There was water and mold damage to a section of the carpet in the rec room. We hired ServiClean to do mold remediation service. Alfredo, the estimator, also detected possible moisture behind a section of the wall paneling, which, he advised, should be addressed. The ServiClean crew of Brian and George set up a containment chamber around the affected area along with other equipment, removed the section of damaged carpet and wall paneling, and applied antimicrobial to the area. We were very pleased with the whole experience and the work done. Everyone was very nice and professional from Lilian with her advise and help on insurance claims, Alfredo with his meticulous explanation and documentation of the process and the damage, and the Brian and George for their work and courtesy. However some of the work completed was unnecessary and really expensive. I asked ahead of time to be provided with an estimate and they didn't comply. My basement includes a living room, and 1 bedroom. The water damage was located in one area yet they removed ALL doors, 10 to be exact, 2 feet of drywall, baseboards, carpet, and a porcelain sink! The doors didn't withstand water damage yet they were removed. When I asked the technician about the door and sink removal his response was, "the insurance will pay for the replacement." They charged my insurance 16,000 dollars! Please don't go with this company unless they provide you with a quote before they start the work. "

"I have been dealing with two leaks in my house one from the roof and one from the HVAC system. The insurance company is dragging their feet. It started in November 20 24. It is now February 2025 and it’s still not fixed. Pro Clean has been a godsent if it was not for Pro Clean. I think I would’ve went crazy. They have stood beside me the whole time they have advocated for me with the insurance company and as a single woman they have helped me with contractors that I could trust if you need anything as far as mold, leaks anything like that you need to call this guy the owner Peter is the sweetest man you will ever meet. I cannot praise this company enough if you want me to give them a score from 1 to 10 it would be 1,000,000,000.
