Description of Work: Replaced the siding and gutters on our house, including detail trimming around windows. They did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Stripped and replaced roof and gutters. They called the day before and gave us a time and requirements such as access to the driveway. They completed the job in less time than expected, even when challenges arose.

Description of Work: They came out for an estimate to replace or fix my gutters. They gave me an estimate based on just looking at them from the front yard. They did not even go up to the roof to inspect to see what the problem was. They just said, "you need new gutters..." etc etc. I did not like that and after getting other estimates from companies that got up a ladder to look, I am glad. Did not need a full replacement on one gutter, it could be fixed and the other replaced. These guys are probably good if you do not care about cost or repairs and are just set on putting on new gutters - but, really, you do not even go up and inspect current gutters? Very odd business practice. The gentlemen who came by the house was on time, courteous and professional.

Description of Work: I had a broken gutter that was breaking away from the roof. I called STB and they were able to visit me the same afternoon to give me a quote. The team showed up on time on the scheduled day, were very professional, and fixed the gutter.

Description of Work: Responded to initial inquiry in less than thirty minutes on a Saturday and came within hours to review and measure for quote. | |Replaced all gutters with new. Matched color and gutters were improvement in quality over old model. I requested and they supplied with quotes for replacing downspouts and providing gutter covers as well. STB was happy to replace only gutters. Took about an hour to perform the work from start to finish.

Description of Work: From my first contact with them, to sending out their estimator, and finally getting the work done when I approved the estimate, only four days passed. STB was highly professional throughout, and their work crew did an excellent job removing my old gutters, installing the new ones, and installing a gutter-guard. While I only needed a single side of my house's gutters replaced this time around, I will certainly not hesitate to contact them in the future.

After evaluating the situation they advised me that I did not need the repairs I was anticipating and did not charge me for the evaluation. I was somewhat suprised by the candor and very pleased with the professionalism displayed by this company. I would not hesitate whatsoever to use this company in the future.
