Description of Work: Excellent. Home damaged in Super Storm Sandy. Replaced total roof, installed new vinel siding,repaired structural damage to walkout basement wall and main floor deck, installed two new windows in basement. Responsive costing and scheduling in difficult time of the year. Painting and detailing of all the work is superior. Very responsive to our concerns and customizing requests. Timely workoff of the very short punchlist. A better contractor cannot be found in the Nothern Virginia area.

Description of Work: These guys are great, very responsive with coming out to quote, and very responsive when completing the job. They installed gutter guards on our home, and did a great job at a great price. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal over the internet. The company telephoned me right away, very promptly, but I had to call back. Once I spoke to the company representative and explained the work that I want to have done (repairing a french drain in my backyard), he told me that they do not do that type of work. He suggested that I contact a plumber or a landscaper. He also informed me to go onto the Angie's List websit and request the refund there.

Description of Work: CHEVY CHASE REMODELING refinished my 25 year old wood floors that were really bad off. They look brand new through and through. They even removed existing issues that I did not expect. They were courteous and they explained step by step what to expect. I have already made recommendations to others! Thanks very much!

Description of Work: Had them come out to replace gutters. They did nice work for a good price, but I had an issue with them. The owner tried to overcharge us for gutter wedges. When I looked into the item, I discovered that that the "wedges" were a very common part in gutter installation, and cost about $1 each. When I asked how he could justify an additional $100 invoice for $12 in parts, the owner said that he was sorry and there must have been some miscommunication, and that there would be no additional charges and our business was completed. |Long story short, buyer beware! These guys tried to rip me off, and would have succeeded if it hadn't been for a quick google search about they were trying to sell me.

Description of Work: They replace all the gutters and downspouts on my house and replaced some damaged wood. They were really quite good. If I hadn't known they were going to be at my house that day I would not have noticed. They picked up all the trash and did not leave a mess. The owner followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy, and I was. They were fantastic!!

Description of Work: They replaced gutters in front of house. Came for estimate day after I bought the big deal. Gave me a few repair or replace options. I decided the next day and they did work 2 days later right after a snowstorm. Cleaned up yard and were very efficient.
