Never use “Sameday Repairs” 703-866-0766!! I needed my Thermador oven repaired and found them well reviewed online. They came out on 10/30 - while I was not expecting next day repair, based on the company’s name, I thought at least in time for Thanksgiving! WRONG!!! After not receiving any follow-up after I week, I called. They did not return the call when they promised. Wednesday 11/15 I was about to try again and had a message. They gave me a ($750!) estimate to replace 2 parts, but said the parts would not arrive for another week. WHAT THE WHAT? No expedited shipping available, no offer of assistance or help, nothing.
