We left it too long since the last gutter cleaning, and several of our downspouts were clogged. The two-man team from Naudus did a quick, effective job of clearing the gutters and blocked spouts.

Estimator was punctual and polite but he failed to inform me that there would be extra charges for cleaning the window frames so the job was more expensive than I expected. The technician was very nice and polite and showed me how to manipulate the windows so that I could clean the frames from the inside.

They were able to schedule my window cleaning within a week of calling. The team showed up on time and ready to work. They did a quick review of the number of Windows and glass pane doors, gave me an estimate and set to work. They explained that cleaning the sills and screens was an extra charge, which I gladly paid. All Windows were cleaned from the inside, so no exterior ladders were necessary. When they had a hard time removing the film on the outer surface, they mixed in another cleaning agent that worked like a charm. They were respectful and careful, and the Windows sparkle inside and out. Would definitely hire them again, and have recommended them to my neighbors.

Punctual, professional, did the job. Price matched the estimate exactly. No residual messes to clean up. Will definitely contact them again.

This is the third year running that I have contracted with Naudus for an annual gutter cleaning. Myself and two neighbors get together and schedule it at one time. Naudus is nice enough to still bill us separately. Every year they have cleared the gutters of the house and detached garage as well as cleaning up what exits the downspouts onto the driveway. A professional outfit and I would not hesitate to contact them for additional work as they also repaired some wood rot in an eave a year or so ago and did excellent work on that occasion as well.

Naudus came out and washed our 30+ windows and storm windows. They did a great job, even up on the third story on a ladder. I would use them again.

When they set up the time to start, they were here. Doing a job like this can be messy but they did their best to keep that to a minimum. I still had cleaning and things that I had to do at the end of it but for what they did, I think they did an excellent job. This is the third time we've used them for different things.

Work was fine however because of the lack of professional behavior, including smoking on my property and general rudeness I would not hire them again.

Naudus has provided painting and handyman services for us over the last three years, from gutter cleaning to minor home improvement projects. Their painters are excellent, and we've been very pleased with the quality of their work overall, particularly given their highly competitive bids.

always arrive on time. Always give a fair price. I have over 30 windows, and again, my estimate is a grab from air but I always know it is correct so I do not challenge them. There are no true details, they just know their business and go about it diligently. It is always done in a timely manner, and their crew is very focused.

A superviser came to my house and I had a number of small items that needed to be done. I got an estimate via email and scheduled the work. A group of three men came as scheduled and hung curtain rods, replaced an iron railing on porch steps, hung a new dining room chandelier, replaced and upgraded two defective electrical outlets, and did a couple other small things. The men arrived on time, were polite and careful with my furniture and did an excellent job. I have used Naudus before and have friends who have used them. I think they are a well-run company and the prices are fair. I like that they do not mind doing small jobs and it is a large estabished compnay so I don't have to worry that an individual contractor will disappear and not finish the job.

We've used Naudus for a long time, since well-before Angie's List. I'm adding this review because they've always done a great job on our windows. When they're done, everything sparkles. They are neat, professional, punctual, in short, everything you want in a service organization that comes into your home. Pleased to recommend them highly!

The painting team in particular is very precise and careful. I was impressed by their attention to detail. This is the second time I have used this company.

My experience with Naudus was excellent. I was able to make an appointment easily and was pleased when they arrived right on time. The man assign to our job did an excellent job cleaning our old, cumbersome, wooden windows. He was courteous and a very hard worker. Prior to hiring Naudus, I obtained bids from two other companies, both A-rated on Angie's List. The other companies quoted me a total price that was twice as much as Naudus' bid. I would highly recommend Naudus and will plan to use them again in future years.

I contacted Naudus on a Friday, the two man crew came on Monday, as scheduled, and finished in an hour and a half. The charges were $7/window. The work was done quickly and professionally. We are completely satisfied and look forward to using them again.

They have been fine. If our tenants have used them for other things, I don't know. They may have also used them for doing the outside windows but I am not sure. I just tell the tenants that Stanley Naudus is the person that they have to use for gutter cleaning and I have to have the receipt. They are reasonably priced. I do not know what the price is but they are a lot cheaper than another gutter company. They show up, because sometimes when you are not there, people do not show up and send you a bill. They have been very responsive. I could usually get them out to a property within a week which is important. For me, it is very easy to work with them. I can give them a credit card over the phone and they will send me the receipt. They are very easy to deal with and their pricing is good. I am using them again. In fact, I have a tenant that is moving out at the end of this month and I am just writing the email because they have to use approved vendors and that is already in this letter that they need to use them.

Stephen and another gentleman showed up on time and gave us a specific estimate (we had a ballpark estimate when we scheduled the appointment) for the work. They worked quickly and professionally and did excellent work. When there were issues with a window (e.g. existing scratch or stain) they communicated with us and showed us the specific issue. Overall the windows, sills, and screens look great and we would definitely use them again.
