+ -1 moreI am looking into other land line providers in DC. I have been with Verizon for a long time. It is not worth the hassle.
Description of Work: I have paid for coverage for wiring inside my house. Verizon has been to my house on too many occasions. They cannot seem to get my phone lines to work. I have taken far too much time off of work. They are not responsive. I will be waiting more than 2 weeks to have them come to my house to do work - and I have no land line right now despite paying for the service.

+ -1 moreThe associates were very responsive and helped me through all the steps. They fully discussed all options for the renewal of my contract. They also were very receptive to my wished for a phone upgrade and explained all the different phones. They also gave me bonus minutes.
Description of Work: I went to the Fairfax Verizon store to renew my cellular contract and purchase a new phone.

+ 1 moreA great experience overall. The fiberoptic cable had to be extended to the house which required some digging in the backyard. They did a great job with putting the landscaping back together as there was little evidence showing that had dug. The tech came out within the given time window and acted very professionally. The service is very good. A noticeable upgrade on the non-HD channels over cable, and the internet is very fast (cost is based on monthly bill).
