Andrey, the owner, was our technician treating the water damage in our basement due to our hot water heater leak. He was absolutely AMAZING during the restoration process! Professional, friendly, prompt during appointment times, and extremely fast in response time. I normally don't do reviews, but I've made a point to share my experience. If I could give Andrey and his company 10 STARS, I would!

This is the first time I’ve written a review, but I feel that I need to commend my exceptionally positive recent experience with Ultimate Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration. This company’s responsiveness, attention to detail, and outstanding service far exceeded my expectations. Based on excellent on-line reviews, I urgently called Ultimate Water Damage when my entire basement flooded last month after a heavy rain. Within hours, Ultimate’s owner Mr. Andrey Borovkov appeared at my home, removed all remaining water and thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated exposed surfaces throughout my basement. Thanks to his quick response and expertise with carpets, Andrey was able to save brand new wall-to-wall carpeting in the finished section of the basement that we had just replaced due to a prior water backup. Replacing the carpet had been a major undertaking and costly, so we were incredibly relieved that Andrey was able to professionally dry, steam clean, and fully restore the carpet to original, “like new” condition. Andrey deployed fans and professional-grade de-humidifiers throughout the basement and returned to our home a number of times to check on progress fully drying all affected wood and other surfaces to prevent further damage. Throughout these efforts, Andrey was always punctual, exceptionally cordial, professional, and unsparing in attention to details. To our delight, the bill for all this work was extremely fair, and far less than we had paid another company, which did much less work when our basement had flooded previously. Finally, the company made no attempt to solicit a review (writing this is solely my initiative). Based on my exceptionally positive experience, I highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with water mitigation issues

Service was A+ from start to finish. Andrey arrived at the scheduled time, thoroughly cleaned the carpet, and when completed our 17 year old carpet looked almost new. Highly recommend!

We had a flooded basement and I contacted Andrey through Angie’s list. He responded within just a few minutes and was at our house within a few hours. He was able to save the carpet! He quickly removed the padding and took out a section of baseboard and drywall that had been just too saturated. He then sanitized and cleaned the carpet, and sprayed anti-microbial on the floor and studs. He put out 4 different fans and a dehumidifier. Within about 24 hours everything was dry, but he left the fans going for 3 days to ensure everything was fully dry. He then came back about a week later and put down new pad and put the carpeting back in place. It looks like nothing ever happened. Andrey was very easy to deal with, fast in his response, and reasonable on his pricing.

I have used this company several times, and the job is always perfection! Flawless work, arrived on time, worked quickly, professional - and the prices are very fair. There was no sales pressure to add extra rooms. Removed a red fruit juice stain that another company had left behind. We are thrilled and will be using their services again!

Since my carpet is 20+ years old Andrey forewarned me that he would be able to make my carpet look good... but not like new. I was not a bit disappointed; the carpet looks so much better than it did before it was cleaned. I would definitely recommend Ultimate Carpet Cleaning.

Great! Andrey came to the house late on a Saturday night to assess the situation and returned the next day to power extract water from the carpet. He was totally upfront that he did not have the capacity to dry the carpet so we were able to get another company lined up immediately for that part. We’ve had many basement floods (in 3 different homes in Fairfax Co.) and never had such a prompt and effective response. I would highly recommend this company.

Andrey did an amazing job on our carpets. I swear, he is a carpet and tile magician! He cleaned the carpets in 6 rooms, cleaned 1 staircase runner and 1 area rug, and cleaned our mudroom tiles. His price was very good. I called 4 carpet cleaning companies and he was the ONLY one to answer the phone. His quote that matched the price he charged me. We scheduled service for the next day, and he arrived on time. He was kind, courteous, and respectful. He was neat and tidy, careful, respectful of our home and furniture, and he worked diligently. Our carpets were covered in stains from my filthy dogs and messy kids. I decided to get the carpets cleaned, not expecting too much. When Andrey left, they honestly looked like new again! He was even able to remove a giant pet stain from our bedroom where a pet sitter left dog pee for nearly 2 weeks while we were on vacation - the stain had been on the carpet for more than a year - it is SPOTLESS now! I thought we'd have to replace the carpets but Andrey worked a miracle in there. Some of Andrey's best magic: the mudroom. Our mudroom is our "dog room" and our dogs stay in there when we're not home or when they're too muddy or wet. It smells and it's dirty! Andrey had it looking 2 shades lighter by the time he was done- I hadn't realized how dirty it was, even though I mop it weekly! It looked like new and the stink was gone by the time he was done. I would recommend Andrey and Ultimate Carpet Cleaning to anyone who asks. He did an excellent job!

Wanted to thank Andrey and his team for a quick response and drying out our basement within a few days. We had broken pipe due to cold weather. Carpet was wet in exercise room and went to one of the bedrooms as well. We called Ultimate Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration for a advise and a quote. 45 minutes later these guys were extracting water and placing the drying equipment. Andrey did a great job of cleaning our 10 year old carpets. When he was finished they looked like new. He is very professional and hard working. I highly recommend him. We are going to have come back every 6 months to keep our carpets looking tip, top!

