We are completely thrilled about the quality of work that this company provided. We researched several hardscape companies and while pricing was pretty much similar for all of them, American Custom Hardscapes was the most impressive with regards to being informative, prepared and professional during our initial meetings for a quote. We were impressed with the detail and quality of the design draft and quote that was provided to us during our initial meeting (which we had to wait to receive from the other vendors, and one we had to call and request that they send it after having waited more than two weeks). The only complaint that I might have had would have been that it was sometimes difficult to get responses from the vendor when emailed...but, in all fairness, I found out while they were completing our work that every member of the company works in the field on each job, so any delay in communications are completely understandable. Given the amount of rain we had, our project was delayed just a bit; but, much to our surprise the crew showed up several days earlier than expected to prep the site. The crew was exceptionally professional and went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely happy with every aspect of their work. In addition, the suggestions that Daniel gave us for our project proved to be invaluable. Our walkway and patio are gorgeous, and we love our new backyard oasis!!! The crew were spectacular, and when cleaning up after the project they even power washed our deck and porch simply to be kind. They worked through storms to ensure that our project was done in a timely manner, and often came back after hours to do finishing touches on portions of the project. The follow-up that we have received to make sure we are completely satisfied has been remarkable. We will definitely use them again for additional work we are planning, and I would highly recommend them to others.
