Paolo is a straight shooter and he offered a fair price and delivered. He is very passionate about this line of work and clearly believes he has the best, safest, most environmentally friendly product out there for cleaning roofs. Sometimes this comes across as bragging, but he proudly delivers great results. My "before and after" was just like so many of the "before and after" photos on his website. It is a small business and they pay attention to detail and really try to satisfy the customer. Paolo and his assistant went above and beyond by cleaning the outside part of my gutter that's so visible from the sidewalk/street. (He got the inside of my gutters, too.) There was a 10-minute summer downpour in the middle of my job, and they took it is stride. Paolo said if there was a lot of lightning and the storm lasted a while, they'd have to finish the job another day. The week before was stormy, too, so Paolo called me once the delay my job a couple of days, which I agreed made sense. Bad weather can upset their schedule, but Paolo's follow-through was excellent. He was punctual and finished the job on-time, despite the short-lived storm. I have a rain barrel that captures some roof runoff, so I saw up close how much filth was being washed off. As impressive as the sight was, it did clog up my rain barrel somewhat.

I couldn't be happier with our experience. I foolishly thought about cleaning the roof myself. I would've killed myself doing it. Paolo came as promised. Although they job was supposed to take from 7 am to 2 pm, he stayed until 5 pm to get the job done--and right. He and his expert roofer came out to our house, which is challenging for any contractor, as we're on a hill. Although they don't fix roofs, I asked them to install zinc strips. He gladly did so for a small fee. I was even able to pay for the bill with my credit card on his iPhone app. That process took minutes. And when he noticed a minor but potentially serious tear in our roof tiling, he gave me instructions on how I can fix it myself. I really couldn't be happier with the job.

We contacted 2 service providers for quotes on roof cleaning listed in Angie's vendor database. At appointment set with Roof Real Clean, the representative delivered an on-site look at the entire roof and explanations of the process, which is different from just a low-pressure power wash. Representative was very professional and took the time to explain the process of how the stuff grows over time, their process to remove and clean, time involved (which took close to 9 hours for our roof and gutters) and the warranty provisions. The person who actually ran the equipment was on time; the Roof Real Clean manager/representative arrived with the employee, and checked back during the day. The roof looks great; a terrific job was done on the roof; all associated clean-up of debris, etc. from the roof and gutter cleaning that fell to our deck, and house foundation/yard were all taken care of - a very neat job all around. Highly recommend.

We had 2 men come by to explain the process. We chose this company because they were a bit less expensive. We asked them to do the work that week and they were able to rearrange their schedule to do that. It was fascinating to watch. Our neighbors were intrigued and could see the improvement. We live in a neighborhood where most of our neighbors keep up their homes. This was very important to us to get the black growth off or our roof.

I honestly couldn't be happier with my overall experience with Roof Real clean. I called and Paulo he came out the next day and gave me an estimate. I was having a lot of family coming in from out of town for the Easter holiday and asked if there was anyway he would be able to get it done before they arrived. He did. Not only was he prompt... his work ethic was incredible. He will not leave until you are completely happy. The job he did was excellent. My roof looks new. Great company.

We were very pleased with this company and the outcome! Our roof had unsightly stains that were very noticeable and detracted from the overall curb appeal of our 10 year old home. Roof Real Clean responded promptly and professionally. They provided a detailed explanation of why this stain occurs, what it is and how they safely and gently remove it without causing damage to the shingles. They took great care working around our established landscaping. Our roof now looks brand new and it is a remarkable difference! We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service, and would personally use them again in the future should the need arise. Thanks for a job well done!

Paulo from Roof Real Clean came out the same day we called him to provide an estimate. He thoroughly explained the roof shampoo cleaning system, how long the work would take, and the cost. He provided a written estimate and said that he did not want to receive payment unless we were 100% satisfied with the results. The work took less than a day. The roof looks fantastic (like new) and we could not be more happy. Paulo was prompt, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and went the "extra mile" to ensure that we were completely satisfied customers. Paulo provided a valuable service at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Paulo and Roof Real Clean.

The project went very well. The owner came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. Since it was early March he indicated he would wait until the weather warmed before getting on the roof. He called about 3 weeks late and indicated he would be coming in about 3 days. He arrived on time. The wook took about 4 hours. They applied a mild chemical and washed the roof at low pressure. The was no mess. The result was a roof that looks like new.
