Roof Real Clean

Paulo came to see us within a few hours of my initial call. He understood our need, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. We hired them to clean our roof and we also asked if they could repair a disconnected downspout while they were up there. Previously we had contracted another company to take care of that. That company had failed to fix it twice, though it was an easy repair. Paulo offered to take care of that for free.They were able to schedule us for one week later and when I arrived home, the roof was in fantastic shape, the downspout was repaired and we are absolutely thrilled with their work as well as their professionalism. We had previously been told that we needed a new roof. Paulo told us that we had 3-4 years left in it and that there was nothing wrong with it whatsoever. I cannot recommend them enough! Great experience and will use them again!

The owner answered all my questions regarding equipment and cleaning solution that would be used. They arrived promptly and the procedure took about the amount of time that they had estimated. The shingles looked new when they had finished. It has now been 6 months since they cleaned the roof and the shingles have not darkened. I would definitely use this company's service again.

Great - very responsive in providing estimate, gave me plenty of notice of when they would be coming (weather permintting). Arrived on time, it took longer then they thought but honored the quoted price. Did a decent job of clean-up (a little moss left over in yard, but deck and walkways were clean). As bonus he also cleaned my garage door! I have already given 2 recommendations to neighbors.

Roof Real Clean was a real pleasure to work with. Paulo is very knowledgeable of the problems that can cause staining of the roof and the solutions. A 25-year old roof now looks practically new after the job. The work was done thoroughly and on-time and the company uses an environmentally safe treatment that does not harm grass or plants. I would highly recommend this company.

Paulo very quickly responded to our request for an estimate and scheduled the work to be done within one week from the estimate. They arrived on time and completed the job in less than one day. They also removed an old antennae off our chimney at no additional charge. The roof cleaned up beautifully and looks great. A pleasure doing business with them.

Paulo scheduled my estimate very quickly and when he arrived he was very thorough and polite explaining the process used to remove the black stains from our grey roof. He was forthright in his visual inspection of the roof and did not try to sell more service than was required. After inspecting the roof, he determined that only half the roof was in need of cleaning. Paulo provided a written estimate and said that we would hear back from him within 2-3 weeks for a date of service. Two weeks later, we received a call saying his team would be out the next afternoon to clean the roof. Although we were not home at the time of service, the end result was great. Clean roof. Happy HOA. Paulo followed up by phone to receive payment after hearing I was satisfied with the work done. His crew even cleaned the front gutters and reattached a drainpipe.

Paulo and his staff did an excellent job of cleaning the moss and lichen from our roof. They were very professional and very personable. The job took about 3 hours. The quote was only for the front of the house as the roof at the back was not stained. However, Paulo went up on the roof and took photos to show me some moss on the carport roof which they then removed at no extra cost. He also showed us photos of the flashing on two vent pipes and we agreed that he would replace these for an extra $50 each. Once the work was completed Paulo showed us the old flashing to make sure we knew it needed to be replaced. At all times he took pains to ensure that we knew what was going on. They also removed the old TV aerial at no cost. Clean up was excellent and the whole roof looks like new. I wholeheartedly recommend Roof Real Clean. It was a pleasure to work with them and they deliver an excellent product.

Overall, I got exactly what I expected from Roof Real Clean - the ugly stains are completely removed from my roof. I paid a very fair price for the work, and both gentlemen who I interacted with were incredibly professional, timely, and diligent. I would strongly recommend their services to someone who had bad roof stains on what otherwise is a good quality roof. Roof Real Clean and Angie's List ran a BIG DEAL special for Roof Cleaning Services. I purchased the Coupon, and about 2 weeks later I called Roof Real Clean. I left a Voicemail to schedule an estimate, and Paulo Brasse called me back within 5 minutes. He completed the estimate within the next 24 hours, and came to my house at a time that was convenient for me. While preparing the estimate, Paulo spent about 15 minutes discussing the process, and expectations of results. His quoted price was fair based upon some prior research I had done. He scheduled to perform the work within 2 weeks. Paulo called when he told me he would, he scheduled a time to come out, and he showed up on time. He took care to cover a car parked near by. He and his laborer spent over 3 hours cleaning our roof and gutters. They took the time and effort to ensure their work was thorough, complete and of high quality. Additionally, they removed an old antenna at my request gratis. I appreciated the value and quality of the job, and the professionalism of this company.

Paul and his associate showed up on time and cleaned our roof. It now looks like new. Once they finished cleaning and repairing the roof, they washed away all the debris from the gutters, driveway, sidewalks, and deck. They did a wonderful job and were very professional in the way they treated our property. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof cleaned.

Can't say enough about Paulo Baesse and Roof Real Clean. Bottom line up front, use his service. We are preparing to sell our house, and we had bad lichen, moss, and stains over a fundamentally good roof. Paulo understood that we needed to the the job done as quickly as possible due to prospective clients viewing the house, and as soon as there was a break in the weather and the temperature predicted to be high enough to allow his equipment to work, he was over at the house. What a huge difference his service makes! Paulo is prompt, professional, courteous, and the service is reasonably priced. Don't hesitate to give him a call.

