MAJOR HOME APPLIANCES REPAIR-IN HOME SERVICE
"I had a problem with Whirlpool microwave which is under the warranty, just bought two months ago from Home Depot. Called Whirlpool and they assigned KOAM to review. This morning a person from KOAM came at the door with very angry demeanor and started complaining that out visitor parking is too far, and he has to carry the tools. I told him that he should have called, I would have directed him where to park, instead he parked far and started blaming me. His body language from the beginning was very rude and zero politeness on anything. He looked at the microwave and immediately concluded that Whirlpool will not replace because it is a cosmetic thing. I showed him the at the door is broken and that is why the microwave is not working but he reiterated repeatedly with a nasty tone (as if this is my fault and I shouldn't have complained) that this don't need to be replaced. I find this company very unprofessional. While speaking power does matter but we all understand the gap but when it comes to irate service provider with angry body language, that is intolerable for anyone. I have called office manager, and she echoed the same way the technician did. I have asked for owner's phone number, and she has declined to provide. Now, whoever is reading it, do your own judgement. Thanks for your time"
