This is an update to, "They did a beautiful job and were very responsive". One of the reasons I went with them and paid a little more was I trusted them to come back if something did not go right. One of the gutter guards had come misaligned so I called them. In a couple of days, they came back and remedied the issue. This is why I will use them again.

Company showed up on time and completed the work as outlined in the estimate that they provided to us prior to the work. My husband was happy with all that was done and we will hire them again.

The entire process from bid to completion was no-nonsense and professional. STB showed up on time of the for the initial appointment and sent a prompt quote the following day. I set appointments with 4 other contractors. 2 were no-shows. 1 showed but never sent a proposal. 1 showed up and delivered a timely quote however the STB proposal was much better. Very happy with the work. Crew was very professional.

The project went very smoothly. I spoke with TS on a Thursday and he scheduled an estimate for the following date. The salesmen was very knowledgeable and walked me through the various options for the gutters. I received a firm estimate on Monday and the work was scheduled the following day. The crew arrived on time and were very professional. The removed our old gutters, installed new ones, and installed gutter guard on all the gutters. After speaking on site, they agreed to include replacing a small area of guttering that was too small for the space. The job took about 3 1/2 hours and they hauled away all the trash, debris, and old gutters. We received a 5-year warranty on the work and a 20-year warranty on the gutter guard. Overall, I am extremely pleased not only with the level of service I received (both before and after install), but with the pricing--it was very competitive. I highly recommend TS and his team.

No estimate on repairing. Only replacing. I feel that the gutter can be realigned. The gutter was only inspected by sight, never touched. He showed up unexpectedly.

Very well, received an estimate Monday, job was finished by 3pm on Wed. Gutters look great, hoping they perform as well, crew was very efficient, cleaned up extremely well, hauled the old stuff away. 5 year guarantee on the labor is nice. Will have them back to do the barn next year.
