Sami gets solid A's for responsiveness and not charging for a service call. Within about an hour of claiming his service call, he wrote back to me to get more information and set up a time, and he was available the next day. I don't think there's another plumber on Angie's List who doesn't charge to come out and diagnose the problem. If I have an emergency, he might be one of the first people I call. The only reason I didn't go with his service was the price. He asked for $800 to fix what ultimately cost $150 with another provider (and only took 5 minutes). Sami is probably good for larger projects where you need someone with a lot of skill, but for simple non-emergencies I'd go elsewhere.

Sami’s plumbing was great service. We’ve been looking for a decent plumber in our area and found Sami’s plumbing. He was respectful with the time we are currently in and wore a face mask, show coverings and gloves. Was very professional and explained exactly what needed to be fixed and why. He was able to fix the issue quickly and did not overcharge like a lot of other plumbing companies do. My family will definitely be using Sami’s plumbing for any future problems. Lena

Sami was excellent - came and did an initial fix and then came back after more problems were discovered. Showed us exactly what he was doing, talked us through the problem, and did a really good job. We'd definitely bring him back for some other plumbing needs.

Eric Sami of Sami's Plumbing knows what he is doing. I bought the system myself and it tuns out it had a few quirks that he was able to figure out easily and make it work for our home. He is knowledgable, efficient and able to troubleshoot and come up with a solution because he knows what he is doing. I would recommend Sami's Plumbing highly and will call them for my next job.

Our sump pump started to make a really loud noise in the middle of a rainy night. I called Sami's Plumbing at 8:00 am and left a message. Erick called back at 8:15 am. He told me he would be here around 12:230 pm, and give me and advance call when on his way. He called around 12:00 to let me know he would arrive at 12:30 as promised. He arrived right on time and inspected our sump pump. He recommended changing it to a better quality one. He said the old one was in really bad shape. He left and came back with the new sump pup. Once he installed it and tested he realized there may be a problem in the pipe that discharge the water to the exterior of the home. He dig the yard to inspect the pipe and found where the pipe was broken and the tree roots were clogging the pipe. He took care of clearing the area, fixing the pipe, and running the sump pump to make sure it would work to perfection. A job really well done! I'm extremely satisfy with the result and will call Erick again when we need a good, experienced and reliable plumber.

I have finally found an honest plumber! Another estimate i got for the work was going to be thousands and a hole in a bedroom wall. Eric fixed everything with no holes in my wall and even showed me how to do some things myself and save money. And did it all in the same visit so I didnt have to take another vacation day.

the guy contacted me immediately after I requested service. came out same day did an estimate. returned next day and installed new water heater. I had a great experience with Sami's.

Sami’s plumbing is one of the best service companies in the DMV. The team was punctual and very transparent with pricing. Most importantly, they fixed our issue efficiently and we’ve haven’t had an issue since. Highly recommended.

He was punctual. He put a covers on his shoes. The guy, Eric, did a competent job. He charged me a reasonable rate.

Eric is fantastic. He’s punctual, professional, personable, trustworthy, and professional. He’s probably the most responsive professional we’ve worked with. We’ve had him to the house for several jobs and we wouldn’t hesitate to leave him in the house if we had to run errands or work. Erik Sami has been out three times in the last five years or so. He is always responsive and highly capable. What I find most impressive is his genuine interest in saving us money. He has repeatedly pointed me in the direction of cost-effective solutions, often leading to fewer billable hours for him.

He did a great job. He was very honest. He was very qualified. My plumbing system was very old and it has a lot of problem. I spent a lot of time to got it done. I was very pleased with the service he did.

Sami was great! Both jobs were done with really high quality (a year later and they’re all functioning great). He also gave us some tips to avoid clogging in our kitchen sink that have been really helpful. Overall it’s great service (super friendly, flexible schedule, and always on time) and it’s a really fair price for the work

We've had Eric do our plumbing for a few years now and have been impressed by his honesty, quality of work, and promptness. We live in an older house so we've had him do a number of things, including installing a new garbage disposal, fix knocking sounds in the pipes of our house, and installing new toilets throughout the house. Would highly recommend.

I had brought in 2 other plumbers (and 1 handyman) and none were able to fix the problem. One suggested the fix was to replace the whole bathtub and fixtures. I called Eric and he was not only able to fix the issue but diagnosed it with just a few photos and was able to have the entire thing fixed within a few hours. I have worked with him a number of times since then and I can genuinely say he is by far the best plumber I have ever worked with. I trust his work, his opinion, and his recommendations. The best plumbing experience I've ever had! Sami's s plumbing was fantastic! Easy to schedule, he was responsive and prompt. Got the job done quickly, completely, and cleanly! I didn't need to clean anything after he'd finished up and that has NEVER been the case with other plumbers in my experience. Very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, you can tell that he knows what he's doing and takes pride in doing it well. I will never use another plumber now that I have found Sami's.

An excellent experience in all respects would definitely hire him again

He came to the house, examined the problems, gave us a written estimate and then told us to think it over and call him back if that was suitable. No pressure, no hard sell. When we called back to schedule the repairs, he came the very next day, on time. He was extremely professional, neat and did a wonderful job. We had not had a plumber that we could call for repairs, etc. but we do now! We are so happy to have found him.