Very good experience dealing with Paulo, the owner of the business, and very pleased with the appearance of the roof after cleaning. Photos of the roof during the cleaning process show a dramatic difference between the cleaned areas and adjacent areas yet to be cleaned. Paulo's crew was very diligent in trying to remove as much of the roof stain as possible. The cleaning process results in the loss of some granules from the shingles, but some granules are lost as a result of exposure to the elements in any event. Paulo's crew also noticed that the rubber collars on some of the roof vents were deteriorating. They replaced the collars and flashing at reasonable cost.

Great. Paulo came by on time, gave me an estimate, then performed the work. Great job, no issues. Kind of expensive to clean a roof. Had three estimates and he was in the ballpark, but had the best process...no power wash on asphalt shingles...ever! His shampoo did a great job. in addition, he's very likable.

Paulo was very responsive with the estimate and with the shampooing service. He answered my long list of questions. He showed up as agreed and did a terrific job. Even cleaned off some mildew on the siding on one section of the house...so he went above and beyond what he was contracted for.

I met the owner of Roof Real Clean as he was cleaning a neighbor's roof. Our zealous Neighborhood Association had flagged his and my roofs as requiring cleaning to remove the algae streaks. The neighbor's roof looked good, he was pleased with the service and the owner of Roof Real Clean seemed knowledgable and professional. So, I gave them a call for an estimate. They promptly called me back after looking at my roof and provide an estimate. A few weeks later I called them back to schedule the work, and they fit me in quickly. I'm pleased with their service and professionalism.

Big Deal advertisement was in error: instead of selling a $75 discount, the ad implied that the $75 was the price. Roof Real Clean owner explained to me immediately that the coupon was in error and that it was Angie's List's fault, not his. I agreed to get the estimate and Paulo came over that day. After discussing the actual cost and the ad error, we agreed to have the work done. Service was prompt and completed as promised. It was more expensive than I anticipated: I would not have done this without having first seen the deal offer. I was very pleased with the work accomplished: I was not pleased with the advertising mistake.

I dealt entirely with Paulo who is the owner of Roof Real Clean. He was so professional and considerate. The quality of the work was excellent. He even had the man cleaning the roof fix a section of shingles that were sagging at no extra cost. They will also clean your gutters as part of the total job. We feel like we have a brand new roof now. Since I am not aware of many companies that do this sort of work, we only got his bid for the cleaning. We used the Angie's List recommendation and coupon, so we felt that this company had already been properly vetted. The curb appeal of our house has increased immensely thanks to Roof Real Clean. If you have a dirty roof, use this company to clean your roof.

You know you need to clean your roof when roofers are knocking on your door telling you that you need a new roof, especially when the roof is not that old..... or when you look at your roof and it resembles an herb garden. When we bought the home, the roof was new and the inspector told us it should last 20 years. We are getting the house ready for sale and we were concerned about curb appeal as well as the status of the structural integrity of the roof. We worried about potential rejection from future home buyers and the home inspection. Our roof was really, really dirty. We have lots of mature tree overhang and get lots of annual debris from them. The shadiest side of the house was the worst, almost solid green moss. I researched the whole roof cleaning issue prior to calling him and decided that the risk of getting our 10 year old roof clean was worth it. $695 to clean or $6000+ to replace it? I called four companies to get estimates. Oddly, one roofing company said they stopped cleaning roofs and recommended this company, Roof Real Clean. When I saw the company advertisement on the internet and watched Paulo's You Tube video, I was still skeptical that he could get our roof clean so easily. I was really interested in the chemicals he uses and the machine that does the work, as it isn't your typical looking sprayer. I later learned it was invented to clean cement and delivers very low pressure. So after being at my house for about 7 hours, my roof looks amazing. No. It looks INCREDIBLE!!!! One of my neighbors asked if we replaced our roof. It really does look that good...that new! I told Paulo about the Angie's list coupon for free gutter cleaning and he was happy to do it for free. I even paid his employee an additional $100 to clean some brickwork, as I was so impressed with the results. Since his employee is a roofer, he was also able to do a minor flashing repair on the spot, which was part of the $100. Paulo keeps roofing materials on the truck for small repairs. The guy even got up on my roof with Windex and paper towels and cleaned my skylights! Since his employee was such a perfectionist with his work and so amiable with my requests, I tipped the guy an extra $50. So in total, I paid $845.00. Everything was cleaned up, including the walkway, stoop, and driveway sprayed clean. The plants near our foundation were sprayed twice to remove the falling debris and were unharmed. And all those fears about loosing the asphalt on the shingles? Yes. We did lose a little but I would say less than 3-5%. But it was money well spent to prevent the moss from eating all the way through our shingles. Our house looks like it has a new roof and we learned that our roof has another great 10 years still left in it for the future owner. So we can sell our house with confidence and no longer be embarrassed to admit it's our house. I hope he is in business a long time for us to use him again in 10 years.

Experience was excellent. During the day neighbors came by to get Paulo's card. Our neighbor across the street had his crew clean the gutters just after Paulo finished up our place.

Everything ended up perfectly -- beyond our expectations. We were particularly pleased with how determined Paolo was to do the job and do it well. He encountered an unforseen problem resulting from insufficient water pressure because of our well. However, he persisted until he found a solution (he had to obtain some additional equipment, etc.) In spite of the extra time it took, he still completed the job by the date we wanted it done.

They did an excellent job. The roof looks brand-new.
