+ -1 moreFive star service! They were super responsive and even tried to fix our issue initially over the phone. We needed a part replaced, so we scheduled an appointment. Called beforehand, on time and knowledgeable. Fixed our issue and even adjusted one of our sinks that was acting up. I'd use Sami's plumbing again in a heartbeat. Great service - good people.

+ 0 moreExcellent service! Our new favorite plumber! Eric was a referral from a neighbor and we couldn't be more pleased. He responds promptly and always calls with an update/reminder on his arrival time. His work is neat and he leaves everything spotless. He has been very honest about the best way to go forward with work, even when it has not been to his benefit. HIs prices are fair for honest, solid work.
Description of Work: Replaced toilet. On previous visits within the past year, he has also snaked a clogged shower drain and capped a gas line to an outdoor gas light.

Description of Work: Replaced disposal and snaked line. I think the cost of snaking a line should be based on the difficulty and how long it takes rather than on a set price regardless of how long it does or does not take.

I once called him on the emergency line and he was on the line for 20 minutes explaining to me how to manually drain the water heater. He walked me through this very kindly and calmly. I called him one time at 7 p.m. and he was willing to come out that night. His response time is great. He is very thorough and answers all my questions.
Description of Work: He installed a water heater for me. He has also done extensive work with a leaky pipe he had to replace.
