Mauricio came out and did the work. Roof really needed a cleaning & now it looks great! I have no complaints. Very good experience with this service provider.

Mericio, the owner started working 7:30am. He did a great job on cleaning my property and get it ready for sale. He polite and professional. He cleaned my 8 year old metal roof and gutter now looked new and my sunroom roof, concrete pavers patio and wood deck. He cleaned the site after his work. I highly recommend this company.

Highly impressed with the service, professionalism, and above and beyond effort provided. The roof looks like new. He also repaired a loose roof tile, did some upkeep of the gutters (which were cleaned for no additional charge as part of the Angie's List coupon), took down an old TV antenna, and provided insight as to areas to keep an eye on where water accumulates heavily due to drainage. I can't recommend the company highly enough. Exceeded all my expectations, and I would without a doubt not hesitate to use the service again.

Mauricio showed up promptly to provide a free estimate. On the day we scheduled the work he showed up on time and got to work quickly. He was professional throughout and did a great job. He used a low power sprayer and solution with small amount of bleach in it: got the roof clean and so far doesn't look like it damaged any of our bushes under the roof.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received, and the results were beyond my expectations. The roof looks absolutely like new - and it's 15 years old! Mauricio is a pleasure to work with.

It went wonderfully. They were so courteous, punctual, and professional. The roof looks brand new. I noticed a LOT of granules from the shingles clogged up the bottom of my gutter (where it curves), so just beware that you may have to clean that out afterwards.

Working with Roof Real Clean was an outstanding experience. Mauricio came out for the original estimate and I immediately felt comfortable working with him. He is very professional and polite and a pleasure to deal with. He gave us an estimate during the initial meeting and offered a discount if our neighbors who had also asked for a quote went with them. Mauricio was able to get us on the schedule very quickly once we made the decision to hire Roof Real Clean. On the day of service, the worker arrived promptly just after 8:00AM and introduced himself and asked where the water hookup was, asked if I had any questions and then proceeded to set up the ladders and get started. It took the full morning to do the roof as we have a very steep roof with a complicated roof line. This is not a easy roof to work on. In the early afternoon, he started on the house wash. Our house was re-sided in 1999 and while I had done some power washing on the lower level that I could reach with my consumer grade power washer, anything above my reach had not been done since 1999. With a north facing front exposure, there was green algae and more than 15 years of grime on the white trim. The worker spent the whole afternoon washing the exterior and Mauricio came by to check in and make sure that we were happy with the results. Our roof and house look absolutely fantastic now!! While this wasn't inexpensive, it was absolutely worth every penny. Roof Real Clean is the kind of small business that you feel good about supporting as they take pride in their work and do a GREAT job!

Scheduling was an ease and they did a great job.

It went very well. We had some roof shingles replaced and the roof looked awful. The new shingles were obvious with the dirty roof. After the cleaning, you can barley see the difference. They had cleaned the roof in 2010 and did the work for the same price. We had them return on 6/28/2016 and power wash the house for $450. This job also looks great. Mauricio and his assistant are pleasant to work with.

I had the usual problems with an older home in the area. The roof had been overhung by trees (trimmed last fall) and was black plus covered with moss and algae. I had no clue what shape it was in or what color. A few of the gutters were coming loose and had accumulated the black stains that are impossible for me to remove. The siding (like many) has a recurring algae problem and there were stubborn portions that would not come clean no matter how long I power washed. I thought the roof would come apart in places any minute. I searched around and found Roof Real Clean. I called Mr. Mauricio and he came out on a Saturday, which is always a plus. He explained the problems and how they could solve them. He assured me up front that if I was not satisfied with any portion to hold payment and call him. We agreed on a price and set a date. He told me the only thing that would stop them would be rain in which case we would reschedule. I arrived home a little early on the day of the service and they were just finishing up. I was shocked! My roof--everywhere--was a nice pretty brown. It looked brand spanking new. The gutters had been repaired and were actually white. The siding looked great, even the stubborn areas that would not come clean no matter what I did. I noticed my phone was still off as I must keep it that way in the office and Mr. Mauricio had left me a message. They found 2 rubber flashings on exhausts that were done for. He said they could replace them at the same time. It was already after 4PM. I called Mr. Mauricio and he assured me they carried them in the van as it was a common problem and they repaired those too. That was a Friday and we were out of town all day Saturday and so it wasnt until Sunday that I was able to closely examine the exterior. My wife and I were both astounded. CONS: None. Mr. Mauricio explained about the algae spores and that it would return probably on the north facing siding, but since the stubborn spots were clean all I would have to do is power wash them away as normal maintenance. PROS: My house gleams and my roof looks brand new!! They left no debris or mess. Mr. Mauricio and his team are very professional, prompt, efficient, and they deliver as promised. More over, my yard looked like a deserted boyscout campground--left clean, tidy, and neat. Thanks Mr. Mauricio!

Roof Real Clean did a wonderful job of removing black algae stains from our grey asphalt shingled roof. I received a free gutter cleaning because of an Angie's List coupon and while they were up there I also had them replace some old deteriorating vent pipe boot covers. They came right on time and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I would definitely use them again!

After contacting several local (Manassas area) companies that did this type of work, I selected Roof Real Clean even tho they are in Falls Church. The owner sent me info that I requested about chemicals to be used, addressed my concerns about shrubs, modified schedule for many rain days, keep me advised of status of start day, showed up ready to work at 11;45 AM (said around noon he would be here) and did an excellent job on the house and garage roof. Clean up was done as well. Great job, excellent communications, could not ask for more.

Excellent - very fast and professional. The roof looks spotless and very clean. They also cleaned the gutters and front step. We have lots of plants beneath the roof, and none were damaged. Everything was great.

The outside of my house looked awful There were huge black streaks on my roof, my siding was filthy and there was a weed garden growing in the gutters. Now my roof looks new, my siding gleams and my gutters flow great. My house now looks wonderful and I am extremely happy. The owner did all the work himself and he was extremely professional and very nice too. I will definitely use Roof Real Clean again

I hired Roof Real Clean to deal with moss and lichen that was overtaking the north side of my roof. Mauricio was a pleasure to work with, even as weather forced us to reschedule the work twice. The end result is amazing. The moss and lichen are completely gone, and the roof looks like new. Very satisfied.

We are very pleased with the services of Real Roof Clean. We worked with Mauricio who returned our calls and emails for scheduling almost immediate. Mold discoloration on roof causing an unsightly discoloration of shingled roof. Mauricio came and did an amazing job. The roof looks brand new. Excellent clean up and fast yet thorough work. He also inspected the roof for any other signs of mold. I expected to get the sales pitch on how bad our roof was and that we needed a total cleaning. Mauricio found one area that he suggested we might want to clean for an additional yet small amount. He also cleaned areas of our gutters which were blocking up some of the downspouts before beginning the cleaning work. I am getting into the habit of posting positive or negative reviews so that Angie's List members may benefit as I have in choosing services. It's always wonderful when you work with a great company like this. I hope more companies will strive to deliver the quality communication, service and price as Real Roof Clean.

We had some roof work done in the summer by another company and wound up with an ugly patch right in the middle of the roof. A large part of our problem was that the brand new shingles clashed with the weather worn, dirty, older shingles. The Roof Real Clean team did an amazing job cleaning the roof and thanks to them the patch is now barely visible.

Excellent!! It is night and day compared to a neighbor?s roof that also needs a good cleaning. WAY more affordable than a new roof, but yet it feels like a whole new look. Well worth the cost. Great service from both the owner, and his technician (both were here during the whole job). They even removed an old TV antenna on my neighbor?s house and took it away with them ? for free.
