I spent $160 on that service. The job went very well overall. He was very efficient, identified the problem quickly, and fixed it. He explained to me thoroughly what had happened and how to maintain my water heater. I would tell other members that he came reasonably on time and did the work and I thought that the cost was reasonable.

We spent probably $200 on that service. We decided to use them again because they respond very rapidly and do good work. They communicate very well and are very pleasant to work with and we just like them. We have a lot of leaks in this house because we have that PVC pipe that has proven to be defective and after a certain amount of time it just deteriorates and starts springing leaks all over the place, so we frequently need a plumber. They have always been able to come out, the same day or the next day and they have been very good about explaining what needs to be done and why it needs to be done.

Very professional service. Arrived as scheduled and performed work promptly.

Called another contractor to re-install a dishwasher properly, repair trap under kitchen sink after two unsatisfactory attempts by Plumbing Dr.

Dr. Jon did the work. We had used Plumbing Dr. before. As with the first experience everything from the first call to completion of the job was professional and first rate. Came when promised. Worked quickly. CLeaned up. Great experience.

Although it was time consuming, it went excellent from beginning to end. It's a hard physical job but the plumbers kept at it. They may have taken a lunch break, but it wasn't very long. They wanted to get the huge job done. They were truly perfectionists and cleaned up so nicely after themselves. The following day, just one plumber came over to cement over the hole where the sump pump was put, and he was actually early, did his job, and hopefully had a good Thanksgiving.

The worker was outstanding and explained everything that he was doing and why. They were a bit expensive but he did a great job. It goes to show that you get what you pay for. He was very competent and I was glad to have dealt with him.

They are pretty professional, consistent and responsive. They were very responsible and helpful. I do trust them when they give me certain tips.

I called them up and told them the problem. They said we will come and fix it. The man said that it was age-back equipment and we don't work with those pipes. I was a little upset because I told them the situation when I called them. What he could do is go to Home Depot and get a piece of PVC pipe. I would have to pay for his time or do it myself. So I said I would do it myself. He cut off a piece of the hung sewer and changed the location of the drain. I said to him why don't you re-align the hung sewer so it drains from high to low. He said no it doesn't need it. He resecured one of the metal hangers or brackets at a different location. My basement had been wet for months. I went downstairs and my washer had started to drain. It came out of the hole that he left and it poured all over the floor. I fixed it myself. I went to next bracket and moved it up three inches so the angle was higher. It an open drain. I raised it up three inches and now its fixed. I wound up doing the work myself.

We made the appointment 10 days in advance to make sure we got the first appointment(7:30 am). Already late, they called at 7:35 saying they were running behind and would be there at 8:00. One hour later (8:30 am) WE called them and they said they are still at another job and would be there by 9:00. Forty five minutes later they finally showed up. The fix was simple and quick. Diagnosing the problem took a little bit of time, as expected. There was an old washer/dryer drain that was no longer used. The previous owner remodeled and didn't cap off the old pipes. Plumbing Dr. cut the drywall and cleaned up all the mess. They left the drywall in one easy piece so that it was an easy repair. They charged $500 for the use of the smoker and $200 for parts and labor. They never mentioned that there was a fixed cost in the smoke machine. I assumed it was a tool of his trade. My fault for assuming. Seven hundred dollars was kind of high for 90 minutes of work, but I guess it was worth it... NO MORE SEWAGE SMELL! On a side note, he tried to charge $5 for a "fuel charge" which is something no one should ever pay. The thought of me having to pay his fuel is the craziest thing I've ever heard. Listen up everyone... NEVER PAY FOR FUEL CHARGES! Next they'll charge you for oil changes, tires, inspections, parking tickets, etc. Then he said that his office was less then a mile from my house. What? Five dollars for fuel, that's less than 1 mile per gallon. Ridiculous. After I got off my soap box, he did agreed to remove the charge. All in all, they were very professional, polite and we would use them again.

I called after hours on Friday and requested a Saturday visit for a leaky pipe. A polite gentleman scheduled the visit for the following day before noon. The service plumber, Charlie, called mid morning to say he was on his way--he arrived about 15 minutes later. I showed him the drip. He confirmed the problem and described the fix. He asked for the main water to be turned off--he took care in turn to consider our hot water heater and did something to it so that it wouldn't try to heat an empty tank. He cut out the portion of copper pipe that was leaking and rerouted it to reduce the stress on it that had caused the leak. He worked efficiently. When done, he went over the bill meticulously, describing all charges.

We are really happy with the service provided by this company. We have some other things that we want done and we will be calling them again. They are professional. They have great rates and I would recommend them to anyone. They honestly do awesome work.

It went well. My basement had a very bad sewer odor which was hard to isolate. Did not want to dig up basement so decided to go with video camera to see in mainline was cracked or broken. It was not which was a relief even though it cost $350.00 for to confirm. Other companies charge $500.00 or more for the same service.

I have used him for 20 plus years and he is first rate. Very prompt. Great staff full of good people. Bill, the owner is terrific.

After calling numerous plumbers to see if they would perform a smoke test, The Plumbing Doctor was the only one that was willing to perform the test. Dr. Geoff and his assistant showed up at the scheduled time. Dr. Geoff went above and beyond the call of duty and crawled all over our attic trying to determine where the pipes were, since we did not have any blueprints showing where they were located. They were both very professional, and we were finally able to locate an unsealed pipe in the attic, that the builder forgot to cap. They capped the pipe and ran another test, which did not determine any more leaks. They also cleaned up any messes that they made. The whole visit was about three hours. I would definitely call them in the future.

I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! I USED THEM 3 TIMES. THIS LAST TIME THEY CHARGED $245.40 TO SNAKE MY SHOWER AND DO A FREE INSPECTION OF A TOILET THAT WAS RUNNING. 2 MONTHS AFTER THEY SNAKED THE SHOWER, IT WAS CLOGGED AGAIN! I CALLED OUT E.A. KIKER AND SONS PLUMBING AND THEY SNAKED THE SHOWER AND ONLY CHARGED ME $80.00!! WHAT A RIP OFF!

THEY KEPT THE AREA AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE AND THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO BE AROUND AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY FINISHED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER AND I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB DONE.

I THINK THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT. THE WERE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAD A REALLY BAD LEAK AND THEY CAME IN AND FIX IT RIGHT UP FOR ME. THE PLUMBING NOW WORKS AS GOOD AS NEW.

FINE SERVICE WAS AS EXPECTED, (WE HAVE USED PLUMBING DR. BEFORE AND IN FACT THE SAME PLUMBER, 'DR. NELSON', MADE OUR PREVIOUS SERVICE CALL). THE DRAIN WAS SNAKED TWICE AND WORKS FINE NOW. I ALSO BOUGHT A CHEAP PLASTIC DRAIN COVER FOR THE FUTURE.
