They were great. They were reasonable about the price, but we didn't get a bargain discount. They did everything they said they would do and they did it when they said they would do it. I like to use people that live and work in our community.

I was able to schedule the work via email, which was nice, and the work was completed when promised. There was really nothing exceptional about my dealings with this company, either on the postive or negative side. They did the job I wanted them to do, reasonably well, at a decent price.

I hate Ivy, and they ripped it out for me. They were fantastic. I contacted them over the phone and fax. I told them exactly what I wanted and signed the contract. I gave them a credit card. When I came home, everything was done and the yard looked beautiful. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and exactly when they said they were going to do it.

Paul's Best Lawn Service returned our phone call the same day. We were emailed an estimate the next day and work began the following Saturday. Paul's Best Lawn service has only mowed our lawn for two weeks but so far so good, excellent service.

This was part of a larger request. I sent an e-mail requesting an estimate for the yard work plus an estimate for lawn services. My request was sent on 10 May; I received two contracts via e-mail on 11 May. The first mowing/edging was done on 13 May, and the yard cleanup was done on 20 May. All was done perfectly with no debris left behind.

Estimate was lowest of 4 we received. They did an excellent job with all of our requirements. They even met our requested time frame for service despite the fact that the weather had been rainy for a week prior to when we needed the work completed. That fact alone impressed us.

Excellent. My neighbor, Frances, who is a Master Gardener, and keeps her wooded area beautiful and natural, stated that "Pauls Best Lawn" did an excellent job for me. So, "Paul's" passed the "Frances" test, which is extremely hard to do!!. Great job!

Reliable and on time. They are responsive to requests. The mulch they were going to put down was a different color than the mulch we used last year. Instead of just laying their mulch, they checked with us first and even left a sample of their mulch for us to compare.

Paul's Best Lawn Service gave me the best price in an estimate. I didn't have to be home for the estimate or for the job. They mailed me a bill a month later that was higher than the estimate. When I called to ask about that, they said it was a mistake and charged me the agreed upon price.

David Dalrymple, General Manager, did the estimate. It was competitive with the two other estimates we received, and we especially liked the firm's responsiveness to our questions and concerns. Answered all of our questions. He and crew showed up on time on the date promised, completed the work as scheduled, doing exactly what they said they would do. We've had a couple of questions since then, promptly answered by David. We have more work scheduled for the spring, plus we will be using them for lawn maintenance and related services.

We have used Paul's Best Lawn Service, Inc since June 2008. While we were away, a relative expressed concern about the length of the grass. I called Paul's Best Lawn Service, Inc. and within four hours someone went to our home, looked at the lawn, and called us back with suggestions (ends up it was not an issue.) We are very pleased with Paul's and will continue to use their services. They even blew leaves off of our deck.

Everything has gone pretty well. They come out 3 or 4 times a month, on their own schedule, when we get home, the yard is finished. They are quick, clean, and they always clean up trimmings. They are not the cheapest, but they definitely do a good job.

I was very pleased with how responsive and professional they were. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up the yard, trimming mulching and removing a lot of overgrown weeds and vines. My neighbor was so impressed with what she saw that she had them clean up her yard too. I also called them and had them trim, mulch and sod my Mother's home in Arlington. I will be calling them next spring too.

I've been using Paul's for about a month now. This is about the time where the mowing crews stop caring and start doing a pitiful job. With Paul's that hasn't happened; the crew is efficient and does the job correctly. They even bag the grass for me which I didn't said I didn't need, but it's a nice touch. Since we have dogs it's a big deal when previous lawn care crews would leave the gates open in our fence. Paul's crews have never done that to date which is really appreciated. This is the first lawn care crew I can honestly say I don't get stressed about when I come home from work that night. Every crew before Paul's has either hit something with their mowers and never told anyone, scalped the lawn when I requested higher cutting levels, or simply tore up the lawn by holding races with their mowers across my lawn. Quite simply they are the best lawn care service company I've ever seen. Their attention to detail and willingness to honor my requests puts them in a class above and beyond any other crew I've hired in the past. They've done such a good job that I'm probably going to hire them for leaf removal in the fall. They are that good.

The work went very well. We had a mix-up with a lost fax, so several months had passed between the estimate and when the work was done, and John did not remember if I wanted the ivy left on the house or not. When I called the next day to say that I didn't want the ivy anywhere, he apologized, sent two men out the next day, got rid of all the ivy, AND re-seeded the area because they didn't take the ivy the first time. Everything was done beautifully -- my yard looks great.

I have used their services for 20 years. I have built a very strong relationship with them. They come on a weekly basis. The company sends me a monthly invoice. Unfortunately, I do not recall the cost. They take care of my yard extremely well to make it look very presentable. They are definitely A+ all the way.

They also trim the bushes at an additional charge of $34.00 an hour. In the fall, they do leaf removal as well. They keep my lawn looking great and I will continue to use their services.

They have done a great job so far, mowed when they said they would and it looked good.

In the end, we opted not to have them do the work as we felt their estimate of $1700.00 was higher than we were prepared to pay. Perhaps this is the market price, but it definitely 'scared' us away.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THE PRICE AGAIN WAS HIGH, BUT FAIR FOR THE JOB THEY PERFORMED. I WOULD RECOMMEND, AND USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY ARE A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT IT'S WORTH IT. FOR THE QUALITY WORK THAT THEY DO, I DIDN'T MIND PAYING WHAT I DID.
