I could not have been more pleased with the quality of workmanship and customer service. They even came back to touch up a walkway area that had a few marks from the power wash and it's brighter than ever. Cant recommend these guys enough in fact I plan to use them again for cleaning my wood deck.

Arrived on schedule. The technician was professional . Cleaned up after the job was complete.

Mauricio ended up cancelling the meeting with me to provide an estimate, but he left me an estimate the next day or so--fine with me. They did the work when we were out of town, which was fine, too. Nothing at all was disturbed, and were if not for the fact that my roof looked BRAND NEW when I drove up to my house, I would not have known they were there. It was so easy, and they ever took off some mold growing on the siding near where the roof work was done. His company offered a free gutter cleaning to to Angie's list members, but since I have a gutter helmet system, I asked him what he could do for me and he knocked a little off of the price. He mailed me a bill. Too easy! I am really pleased with the work...I think many of my neighbors would benefit from having a roof cleaning given the mature trees in our older neighborhod.

This provider knew exactly what they were doing. They were very responsive. They also were sure to address all of my concerns, even when I was being difficult. I would recommend they to anyone.

It was a professional job, from start to finish. Arriving on time to obtain an estimate to completion of roof cleaning and ensuring the area was clean of any debris from the spray.

Accommodated us by scheduling the work prior to an event we were having at our house. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and were very respectful and courteous. They did great work and the 15 year old roof looks brand new! They even power washed our front concrete walk which was unexpected but thankful they did as it really shines now. Would recommend and use again!

Flawless and completely professional job done, We have a lot of roof area, divided among many small and large areas which made for a time-consuming job, requiring extensive and repetitive movement and placement of equipment. Work was finished in record time - approx. three hours. Roof is now spotless and bright again. Technician also rinsed the siding, cleaned the gutters and downspouts, and power-washed a set of wooden steps at no extra charge. Mauricio made sure we were completely satisfied. Would definitely recommendand.

This went well, I was pleased. They did not do the backside of the roof. The contract was worded funny so a lot of customers canceled the deal but I was able to get the benefit of it. You need to get a thorough understanding of what the company is going to do before you agree to it.

Our roof had stains on it that made it look quite old and unkept. The owner spent a full day in the hot sun applying the environment-friendly solution to the roof. The results were spectacular. The roof looks like new. We couldn't be happier.

Mauricio was a pleasure to work with. I was very satisfied with the price and the work was oustanding. It looks like I have a new roof. They also cleaned my gutters for free with an Angie's List coupon and in addition cleaned the face of the gutters. They did a great cleanup job also. The owner was great as people have mentioned in other reviews. He was very nice and the price seemed fair. He said they also cleaned the gutters and caulked around pipes, etc. The roof looked so much better after his guys cleaned it. Definitely seems like the best bet in roof cleaning, and we have recommended him to others.

Mauricio promptly responded to my phone call. He came over the next day (wed) to give me an estimate. I had previously gotten an estimate from a large gutter repair company that also cleans roofs earlier that morning, and Mauricio's estimate was less than half of what the gutter company wanted to charge. We agreed to do the work on Thurs afternoon. I also needed to have some shingles repaired at the peak of my roof, and Mauricio said he could do that as well. He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). I was really happy that his products are safe for the environment, pets, and plants. Mauricio called me that evening to let me know that due to the weather, his crew would have to finish a job on Thurs am, and he didn't want them to feel rushed to complete that job in order to come to my job, and then to feel rushed to complete my job before it gets dark (since it gets darker earlier now that it's fall). We rescheduled for Friday, and that was fine with me. I appreciate that he kept me informed every step of the way. On Thurs morning, he called me to let me know that his crew finished the job early, and asked if it would be ok to do my job that same afternoon. I told him that would be fine, and I was actually happy that he could do it sooner than later. He arrived with his crew and got right to work. He went up on the roof to begin cleaning, and came down shortly to show me pictures of the roof he had taken. He showed me that the vent collar covers were cracked, and a couple were actually missing. He offered to go up the street to Home Depot to buy the covers and install them for $200. I understood that with missing vent collars, the roof was exposed to rain and the elements. I had no problem agreeing to go ahead and fix the problem. Even with the additional $200, it was still less than the gutter company's price for cleaning the roof alone. Mauricio and his crew worked diligently and finished cleaning the roof, replacing a few shingles, and replacing the vent collars in about 4 hours...just before it started to get dark. I appreciated his honesty, and fair price, and his good work. My roof looks amazing, and thoroughly satisfied. I am downsizing to a condo, but if I were moving to another townhouse or to a single family home, I wouldn't hesitate to use Mauricio and Real Clean Roof. I have already told my friends that if they need their roof cleaned, to call them, and they won't be disappointed. Overall, I was truly impressed with the quality of work, Mauricio's professionalism, and the fair price. Another great thing is that their work is guaranteed for a year... and I can pass that along to the next homeowner as well! Thanks Roof Real Clean!!!

My roof needed cleaning in order to be insurable. Phone calls were handled quickly, the job was excellent (my roof looks brand new!) and they showed up on time. They replaced the boot on my chimney for free, and cleaned the gutters. I was called a few days later to follow up about the job. I would highly recommend this company!

I contacted the owner for an estimate leaving a voice mail message and he got back to me quickly. We set up a date for the estimate; he was on time and provided me with a lot of good information on his company, the methods and products he uses, and showed me photos of houses he had cleaned roofs to remove mold. I ended up signing a contract to have him clean only the sections of my roof that needed to have mold removed. He was trying to talk me into paying for preventive cleaning of the entire front roof but I was not convinced that this would actually prevent mold from growing that wasn't currently an issue. He could not provide objective evidence/research that this would be successful and was worth spending money on. The owner, Paolo, contacted me to confirm the day and time they would be out to do the job which I appreciated. They arrived at my house on the day agreed to and did a wonderful job cleaning the roof. Paolo and his assistant were very professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future if needed.

workers showed up on time, mixed up cleaning solution, sprayed solution on roof, and then did a low pressure spray to remove dirt,moss and algae.

,I called because of the high ratings on Angieslist and I was not disappointed. While Paul's original quote of 595 seemed really high for doing only the front of the home, he lowered the quote to 545 and did a bunch of other roofing and cleaning. He cleaned the gutters and eve facing all the way around the roof of my two story home, fixed one gutter and replaced the cover and gasket for a gas outlet pipe. So altogether, it turned out to be a very fair quote. As far as the quality of work, I have had two roofers out prior to Roof Real Clean and neither of them could get the reddish and black alge off. However Paul did without killing any of my new plants in front. Professionalism. This outfit is top notch. Came ontime, did MORE than expected and had great communication. If I could have all my contractors be this professional!
