Description of Work: It was just a case of miscommunication. Company was very polite and helpful.

Description of Work: They were very punctual and showed up on time very morning. They refinished our small bathroom on our third floor and worked very quickly. Addressed all of the items I had questions about daily and even finished a day earlier than anticipated. I would use them again for any future projects.

Description of Work: Replaced an outdoor hose bib. Went perfectly. Plumber showed up on time and was professional.

Description of Work: Gutted and replaced/updated Master bath and a second bath. Removed soffits and partial walls. Very punctual, showed up every day at 7.am, did a great job, great communication -every email, call or concern was promptly answered. The crews were so polite and a pleasure to have in our home. They cleaned up every day before they left. Any additional costs they ran into was addressed before any action was taken, so the final bill was known ahead of time.

Description of Work: Revovation of master and hall bathroom. Price was good and selection of product was convenient. Clean for the most part. Responsive when call. Have had them back out for minor fixes since installation. Reason why I would hesitate to hire them again is attention to detail.

Description of Work: Two Poor Teachers remodeled the circa-1955 bathroom in my home -- taking the room down to its studs, all new tiling, drywall, fixtures, painting. They were an impressive company, from estimates to work ethic, to finished product. I was delighted with them in all respects, and would both recommend them and hire them again (which, in fact, I have done -- just signed a contract to re-do bathroom #2). Particularly during the phase of getting estimates, TPT was impressive. Tom and I agreed he would come see the bath at 10:00 on a Saturday, and he rang my bell promptly at 10:00. He offered options from basic to high-end -- all my choice, not his, and agreed to hang some of my wall shelves. TPT's crew showed up promptly at 7:00 a.m. each day, laid down plastic and drop cloths to keep my home clean, closed every door they could find to minimize dust accumulation in every room, and cleaned up beautifully every day when they left -- never before 3 p.m., often after 6 p.m. They couldn't have been nicer, or more respectful to me, my family and my home. On a day when my daughter was sick in her nearby bedroom, they were particularly quiet and accommodating of her issues. They were careful to ask me about placement of every single item -- from the listello around the bathtub tiles, to towel racks, to mirrors and light fixtures. I was particularly impressed with their dry-walling skills -- you can't tell where the old wall ends and the new one begins, and their painting was careful and flawless. Less than five days after they started, I had a perfect new bathroom. A week later, I find myself walking upstairs just to gaze upon it! The final invoice was in fact a couple hundred dollars LESS than the contract estimate -- they estimated $800 for a "banjo-shaped" granite countertop counter that came in at $690, and subtracted from their bill all items that I purchased. As their advertising says, they "get an A+" with me.
