Description of Work: The service tech came out to remove some downed, dead phone lines and only sloppily strung them back up. He was rude, unprofessional and had a threatening attitude about it. I called the company to complain, but I don't think anything was done or said to the tech person about his bad attitude. I've never seen such a disrespectful service tech person from Verizon.
