Amazing experience! Had lots of work done. Clean and seal tile in the kitchen and main floor bathroom. We have had the carpets professionally cleaned many times before by other companies. The stains typically reappeared within a few weeks of being cleaned. Not this time, still looks great a month later! Andrey was wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We will definitely use this company again and have highly recommended them to friends.

I hired Ultimate as an alternative to several of the larger carpet cleaning companies in the area. I've now hired this company twice without disappointment. The first job was a full house carpet cleaning. The tech did an excellent job. But with a large puppy, I needed to have a few areas recleaned. I was more impressed the second time as I pointed to the areas that needed work and while the tech waited to retreat the areas he initially cleaned, he said, "oh, I decided to clean your stairs, too." What a nice surprise! My 15 year old carpets looked nearly new and the price was far less than the larger and more well known companies. I would highly recommend this company.

Andrey did an awesome job. I had many tough area that rug doctor wouldn't able to remove such as pet stains and curry spills. He took his time to fully clean each area carefully.

All I can say is, Andrey did an amazing job! It's been over 4 years since I got any carpet cleaning done and now it feels like a brand new place. He got the bedroom, living room and hallway done all within an hour. The company was super flexible with my time and was able to accommodate last minute scheduling. We had two dogs, four kids, countless friends and had been in the home for more than 5 years. Andrey and his team made our carpets look like new. They came on short notice and worked quickly. I recommend them to everyone I know in the market for carpet cleaning.

They restored my carpet and I bet they could do a sofa and loveseat too. More surprises the hot steam removed the dirt an grime. It came clean. Colors appeared in he fabric that I hadn't seen in years. Now it looks so good, we can defer buying new furniture for a few more years. My wife agrees that the furniture looks unbelievably restored.

Technician showed up on time. He was very polite, professional and personable as we looked over our carpet which was starting to look old and dirty. We agreed on a reasonable price and he got to work. Some time later-voila! Carpet looks new and fuzzy again and the house smells so fresh.

He did such an amazing job cleaning my carpets! He kept me informed and let me know exactly what time he would arrive. He carried a giant carpet cleaning machine up my stairs to my apartment and didn't complain one bit. He is such a happy, friendly and genuine guy who is so personable and easy to talk to. He added the pet odor treatment to the service which really made a difference. My carpets look and smell brand new! Will definitely be a regular customer!

Everything went great. A very noticible difference since everything was cleaned. Andre responded quickly when I called and was to my house as scheduled. He was great with my son and my 2 large dogs. He was very respectful to my home and used things to protect the corners of my walls, wore shoe protectors and was very cautious with my hardwood floors. I would defietly have him back next year for a yearly cleaning

The technician used hot steam and went over and over until it was virtually gone. The next day when dry I had to look carefully to see any ghost image of where the stain used to be This was the best carpet cleaning service I have had in 20 years. The price was a bargain considering all the extra effort the technician gave.

I am very impressed with how the carpets have been revitalized throughout the house. I am particularly pleased with the removal of coffee and wine stains in the great room and the removal of dirt in high traffic areas e.g. the entrance ways and the stairs. The owner is congenial, offers reasonable estimates, and provides the highest standards of workmanship. Scheduling was easy and services were dependable, efficient, and delivered as promised.