After having our wall-to-wall carpet steam cleaned by Ultimate Cleaning and Restoration, it looks cleaner and much fresher. The carpet is over 20 years old and had only been steam cleaned once before, so we weren't expecting miracles. We appreciated that Andrey, the owner of Ultimate Cleaning and Restoration, was up front about what to expect in areas that were stained or had accumulated more dirt such as along some of the baseboards. He was very professional and courteous, and took obvious pride in his company and his work. He also touched base again a few days later to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. The cost was similar to estimates we had received from other carpet cleaning companies.

Andrey was able to get the work done the same day I called. He showed up exactly on time, did a walkthrough of the condo, and pointed out what the likely results would be (tenant had apparently tried cleaning a few spots, but made the problem worse by bleaching the carpet). Next, he got to work, thoroughly cleaning the upholstery and cushions before moving on to the carpets. The results were better than promised or expected, and the place looks so much better - ready for the new tenant. I'd definitely recommend Andrey to anyone; besides getting the job done, he was great at explaining everything, has invested a lot in the cleaning equipment, and is super friendly. On top of that, his rates were very competitive.

These guys are the best. Quality service delivered from start to finish. Team was super awesome to work with and kept us up to date at every step of the way. Flooded area was restored on time with quality workmanship and no short cuts were taken. They helped me get through the insurance paperwork which made the whole experience even better.

I am more than happy with the result. ~6 months ago, a different carpet cleaner cleaned our house. The stained areas (pet stains and drum pedal grease on white carpet) did not come up at that time among other problems -_-. We searched for another cleaner, and this company was the only response that positively assured us they could get the stains up or mostly gone. Other companies either didn’t respond or said they can’t get grease stains up. They were absolutely right! Carpets look MUCH better. The stains are either mostly or completely gone. The cleaner was also highly professional, patient, and courteous. Coincidentally and unfortunately, we had a pipe leak the same day and they patiently worked around that team. Highly recommend!

Andrey did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in our home, as well as a sofa, loveseat, and chair. The carpets look great, he was able to extract a couple of stains we thought permanent, and the furniture looks brand new. We were traveling from Connecticut and our dog had an accident in the car. Had to look for upholstery cleaning service in northern Virginia. Called Ultimate Carpet Cleaning, explained what happened and were able to get appointment within an hour. They were able to remove a really bad smell. The stain is removed and smells great. Very happy with quick response and quality of work. Highly recommend!

Could not have been easier! I called, they picked up, scheduled an appointment that same day to give me a quote and then came the very next day to complete the job! He was worried that the carpet stretching might not go well because the initial install (done by a different company) was not done well, but it turned out amazing! I appreciated the honesty and the end results were stunning! No more giant folds and the spots that had burns literally dissapeared! If you are looking for work with your carpet I would highly recommend this company!!

Andrey is running a first rate 5 star carpet cleaning company. He is punctual professional and did a fabulous job cleaning my carpet. I had a 15 year old standard poodle who started having accidents from time to time. I am fanatic about having a clean carpet, especially after the poodle puddles and worse (my poor old friend couldn't help it). I tried to clean it up the best I could with Resolve, but even if you rinse with water and blot it out with a towel several times, you get a sticky residue. I expect a carpet cleaning service that uses a steam/strong vacuum technique would be able to get that residue out. The previous company I hired (you see their yellow trucks everywhere) breezed through the job as quickly as they could, not going over any section twice. The result was sticky sections of carpet with a residue still in the carpet. Andrey took twice the time, going over sections that required extra rinsing, to make sure my carpet was refreshingly clean. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend Ultimate Carpet Cleaning to everyone.

Andrey called on a weekend to schedule the cleaning at my convenience and arrived on time. Everything about him from uniform to equipment was professional from start to finish. He worked diligently to get some old stains out of our sofas and followed up the next day.

I found Ultimate Cleaning & Restorations and made the call. They were here in about an hour and got started. They were able to move all the furniture and get the equipment set up to extract the water and then set up fans or blowers to dry the area out. After a couple days everything was dried out which was great. I was shocked when they offered complementary carpet cleaning for the affected area. Again the service was completed in a timely manner and turned out great. I’m so thankful I called this was a great service.

Andrey arrived on-time, worked for several hours, and produced a wonderful product at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use Ultimate again for other cleaning needs. Just great!

Carpet ended up having to be removed due to massive water damage. Andrey was extremely responsive and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the damage to our basement was completely taken care of, and at a very fair price.

Ultimate carpet cleaning was able to remove a stubborn dirt stain by the side door. They left the carpet looking clean and new. The room looks refreshed and smells fantastic.
