Will be hiring them back!

Overall fair, on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, it was a 7. Arrived 30 minutes late but called so that was good and the right thing to do. They gave me $25 off because they were late which I wasn't expecting and was a nice surprise. The one thing I think is important for the next customer is that the Service Provider will NOT help to move any size furniture. The furniture was on sliders so I didn't require any lifting just pushing. Per service tech, owner doesn't allow due to possible workman comp. But besides that the carpet cleaning service is what I expected. The carpet looks okay. One thing I thought was a little strange, was that they ask for you to do a survey their work before they leave. I gave them a good rating but now after the floor has dried (next day) it was just fair. If you have light dirt areas you will be fine with this service. I had pet stains which will take some additional work. Also I was concerned about the hardwoods getting wet and true to their promise they didn't get them wet so I was very pleased.

I called Heaven's Best after having a bad experience with another professional carpet cleaning company. The other company cleaned my carpet (with the use of a coupon) for the same price that Heaven's Best was charging without a coupon. With the other company, I saw almost zero change in the condition of the carpet. The other company told me that my carpet was too dirty and no other cleaning company could do a better job. Heaven's Best showed up on time and they were very nice and professional. They did a thorough inspection of the carpet, then got to work. I am going to preface by saying that my carpet is 10 years old and it was really, really bad. The family room and dining room hadn't been cleaned for 5 years, and the kid's toy room was cleaned 3 years ago. I have 7 & 8 year-old daughters and 2 cats. The kids' toy room was ridiculous, as you can imagine, and I did not expect them to be able to get most of the stains out. On some of the stains, i had tried several over the counter cleaners with no result. When they were finished, the carpet looked almost new! It was fluffed up and rejuvenated, and they were able to get out lipstick, ground-in play-doh, exploded marker, spilled drinks, and a ground-in marshmallow peep from Easter (most disgusting sticky matted spot I have ever seen). No extra charge for removing these spots. The oriental carpet had been in my restaurant for 5 years and I was going to throw it away, but it now looks fantastic, and I think I'll use it in my home dining room. I highly recommend Heaven's Best to anyone. Their price and quality is much better than their competitors, and they were so nice and personable. I thought my only option was to replace the carpet, but now I think I can get a couple more years out of it.

Chris and the other guy (sorry I don't recall his name) arrived on time, made a thorough inspection of the carpeting, uncovered some moisture they found underneath the carpeting that I was unaware of and made recommendations for remediation. This was not something I would not have known was there had it not been for them and their equipment which was able to find it. They finished the whole condo is about an hour and it was beautifully clean and dried in about two hours. The part of the equipment which comes into the home is quieter than my own vacuum cleaner! The price for their service was very reasonable. I will definitely call Heaven's Best anytime I need carpet or other household cleaning services that they provide. They are indeed the best!

The pet oder removal service that cost so much was COMPLETELY ineffective.

This company stands by its work. They missed a couple of spots first time around; but, responded immediately and courteously to come back out and take care of it. I'd call them again without question.

They were FABULOUS! Arrived on time, and were quick to get everything done Vince and Lawrence (I believe that was their names) did a great job! They knew what they were doing, were knowledgeable of the product and how to effectively clean our carpets. The carpets were already partially dry by the time they left and I was worried that they would be soaked to the bone. Not the case at all. Carpets look brand new. We don't require carpet cleaning often, but we will definitely be contacting Heaven's Best in the future and recommending to friends in the area. Great service and great company. Thank you so much!

Service was outstanding from start to finish. Very professional and knowledable. All carpets were cleaned beautifully in a timely manner, and there were no surprizes with the cost. What was quoted over the phone was exactly what was charged.

Cody & Dillon were very professional and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done. They were also very careful to explain what type of stains we had and how effective they expected to be in minimizing and/or eliminating them. They were efficient and respectful of our home. Our 25-year old rugs look almost new again. If we were staying in the area, we would definitely hire them again. We will look for a Heaven's Best dealer when we reach our new location

Crew arrived early due to an earlier cancellation. Surveyed the area to be clean. Went over the details of their carpet cleaning process; treated spots before bringing in equipment. Courteous and professional! Would be happy to correct and problems or concerns. Happy with the results of this company; carpet looks new again. Would use this company again.

I had quite a few pet stains. They were unable to remove some. The extra charges for stain removal was quite high. It took more than 2 days to thoroughly dry. When I was finally able to walk all rooms I discovered some furniture had not been moved just cleaned around, a single bed and a small night stand for example. I also discovered the carpet was not cleaned all the way to the baseboards. There was about an inch and a half along the perimeter of each room and hallway that was not touched. It is still dirty and stands out. I will never call for their service again and I definitely would not recommend Heaven's Best Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.

We were very happy with this service. They were on time. They checked the carpeted areas for stains before they started cleaning and pretreated a few bad stains. The carpets looked great when they were done. The crew was very professional. We will certainly use this company in the future.
