Peaco Appliance Service

He answered the phone himself and said he could come by in an hour. He was earlier than that and immediately could tell what was wrong with the dishwasher. He gave me two prices - one if his fix was enough to get it working and another price if it had to be replaced. The fix worked, thankfully.

I paid him for the service call. Called someone else and ended up paying $334 and got my range fixed. I think he just didn't want to fix my range.

The ice maker was going to be quite expensive. Our service representative, Pius, was such a help and really went above and beyond to help keep costs down. Will definitely use Peaco again!

Very well. I called at 9:30 and he immediately went to get the needed parts and had the dishwasher fixed by 12:30. He did give me a price break which was nice and I know its an expensive job as I had it done before. I only gave price a B because the parts were so expensive but that is not his fault.

Terrible. Do not use this vendor. Dishonest.

It was a Sunday so I really didn't expect to find someone reliable open. I found Peaco on the list and saw the ratings and thought OK let's try this. Pious answered the phone and when I told him we lived in Falls Church said that he would be over that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem but had to order the part. He said it would not be over 72 hours before he had the part. I was surprised to get a call the next morning saying he had the part already and could do the repair that afternoon. Now running as good as new. When I mentioned Angie's List he gave us a nice discount. Very happy I decided to go with Peaco.

Fine...he fixed it quickly, ensured everything else was good and advised that the bearings were wearing out....could be trouble within the next year

Terrible.. A one hour time slot was given by the repair technician to fix my freezer. I left the my residence for a brief 10 minutes, during that time frame the repair technician showed up. He contacted me via telephone and I explained to him that I would be back momentarily (10 minutes). The repair man thus left because he was angry and refused to wait. I think this was very unprofessional given that the repair technician gave me a 1 hour time slot. Very unprofessional..

Good. Peaco came out the day I called. Pius looked at the dryer and identified the problem and came back the next day with the parts and repaired the dryer. I really appreciated his promptness.

I'm extremely impressed with the level of service Pius provided me. He is delightful to work with and is the most honest, helpful and thorough appliance repair person I have ever worked with. I will not hesitate to use him for any future work I need done

Outstanding customer service and responsiveness! Not only was Pius able to fix the issue that NO ONE else could figure out, but came to my house two additional times to make sure that another unrelated issue was fixed. I had high expectations based on my neighbor's recommendation, but the service I received far exceeded even that.

Pius offered same-day service but did not make clear when we made the appointment over the phone that his service call charge is $95. Pius arrived promptly and was very polite, but his prices were extraordinarily high for the work that needed to be done - $875 and he was unable/unwilling to find a way to break down the cost in order to get the critical work done. Another vendor replaced a valve on our stove for substantially less cost.

Pius came out to look at the dishwasher. He opened the door and asked a couple of questions. Without taking off any panels or looking into depth, he told me two things that were broken and needed repair. I asked him the price and he quickly quoted $525. He said it would be 575, but I mentioned Angie's List, so it was 525. He didn't look at the model number, etc. because he quoted me so quickly, I told him I would think about it. In two days, I had another company come out and look at the dishwasher. THIS repair got on his hands and knees and looked at the dishwasher. He took off the bottom pa el for a better look. He also told me about the two things that needed repair. HOWEVER! When asking for a quote, he looked at the model number of the dishwasher. He told me her would call me back with a quote. When I got the quote, it was HALF the price of PEACO's quote!! He gave me the EXACT cost for each part that is needed and the labor cost. It totaled $250.!!! That is a big difference when repairing an appliance. I will never call PEACO again. I am surprised they are on your list!!!

I would highly recommend Peaco. Pius was friendly and helpful. He came same day to fix my dryer. He was on time, worked quickly, and fully explained what needed to be done. I would definitely use his services again.

Pius, the business owner, was able to come the same day I called him. He was very polite and professional and explained my problem clearly. He came back today with the necessary part and installed it quickly. He reminded me of my Angie's List benefits and gave me the applicable discounts. He also cleaned up very thoroughly after himself. Not that I'm looking forward to another appliance breaking down, but when one does, I will definitely call him!

He is a very nice man, clean in presentation, and friendly. He worked quickly and, when he had to run to Merrifield for a part, he made the round trip quickly, finishing the job in one day. The washer now works! However, Pius left water on the laundry room floor, along with some grease marks, and some mess on the laundry there waiting to be washed. I had to clean before I could finish my laundry. On this basis, I knocked his score down a little, although I was and am awfully pleased that he could get our aging washing machine up and running so quickly.

I called on Saturday morning expecting an appointment Monday but he had a spot for me later in the day. He was friendly and prompt. He finished up quick and explained what he did when he was done. He cleaned up and even leveled the washer for me so I didn't need a woodblock under it. Great, friendly and competent service. I'll be using Peaco again.

Awesome. Didn't want to buy new stove.

Called around 4:30 PM. Agent offered to come same evening between 6 and 9 PM. Was sensitive to a preference for earlier because of school-age children in the household who needed to get up early the next morning. Arrived around 7:30, diagnosed the problem promptly, performed the repair within 40 minutes, charged a fair price including warranty and price discounts. Appeared completely knowledgeable and professional. I would use this guy again in a New York minute.

Pius--service tech--was really good He told us to buy a new freezer rather than get this one fixed since it had a coolant leak and we would just have to fix again in 9 months anyway once all the coolant leaked out again. Even recommended buying from one of the local big box stores as their prices would be better than what he could get. Really good. And it was a Sunday!!! Would definitely recommend him!!!

Arrived on schedule to determine intermittent flooding problem with dishwasher, needed to order parts, and due to Thanksgiving, came back the next day. Also showed how to override water fill step in the interim. No hesitations whatsoever with giving him the top review for the work.

Mr. Peaco did an excellent job in responding to us immediately after one phone call and was very flexible since my husband and I both work. He came in the evening and looked at our fridge and a new computer master board was needed and gave us a quote. We approved and it was then ordered. Mr. Peaco had to go through he manufacturer and though he had problems with them getting it ordered he kept us abreast of the situaion every step of the way. He came over after work and inserted the board and fixed our fridge. Mr.. Peaco was excellent and accomadating and handled everything in a timely and professional manner. I love working with local businesses...They seem to take pride in what they do! I would totally recommend him and will use him in the future for any appliance issue. Thanks! The water in the fridge dispenser was fixed. However, this problem has happened before and is likely to happen again. The provider told me what I can do on my own if it happens again to get the water running again. He said if it happens again just empty the freezer and let it thaw out for a day or so. I have used Peaco before several times and have found the owner courteous, timely,and he has great professional ability and gets everything done quickly. Great prices to boot !!!

Everything working and a rapid Sunday response. Couldn't ask for anything more.
