NAUDUS WINDOW AND HOUSE CLEANING SVC

We've got a lot of windows on one corner of the house -- some pretty high off the ground -- I thought it was too good to be true that someone would wash them all for under $200, and it was. The way they count windows is different from what I thought, so good that they give an estimate on the spot. I asked them to do just the high windows and I'd do the deck windows myself. Guys were good, prompt, conscientious, no quibbles and stuck to their estimate. No issue with their work.

They are fabulous and very reasonably priced.

Handled a major addition for our house. Stayed on schedule and on budget. Had some fixes after the project which is expected and they handled quickly and without question. Flexible and great to work with. Gutter cleaning also a great value too. Would highly recommend.

Had Naudus Window and House Cleaning SVC wash my windows inside and outside plus clean the screens. The price is very competitive. When I schedule them I let the neighbors know so they can schedule also. They do a good job and are quick. I have used them for years and like the service they provide.

It went very well, the price was very good. He was very knowledgeable and has a wide range exerience. also willing to do small jobs.

All was fine ... routine maintenance

Mr. Naudus was more responsive then anyone else I had contacted. He sent two fellows to my home. The window washer and his brother stated that this job was going to be difficult. They got done with my windows and they were beautiful. The best I have ever seen them. They also did a beautiful job power washing my deck. I did however walk into my bathroom and I noticed that when they had stepped out of the window he had broke my toilet paper holder somehow. It was on the ground and pieces of my wall were on the ground. I called the company and Mr Naudus sent someone out to fix the problem. It took a while to correct this issue because calls weren't promptly returned.

We are in the process of trying to sell our house and our realtor referred them. We initially called them out for all sorts of estimates including cleaning the windows, the carpets and the whole house. The guy showed up on time for the estimate. The estimate was pretty high except for cleaning the carpet so we decided to use another company for everything else and them for the carpet. They were half an hour late for the appointment. It was difficult to communicate with them because don't speak Spanish. They steam cleaned anything they could get to without moving furniture. I was disappointed that they didn't pull the couch to the side and get the whole room. I couldn't seem to communicate with them that was what I wanted. I didn't say it in the contract so I am partially at fault. They didn't even move 8 pound dumbbells so I was pretty disappointed. For what they did, they did well. They were pretty professional but they didn't go above and beyond.

They came when they said they would (weather permitting) and cleaned the gutters. No leaves or other debris were left in the gutters, so I am pleased.

Workers showed up a bit early, which was OK, and had all the windows and screens washed within a couple of hours. They even brought a broken ourside window frame to my attention and recommended that they do not open the window so as not to damage it any further.

They had to wash twice with special stain removal material to remove previous stain. This was particularly difficult and left the wood and quot;fuzzyand quot;. I spent a weekend sanding the decks since I was not sure they would do this. However, they returned another day to wash again, sand and then to stain - two coats. Much of the wash debris was not cleaned from the areas near the decks. They tried to increase the price based on the extra work, but in the end billed me as agreed. The quality was satisfactory. The workers were pleasant and behaved professionally.

They tried to do all the work in an hour, so I do not they were as thorough as they could have been. If they had taken their time, they could have done a better job.

They did a great job. They showed up on time, counted all the windows and gave me an exact price for the job, and when I accepted they went to work. It took about 4 hours to clean about 35-40 windows, almost all of which had storm windows as well. The quality of the work was excellent, and I plan on using them again.

When they arrived they were on time and polite. They were wearing uniforms so I knew that I was dealing with a good firm. They cleaned the windows, squeegeed them and cleaned the screens. The windows were not squeegeed perfectly though.

They do a good job. If I need my windows cleaned I will definitely call them.

Very professional, courteous and accomodating on the phone. They were able to schedule us at relatively short notice at a time that was convenient for us. They arrived on time, and completed the job quickly and the price was very reasonable. They took out and replaced all screens which was very helpful as they are a pain to take in and out. However, we had several issues with the individual who cleaned the windows on the inside--we asked him to re-do a few windows; unfortunately some of the issues we only noticed after the team had left. For a few windows, there were dirty hand marks left on the walls around the window. On others, they left debris that was in the tracks of the window on the sill, or on the floor/counter by the window. Several windows had dirty water marks around the latch which weren't cleaned and were very noticeable. If we weren't moving, we would likely use them again, because the price was good, but we'd be much more vigilant of making sure they worked cleanly in our home.

They did a very thorough job. They were very professional and friendly. They have a reputation in our neighborhood for being very good.

The company was very easy to deal with. I found them on Angie's List, and called to find out about pricing. They were very straightforward about pricing: they price by windows or sliding doors, inside and out, and can include screens if you want. I had to cancel the first appointment we had with them, and they were very understanding. I was able to reschedule for the next week. The cleaners were actually able to come early, ahead of the scheduled time, and they called to see if that would be acceptable. Once here, they worked quickly and efficiently. We had them clean the windows, inside and out, clean the screens, and clean the storm windows. The windows sparkled when they were done -- we bought the house last fall, and this is the first time we have had the windows cleaned. We had no idea they could be so clear! We love it. We would definitely use them again. The only thing that was a little weird is that they put both the screens and the storm windows into their correct windows (before, we only had the storms in). This was probably due to a miscommunication I had with the lead washer, and I didn't discover it until after they had left. Other than that, everything was as expected.

They showed up five minutes early which was great! I am writing this review as they drive away because we are so impressed with their professionalism and the results. It was like watching artists perform! We have mullions on our windows and some of the windows have never been reached before. The guys (2 of them) came in, removed the mullions, washed the windows and replaced the mullions in moments. We have new carpeting upstairs and I was a little worried about them working on the windows, but there was not a drip, not a spot and hardly a footprint where they were working. They cleaned the sashes as well which I did not expect. Outside they moved like ghosts through our landscaping with their ladders. Not a bloom was disturbed. If you are looking for a great service company to wash your windows while leaving your home and yard pristine, please use Naudus.

They were terrific, and I was very pleased with them. I would refer other friends and family members to use them. They were on time. They gave me an estimate over the phone, and they actually ended up being less expensive than the estimate. It was a pretty big job, and they were reasonably priced. They were polite. They did a very good job, and I would use them again in the future.

They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after they were done. I have used them for years.

Everyone I dealt with at Naudus was totally professional - on the phone when I scheduled my windows to be cleaned and in person when they showed up on time to clean my windows. They were punctual, quick, unobtrusive, reasonably priced, and did an excellent job on my many windows. I told my neighbor about them, and she hired them to clean the windows in her house as well. She told me that she thought they were great and would definitely use them again, as would I.

They did a good job. The windows were pretty dirty and they sparkle now. I will use them in future.

we were pleased from start to finish. The estimates came in quickly and work began when it ws convenient for us. They were very flexible on timing but are booked quite a bit in advance. During the construction, we added several projects when we realized how good the quality of the work was. We were particularly impressed by how meticulous the workmen were. It has really been a pleasure working with this firm. I highly recommend them.
