Called a couple of days ago and explained what I needed. He told me to call back in one hour. As the Exec VP of a company, I got involved in another matter. Just tried to contact him again and he told me that I was supposed to have called him back in 1 hour a couple of days ago.....sorry, pompous *** wants to dictate how his customers should behave. Really? Customer service must have been learned in a communist country:)!

Our over the range microwave unexpectedly stop working during the week. Pius took my call on a Saturday, and we arranged a time for him to come the next day. He arrived within the agreed upon window on Sunday and was very professional and friendly. He clearly explained what needed to be done and repaired the microwave on the spot. Would definitely hire again.

Pius, is a hardworking, diligent, friendly small businessman. He's knowledgeable which may have saved me from a house fire. I bought a new range from him at a very good which he installed quickly and proficiently.

Vendor was completely honest; could have installed a new part to get it running but said it would last but a few months. If only all vendors were like this. I’d call them again without hesitation.

The person who answered the phone did not know basic functions of parts. After talking to him for 10 minutes he said they don’t fix bearings. Since that was the first thing I mentioned he could have saved me the time. Also was very rude and hung up on me.

HAD to get dishwasher repaired for the holidays. I called and spoke with Pius. He was professional and helpful over the phone. He was able to come on 12/24 to do the repairs!! He arrived and was extremely courteous, professional and thoroughly explained what he was going to do and what it was going to cost. He worked proficiently and efficiently. When the job was completed HE asked me how I heard about him...prompting me to remember I found him on Angie's List which resulted in a 5% discount for me!! I would most definitely use Peaco Appliance Repair specifically Pius, again for future appliance repairs...just hoping I don't need them done, again, the day before Christmas! Thank you Pius for saving our family's Christmas!!

I called to schedule an appointment- do not know who I talked to because he would not give me his name, just the company name. He was very rude- he asked me for a 4 hour window to show up. I asked him what time they started and he said "I start my day at 4 am" He then tells me he needs $95 to drive to my house. The money is not applied to the service- it is to cover "how much trouble it is to come to your house." (I do not live far away). Excuse me- isn't this your business? I called around and this does not seem to be an industry standard. I canceled the job due to his snarky attitude and outrageous prices.

I called (on a Sunday, after being stood up by another highly rated contractor) and he was here in 15 minutes and the main problem was fixed within half an hour. Pius was so professional and very transparent on what needed to be done. I will call no one else for large appliance assistance.

Fine. Pius very quickly identified the problem and gave me an estimated cost to fix.

Given a 7:30am-10:30am time window. I call at 11am wondering where he is. He tells me he's on the way but its now going to take 90 minutes to travel the 20 miles from Arlington to Great Falls. Mind you its 11am on a Tuesday morning... it will take 30 minutes according to Waze. After all the years of experience, he doesn't plan his appointments to accommodate Northern Virginia traffic? He should have never accepted my appointment for this time if he couldn't come through. I rate him fair in professionalism because he maintained a level head when I questioned him about the delay.

I called at about 1:00 PM today. Pius Okavorwas was upfront about a flat $95 service call/diagnosis fee and by 3:30PM, had diagnosed the problem (clogged gas inlets from multiple spills), had cleaned the nipples, ports, and orifices, bringing everything up to spec, and tightened an oven door handle he had noticed was loose. Very pleasant, prompt and efficient. What more could one ask? Highly recommended

I called PEACO at 5:19 PM. At 8:20 PM he was done with the repair. On my initial phone call the technician explained the service call fee and process for the repair diagnosis and what the next steps would be if a part was required. And said he could come tonight. He called when he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem and explained 2 options for repair. He was very courteous and neat. When the repair was done he thoroughly cleaned up. Was a excellent experience! I would use them again!

We called because our Samsung refrigerator died and it's not even five years old! We received a diagnostic overview of what the problem is and given a price. He was honest with us about the cost of the repair without even charging to come see the unit. It was very helpful and we've decided to just buy a new refrigerator. Thank you so much for the high quality of service even though we didn't pay for the diagnostic review!!! If we ever need appliance repair I know who we will call!!

We called PEACO Appliance Service for help. Pius from PEACO gave us a call shortly after we reached out. He was at our house in about 30 - 40 minutes. Pius was able to reset the range so that we could cook dinner! I highly recommend PEACO Appliance Service and especially Pius' rapid response and his quickly fixing our range. Many thanks!

Pius was very honest and helpful. He responds to phone calls in a timely manner and was able to come out to my house on the same-day. Most other repair companies couldn't make an appointment for days. His prices are fair and he personally guarantees that his work will hold up. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend Peaco Appliance to friends.

Great as he did not have to come out

weekend service call, technician arrived promptly but barely bothered to even look at the dishwasher. Berated me for attempting to diagnose and repair myself, told me that frigidaire dishwashers are "garbage" and then tried to sell me a new dishwasher for $1,200. After 20 minutes of research online, I ordered a $40 part and fixed the dishwasher myself.

I looked on Angie's List, called Peaco, they came within an hour, and we are completely fixed by 11 a.m.!! Excellent, professional service.

Extremely well. Pius came out within an hour of our call. He diagnosed the problem and explained everything to us. Pius is very honest and professional. We will call him again and we would recommend him to others.

Pius came on a Sunday and diagnosed the problem - it needed a new computer, which we knew would be expensive. He got the part on Monday and replaced it the same day! He was polite and professional. We will definitely hire them again for any future issues.

He shamelessly overcharged for the work - $175 for a two-minute repair.

His price for the new washer and dryer was high. His service and response was excellent.
