This was money well spent. Our roof is light gray and black streaks as well as moss were highly visible from the ground, detracting from the overall appearance of our house. Moreover the mildew reduces the life of the roof. Now it looks like new again. Thiago is thorough, professional and responsible.

Mr. Thiago of Roof Real Clean company came to clean our roof, siding, and walkway recently. He did a great job! Before the cleaning, our roof had lots of dark dirty strips and our siding looked moldy. But, after cleaning, our roof, siding, and walkway look so clean. Our neighbors commented that it looks like we have a new roof, new siding and new walkway now. Mr. Thiago pays attention to details and is very friendly. His price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Communication was wonderful, Thiago was extremely helpful and friendly! They protected all of my sensitive plants, outdoor furniture and flower pots with plastic or moved them out of the way. The house looks so much better, we are thrilled with the final result.

Fantastic job. The exterior of my townhouse was so dirty and is now sparkling clean. Roof Real Clean gave me the best estimate for the work and I was on their schedule within a week of accepting their estimate. Work performed in two hours. Personable and very professional. Couldn't be happier with the result.

Thiago's work is fantaaastic! Thiago doesn't miss a square inch of the roof. He actually gets up on the roof instead of pressure washing from the ground. He uses environmentally friendly cleaner and gently scrubs the roof with a piece of equipment similar to a floor polisher. The dirt just rolls off! He also checks and reports on the condition of your roof. He is a super hard worker who takes great pride in his work PLUS he is an absolute people person who is friendly from start to finish. The price was more than fair. I am so glad Thiago did the job. What a difference a clean roof makes!

Amazing. The worker was super professional, explaining everything he was doing and having us check everything over when the work was complete. The windows and siding look great. The deck looks brand new, which is saying something for a twenty year old deck. We are beyond thrilled with the quality of the work. Well worth the price.

Roof Real Clean did an excellent job during the proposal cycle and in actually doing the work proposed. They use Roof Shampoo not bleach like other roof cleaners use. It was hosed on and rinsed off of the roof. No scrubbing required. Very gentle to the shingles. The gutters were also black from algae. The worker was able to apply the cleaning solution to the sides of the gutter and scrub them with a brush. They came spotless. He pressure washed the siding that were green with mold and then applied a cleaner to the chimney that was black with unknown. Everything looks great now. Like new. The worker (Chiago?) was friendly and efficient and he cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend Roof Real Clean.

Very well. The water pressure was dialed back where needed to avoid paint damage in soffit areas. Patios cleaned up beautifully. When the job was finished I misunderstood the price and gave a check for an amount that exceeded the actual cost of service. He pursued me and brought the mistake to my attention so that I would provide a check for the proper (lower) amount. It was an appreciated act of honesty following a job well done. I could not be more pleased and will hire this company anytime I need roof, patio or soffit cleaning.

Excellent! Mr. Fonseca arrived on the appointed time and day. He worked on-stop for an entire morning. He took special care to avoid damage to landscaping. Everything looks like new! I would recommend his work to anyone without reservation. Mr. Fonseca is very professional in his business practices, and is very kind and cordial - a real gentleman.

Thiago, from Roof Real Clean, performed a thorough, meticulous job of cleaning all of the various roof levels and siding on our home. He explained the processes he would be using very clearly when he first came out for the project estimate; and while on sight doing the actual work, he continued to explain what he was doing every step of the way. He was careful to protect the shrubs close to the house. He stayed in touch with us to schedule the work (due to weather forecasts), and arrived on time the day of the work . He is professional and really is an expert, and he also followed up after the job. We enjoyed talking with him throughout the process. He is a very detailed and competent roof and siding cleaner. Great job! Due to overhanging trees there were mosses on the back roof. After the scrubbing, the roof looks like it was just installed. The whole operation was better than I could have imagined.

I would absolutely hire them again! I have lived in my house over 25 years and this is the best job I have ever had. The price was perfect. Thiago was professional and friendly. During this COVID crisis he was very attentive to keeping a distance. He also pointed out a couple areas that I need to address. If you are sitting on the fence about who to do your job - hire them. You won't be disappointed.
