We are very pleased with the results! Our roof is quite high and steeply pitched, making it a very challenging job to perform. Roof looks brand new again. Very happy we selected Roof Real Clean to do the job! Highly recommend them.

Mauricio was responsive, timely, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We asked him to clean the algae stains on our gabled roof (which he did a fantastic job, as seen in the pictures); he also power washed the house, cleaned the gutters, and repaired a loose soffit. As a new homeowner, I appreciate that he took the time to explain how to maintain our newly clean roof. We will certainly work with Mauricio when it's time for another roof cleaning!

Mauricio was very responsive, polite and professional. Removed all mold stains from an area of my roof, entire front of house trim on a large house (85 feet long) and front steps. He actually powerwashed the enire front stairs for no extra charge although he was only required to powerwash a small section. It is rare to find a contractor who cares so much about his work at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use him again.

Excellent! Mauricio scheduled my cleaning a month ahead (when he gave me the estimate) and arrived about the time he suggested he would given the appropriate weather conditions. Mauricio is the owner and the serviceperson so you know his name is on the line with the service he provides and he met my expectations. The siding on one side of our house was very badly stained and I was skeptical about whether or not he could remove it all; he surpassed my expectations and made it look new! The siding overall looks as clean as when we first purchased it. He cleaned all external surfaces our home including the aluminum wraparound on vinyl windows and the brick front. The roof he cleaned is also restored to a nice deep brown now; it is no longer blackened with moss and rotting debris. There are skylights there and Mauricio helped me determine what may have been causing leaks at that area in the past. In addition, you will be met with an upbeat, positive professional who will respect your home and collect payment only after you are satisfied with his work.

Mauricio, cleaned both my roof and my daughter's. he also repaired a patch of damaged shingles on my roof. The roofs looked like new once he had finished. Recently, I had some loose shingles and he came back and fixed those for me, for a very nominal charge. Mauricio is extremely reliable, helpful and professional. Mauricio did a fantastic job of turning our tired aged roof into almost new looking. I wasn't anticipating such wonderful results! He clearly communicated the results of his inspection and fixed the issues we spoke about. He also fixed some loose shingles and secured the roof ridge. Mauricio arrived promptly at the scheduled time and spent most of the day on the job. The results are stunning. He took the time to explain what he was doing, took pictures, repaired a damaged shingle and addressed all questions in a professional and courteous manner. He spent extra time to concentrate on hard to reach shingles and siding and he even offered to and removed the unused satellite dish from the roof (having to fight a previously unknown nest of wasps in the process!) Having Roof Real Clean tackle the roof, siding, gutters and chimney in one service call literally saved us 100's of dollars versus using multiple vendors and service calls. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Mauricio and Roof Real Clean to anyone.
