Work was done quickly and efficiently and during the window of time that I requested. I had expected the need to have some of the facia wood replaced but the crew said the wood was good enough and was able to screw it into the house, saving me a few dollars.

Great. They were quick to respond, did great work and matched what I had a reasonable price.

STB came out the very next day - about 45 min before their scheduled time and finished up in about an hour. It was efficient, clean and looks great. The only thing that was a little off was the garage end of our gutter screens, but it was easy enough for my husband to fix it from a ladder. So not really a big deal.

Called for an estimate, sent representative same day. Excellent communication via email and text messages. Scheduled replacement of gutters much sooner than anticipated and quality was much better than previous gutters. Team was courteous and thoughtful in keeping home as clean as possible. Haven't had a problem with any leaks considering all the rain we've had.

I'm very pleased with STB. The price was significantly below other estimates, and they are very responsive. Once I decided to use them, my job was scheduled for the next day. The quality is excellent and I would use them again.

They did work on my house in Vienna. They did a good job. It was very reasonable. I would recommend them. The clean up was fine.

They were great. I thought it was reasonable. As far as I know, it's good. They were good all around. There were two or three people. They did it while we weren't there. They replaced the gutter and it looked brand new. Very good.

The project went very well. Very prompt and professional. Roof was done within a day, and gutters/fascia boards done in one day as well. There was a minor error noticed with the roof vent cap installation. STB Remodeling acknowledged this and promptly came back to correct. I was very pleased with the end result as well as the customer service.

Very efficient response. Estimator showed up same day Angie's List deal was purchased and was very professional. It was explained to him that we required one new gutter panel to replace the older one. After color-matching was done I showed him another gutter line in which the elbow had come loose. It needed some sealant. It would have been nice to have them offer to seal it as part of the $200 deal but unfortunately they did not. My fault for not asking. Overall I am happy with the new gutter.

Very smooth and professional. STB had great patience. We started the process during a period when we were busy with post-holiday activities and family and out of town obligations. John Lee, the project manager, had great patience in working around our filled calendar and had great flexibility in returning to our home to directly answer questions. Mr. Lee kept us apprised of the work schedule. They arrived on-time and the crew commenced work immediately. Everything went smoothly during the installation and Mr. Lee took the time to walk around the the house to discuss the completed work, and answered any questions we had. The questions were relatively few since the work was done just as we discussed when we set up the contract. They also did a great job cleaning up the work site. Again, a very professional team and installation.

The STB team managed to get the project done smoothly. The most impressive part is that when there is a problem, they did not hide it or try to convince you that it was fine. The STB team was honest about the problems along the way and was serious about our concerns. The bottomline is, they were willing to communicate and took care of all the unexpected situations quickly and nicely. And we are very happy with the final results. Mr. Kim from STB was very helpful. He explained the entire project to us and provided comprehensive information about the materials as well as the procedures. As our project manager, Mr. Kim was friendly, patient and professional. He went out of his way to provide useful information beyond this project to help us planning the remodeling.

It couldn't have been smoother. I made one call to Mr. Kim, providing my address and what I wanted--an estimate for the gutter repair and a second for the screens. He called to say that he'd be able to send someone to do an estimate that afternoon. The next morning--a Friday--I checked my email and found his proposal--complete and reasonably priced. I accepted and he told me he would schedule the work once he had a better sense of the weather. The next morning I heard from him, saying he had a crew available to do the work that afternoon. They appeared on time, kept me informed about what they were doing, and removed the old gutter. I couldn't be more pleased with the installation and professionalism. I'll definitely recommend them to my neighbors and keep their contact info handy for any future needs.

They did a great job. They were here for one hour, got everything done, cleaned up after themselves and left. The price was very good for the work.

Overall, it went well. Good product and installation. The only complaint I had was that they damaged a security light while removing the old gutterson the front of my house, and didn't offer to replace it.
