Four men arrived very close to on time -- which was about 9:15am -- within about 2 1/2 hours the gutters were replaced. Within days we had a very heavy rainfall and the new gutters were perfect.

I was very pleased with my experience with Young's Construction. Mr. Ben Chae was very prompt in returning my call, explained my options, and provided an estimate. When I decided to have the work done, it was scheduled quickly at my convenience. The workers showed up when expected, Mr. Chae came by to ensure everything was in order. The workers were very respectful of my property, and left virtually no evidence that they had even been there--no damage to landscaping, everything cleaned up upon completion, etc. I am very happy with the work that was done and would not hesitate to recommend Young's Construction or to call upon them in the future.

The replaced siding is beautiful. I got to decide on the color of the siding by looking at the multiple samples that the company emailed to me. They also brought color samples of the sidings for me to see. The job was completed on time just as they told me. All of the workers were very polite. The entire area was cleaned as soon as the work was completed.

This company was amazing. They came out without me being there and measured so they could give me an estimate. It took all of two hours to get a written estimate and a verbal one as well. I wasn't pleased with the price at first, but once Mr Kim explained to me in detail, it turned out to be a good price. This was on a Wednesday and they did the work on Saturday. The guys that came out knew what they were doing. They got straight to the point and the work was done within an hour. WOW! I plan to use this same company to do my siding as well. The professionalism and promptness will take this company a long way.

It went very well I called them to my surprise the called back the same day and came to my house the very next day. The service provider was on time and very knowledgable. I had a coupon from his company which saved me a lot of money. The next day they showed up on time and ready to work. They did a wonderful job and I got a wonderful price . I can honestly say I fell like I got what I paid for change. I would use them again in hart beats!

The workers were punctual as well as very courteous. They cleaned the work area once the job was completed.

Very responsive, provider called within a half hour of my Angie's list coupon purchase. Set up a time to review the needed repairs that afternoon. Mr. Kim said he would call me at 5pm to tell me when they'd come fix it. He called as promised and set up the time to repair. A crew of 4 came out around 9am the next day and the repairs were made within a half hour. Very professional and courteous.

I purchased the $99 for 50 feet of gutters Big Deal on Monday and emailed the provider to find out when they would be available to install the gutter (my gutter was falling down in the front). I got a call back within minutes. They were able to inspect my house that same day. They measured the amount of gutters and downsputs that needed to be replaced and also gave me an estimate to install gutter screens. (I was also in the market for these and was replacing the gutter first to get other quotes) I got the bid that evening and accepted (way below the quote another provider gave me), and they were at my house the next morning at 8:00 AM. The new gutter was installed and all the screens installed by 10:00 AM. The crew was very nice and helpful. The previous gutters had been installed at the wrong angle. These guys were amazing, and I can't wait to see how the guards hold up this fall when the giant trees start dropping the leaves and nuts. I know who I'm going to give a call when I'm getting my siding replaced (a few projects down the road).

Several bids including insurance estimate. Several additional contractors did not show for estimate. Price was consistent with insurance estimate and two other contractors. Ben Chae , project manager, spent time and gave us much advice and options on what MUST be done and what the options were in terms of quality, cost and timeline. He provided full size samples of roofing and siding and was sensitive to the need to get HOA approvals on colors and materials. Once selections were made, work started within the week. Roof took less than two days and the siding less than 4 days. Mr Young was here on two days helping and advising. Each of the crew was clean and courtious and willing to educate both my wife and me on the intricacies of the jobs. Had an expeditor/supervisor here each day for most of the day. Great attention to detail and accepted all suggestions- even the dumb ones and took the time to explain why we did not want to do something.

I got in touch with Mr. Kim from Young's Construction and informed him that my roof was leaking badly. He was kind, respectful, and didn't play games with pricing. He gave me his price (which was the best we got by far) and went on his way. After looking for a better price and failing, I contacted him and asked him for references. He sent them immediately, after calling three of his satisfied customers I felt comfortable enough to contract Young's Construction. I scheduled to have the work done later that week and Mr. Kim showed up at the scheduled time with his crew. They removed all old roofing materials, and installed a perfect new roof in it's place in one day. When he ran into unforseen difficulty with our existing roof he simply called me at work, informed me that it would take a little longer, and still managed to have it done by the time I got home (and he didn't try to increase the price) . Shortly after we had extremely heavy showers and I noticed NO leaks. This is the way a home improvement company is supposed to be run. I only wish I had found Young's Construction prior to using other contractors for my home improvement project. I've even asked to be used as a reference upon request.
