Description of Work: My last visit was a service contract inspection of the A/C unit. Fortunately, nothing was wrong. However, at the end of last summer I lost my A/C twice and Condon Reed came out both times and quickly addressed the issues. When I heard a strange rumbling from my furnace, they came out quickly too and fixed the problem. For better or worse, my service contract has been a blessing for both of my units. But honestly, Condon Reed is always polite and speedy in responding. I've been very happy.

Description of Work: I called Condon Reed recently because of problems with my heating and air conditioning. They were so busy that they were booked solid for two weeks and could not even schedule an appointment. I understand that it was they very busy early summer air conditioning season. Even though they could not schedule an appointment, the gentleman who answered the phone spent time with me on the phone to troubleshoot the problem. I had used Condon Reed's services in the past, though not for a long time, and at the time they were competent and their prices were fair. I would call them again.

Since it was a very small job, I appreciated the fact that Condon-Reed responded quickly. It was July after all. The repair person did not charge us the usual minimum because we had had the system inspected and serviced by Condon-Reed in the spring and the drains should have been cleaned at the time.
Description of Work: Upstairs AC unit was overflowing and spilling water thought the ceiling onto the floor below. The repairman cleaned out the drain (and showed us how to do it ourselves) and also showed us how to prevent a recurrence.
