They do good work. They did the job. They cleaned up after they were done and moved on. They were a little expensive.

It turned out very well. They did a complete work and the final cost and the estimate they gave me were the same. I didn't dislike anything about their service.

For Paul's Best Lawn Service, I’m not very happy with them. It was not a very good experience with them. The cost was the issue. They had done more work than I thought we agreed on.

They have done a very good job. They have been doing service for us for at least a couple of years. They are a major company and they specialize in yard work. They are responsive. They are competitively priced. I could probably get other people cheaper.

They do a pretty good job for us. I pay them monthly. They do a good job and we have a personal connection with a couple of the owners.

They were great and do a very fine job. It costs $29 per cutting. They are inexpensive and I like what they do. They come every other week or so and I have been using them for years.

We have used them for at least the past 25 years. I have never compared prices since I started using them. I don't think they are any better or any worse than anybody else. They never miss anything.

Sadly I used this vendor for several years, then they suddenly cancelled my service with almost NO warning at all. I enjoyed their services in the past and I appreciatted what they were able to do to work with me however cancelling service to my area because " it is too far away" is a pathetic excuse.

Paul's team of lawn care specialists are always professional and thorough in their jobs. They pay attention to detail and they treat my lawn as if it's their own. I appreciate them consistently going above and beyond to make the yard look nice. For example, some of the ivy from my neighbors was growing through the fence, and one of the lawn care guys took the time to cut back each piece of ivy individually and ensure the fence line looked clean. This is just one example of where I've seen them going above and beyond to take care of my yard.

Have been using Paul's lawn service for over a year now and have had wonderful service. My initial request for information was followed-up very quickly and received a detailed estimate within a couple of days. Have them come weekly for regular lawn care and seasonally for clean-ups, mulching, beds, pruning, etc. Work is always done in a timely fashion and results always look great.

They are reliable, careful and thorough. Absolutely NO complaints!

It could not have gone better. I got the quote on a Wednesday and they were able to do the work on Monday. The team was amazing. They even mulched more than I thought. My usual landscaper was too busy and couldn't get his quote in on time for a quick turn and the Realtor's suggested company was over $500 more expensive for not as much work. I have found my new landscaper. The yard looks amazing and we have no reclaimed the patio, which was overrun by grass and weeds.

Excellent responsiveness: I requested a quote on Monday, got it back on Tuesday, and on Wednesday the lawn was mowed! Excellent work: the lawn looks great with edges trimmed and the driveway blown down. Their billing is great - I get a statement monthly by email and was even able to set up an automatic payment. They're not the cheapest service around, but I've tried some of the cheaper services and was not particularly pleased. I'll pay a few dollars extra for this kind of service!

Three man team works simultaneously to mow the lawn, use the string trimmer to edge and cut down grass between bushes and flower beds, and blow clean the hard surfaces on the walkways, the driveway and the rear patio and deck. The property is perfectly groomed when they leave - not a random twig on the lawn or blade or grass out of place. The crew picks up fallen branches and random debris and places it in empty mulch bags, tied neatly and left at the curb. All of this is done without extra direction from us. There is always one member of the team who speaks English, in case additional instructions have to be given. For example, we cut down a stand of bamboo and asked the men to use the string trimmer to cut new growth in this area every week. They did it all summer. One week they arrived the day after very heavy rains. I called the office and asked if it was a good idea to mow as the grown was very soggy. They OK'd a delay. I asked the crew leader if they would stop working and come the following week - no problem. The work was done as scheduled the following week. Paul's crew comes twice a year to clean the gutters. Several times we've asked for an extra cleaning in December to get rid of the final debris from the large trees surrounding the house. They always respond quickly to these requests. In the fall a crew comes frequently to remove leaves from the lawn and at the end of the season, do a final cleanup . The crew is very well trained and never leaves a drop of debris anywhere. They are amazingly meticulous and very polite. Paul's employees are uniformly helpful and polite. They respond quickly to our requests for service. We've used them for more than 15 years, at three different properties in Arlington, and will continue to do so.

FAR EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! David Dalrymple was very patient while we made our decisions and changed our minds on some things. The professional manner of the proposal was greatly appreciated and the landscaping looks terrific. Paul's Best did much more than I anticipated and I plan to use them again in the future!

Paul's has been cutting our grass since before 2004 and we are thankful for that. They are very courteous and polite and will try to please us when asked. They are prompt and try very hard to come the same day and time every week.

It went well. They are very busy. They do a nice job but are a big company with lots of customers - each team only can do what they do - the lawn guys cut. the weeders weed. Don't ask one to do the other! Must call a few weeks ahead if you need something extra done around yard.

Paul's best met with us twice to design a landscape plan for our property. They also came out to the house several times to sketch and plan when we were not home. The design is gorgeous. We are very happy with it. They offered to make any changes that we would like but we haven't gone down that road yet. Unfortunately because of several other expensive home maintenance projects that became urgent we had to put off the actual landscape work, but we plan to speak with Paul's Best about that in the future.

They were extremely responsive, showed up exactly when they said they would and the quality of the work was excellent - better than any other lawn service we have used. Very competitive prices.

Paul's Best Lawn Service are the most inconsiderate lawn service providers in Virginia. They start multiples leafs blowers or lawn mowers extremely early in the morning disturbing the entire neighborhood on a weekly basis. They have no concern that they are disturbing anyone. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU WANT TO MAINTAIN A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS.

They used to care about the customer they cancelled with a form letter.

They always promptly follow up on my requests, charge reasonable rates, and meet with me on the morning that the work is going to be done. Their management stops by during the job and after to check out the quality of the work. The employees are hard working and careful to do an excellent job each time.

I think I pay about $170 monthly for their service and I will use them again in the future.
