Houservices has been regularly cleaning our home for several years now. After every visit, we appreciate coming home to a very clean house. They pay equal attention to all areas of the house (including the guest bedroom/bath that is hardly used). It has been virtually the same crew that has been cleaning our house throughout our time with them, including Roberto (the owner) as necessary. They are very accommodating to our infrequent schedule change requests, and have also been proactive in contacting us when they've wanted to reschedule. On those occasions when we couldn't agree to their rescheduling requests, the crew has come on the regular day and performed their usual, thorough cleaning anyway. Whenever we have noted issues that need correction, or identified areas that periodically need extra attention, Houservices has adjusted its services willingly and accordingly. Last summer, the crew ended up damaging a couple of our porcelain pieces. Roberto immediately contacted us and we ultimately ended up filing a claim against the company's insurance policy for the damages. The only complaint I might have about Houservices is that they could communicate refill needs more clearly; the crew uses our cleaning products (per agreement) and it isn't always clear when a product needs to be restocked. Overall, my experience with Houservices has been very positive and I highly recommend them for regular housecleaning.

Overall it was a very positive experience. I initially had difficulty contacting Houservices and had to leave a message indicating I would go with another vendor after no response for a couple of days to my messages. However, Houservices did contact me and set up an appointment and provided separate estimates for both the house cleaning and carpet cleaning after discussing what services I was looking for. Houservices was approximately 35 minutes late for the appointment, explaining that another job had caused them to be late. Houservices did not notify me - I had to call them to find out why they were late. Roberto (owner) did a detailed walkthrough of the condo with me once he and his crew arrived and provided an exact figure for the services, which fell on the lower end of his initial estimate. Roberto advised that the job would take about 2 - 3 hours to perform. The job ended up taking closer to four hours - Roberto did not give me a heads up, so I was unable to plan accordingly. Up to this point the experience wasn't overwhelmingly positive, but the quality of the Houservice's team's work was exceptional. It turned out the additional time was due to Roberto taking extra time to vacuum out the carpets after cleaning, in order to get them as dry as possible (the cleaning occurred in winter). All items addressed in the estimate (e.g., drawers, floors, window sills, the works) had been immaculately cleaned. I found very few exceptions and none that I felt was worth calling to Roberto's attention. The condo definitely looked better than I had even seen it, and certainly better than it was when I moved in myself. In particular, the carpet was fantastic and looked like new. My real estate agent was also very impressed with the quality of the work performed. Upon request, Roberto provided a line-item receipt for my records.

Roberto and his team are awesome! If it were not for them, my house would have been flooded over the Christmas holidays. The Houservices team showed up at my home the Friday after Christmas to find a pipe that burst in my basement that was flooding my kitchen and basement bathroom. The ladies wasted no time in getting in touch with Roberto and they turned off our main water valve to prevent any further damage. Roberto called me to let me know what was happening and later that week to find out if everything was OK with the house. Our insurance adjuster told us that their quick actions saved our basement from being flooded completely. Houservices has always been very accommodating when special requests for schedule changes come up, but this time they literally saved my house! I can't express how grateful I am that they were so quick to act. I was a loyal customer previously, but now I am an evangelist!

They do a good job. We've had a couple issues that we've brought to their attention of things that have not been done as well, but they react quickly. They work around our schedule. We will continue to use them.

They did a great job, and were very helpful. They were a little late, but they communicated well. They were friendly and made sure I was pleased.

There were a lot of places missed, drawers in the kitchen, oven cleaner not wiped out well, pantry was missed, tiled floors were lightly mopped well grime not cleaned. They were ready for light house work not heavy duty cleaning.

They called the evening before our first cleaning to confirm that we were still on. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would and did a fantastic job cleaning. They were very nice, professional, punctual, and their cost estimate over the phone was exactly in line with the final cost.

I called Roberto because my regular cleaning lady had a sick child at home. He gave me an estimate over the phone and we scheduled a time for him to come in about a week. I asked him to let me know if he had any cancellations as I wanted him to come sooner. He called back a couple of hours later and said he had a cancellation for later that day. He came when he said he would come and did what he said he would do. He and Sandra were both professional and polite and did a good job. I was grateful to get same day service at a reasonable price--more than my regular cleaning lady charges, but much less than others charge for initial cleaning.

Roberto came by to give an estimate and he and 2 others came by within 1 week to do the job!

We had originally contacted Houservices for regular housecleaning services for our new house, which should commence next week. At the last minute, the firm hired to clean our old house wasn't able to do the task. Our real estate agent contacted Mr. Otero who was able to schedule the cleaning quickly. The work was done efficiently without fuss. I'd also like to point out that Mr. Otero was so concerned about getting back to me about cleaning my own house, that he called me when he had a family emergency to explain why he'd be unavailable for a few days! His candor, professionalism, and willingness to work hard all impressed me (although I hope his wife didn't mind).

The owner of the company is the picture of professionalism and courtesy. When we've asked to change our cleaning day or to stop the service for a few weeks because of house repairs, he is more than accommodating. In addition, the few times we've had problems with the house not being cleaned up to our standards, he has had his crew return to finish the job properly. I recommend this cleaning service.

Excellent. Our basement flooded in June and, in addition to the flood mess, we had to have major drainage work done. When they were finished the basement was ready for carpeting.

GOOD, BASIC HOUSECLEANING AT A REASONABLE PRICE. RELIABLE, HONEST, VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE WHO RUN THE COMPANY AND DO THE CLEANING. WILL DO EXTRA WORK (WINDOWS, ETC.) FOR MODEST ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

THE SERVICE IS PRETTY DECENT, THE HOUSE LOOKS CLEAN AFTER THEY COME. THE ONLY DIFFICULTY IS THAT THE HOUSE HAS TO BE STRAIGHTENED UP BEFORE THEY CAN CLEAN, SO IF AN AREA IS MESSY OR CLUTTERED THEY WON'T CLEAN IT (I.E. A TEENAGER'S BEDROOM). STAFF ARE COURTEOUS AND ALWAYS LEAVE A NOTE IF THEY NEED YOU TO BUY MORE CLEANING SUPPLIES. THEY ALSO LEAVE A CARD AT CHRISTMAS, WHICH I FIND VERY THOUGHTFUL.
