The service was very good. They came right out and did exactly what I asked them to do. They did a good job.

Mr. Kim was an excellent communicator. Once I bought the $200 of service for $99 he came out to evaluate the service prior to work being done. Two days later, he and a repairman came to my house for repairs. They arrived early and worked quickly. When I arrived home that day, the work looked really good. There were two negatives however: 1) Both of my backyard gates were left open. This resulted in my dog getting loose when I let him out to handle his business...no excuse. 2) When I was surveying the work from 25' below, I discovered several rusty nails that were pulled from the gutters that were previously in the gutters. I appreciate their attention to detail in the work but there should be the same attention to cleaning up afterwards. Tetanus or the loss of our dog should not be a worry for clients. I would use again, but would set specific goals of what I expect for cleanup and securing my property.

Mr. Kim was very responsive from the beginning, responding very effectively and thoroughly to emails. He was thorough in his inspection of the old gutter system and was prompt in providing an estimate, a couple of days later, for a replacement system. His estimate included an option for gutter screens, but he did not do hard sell on this item; we opted, without pressure from him, to include it in our acceptance of his bid. A large crew -- six! -- came to work on the new gutter system, and they were incredibly fast. The work looks very nice, and we are eager to see how it performs in the next rains.

They did a good job. They are on time and professional. I would use them again in the future if I need.

My experience from start to finish was excellent! After purchasing one of the Angie's List "Big Deals" from this provider, he made contact with me within 5 minutes. I told him what I needed and he then gave me an email quote which was very reasonable and it matched what the Big Deal coupon was offering. In the email, Mr. Young stated they would start the work the following week due to lots of rain we were having. Much to my surprise, they called me during a break in the rain and asked if they could come out and do the work. Two employees showed up and went through the job details, got to work and in no time finished the job. They were great to deal with! Quite simply put?I was extremely happy with the service I received from Young's Construction.

They did an awesome job, we were amazed. It was quick, inexpensive and it looks and works great.

Ben Chae came out the same day to give an estimate, which was competitively priced. However, he promised to email me the estimate and information on the gutter guards he recommended but never sent me an email. He also never responded to my email or phone call. We ended up using another provider.

They out promptly and gave an estimate which was a little higher than the estimate we already had. However, they said they could do the work later in the same week while the other contractor couldn't start for 3 weeks. We scheduled them to come out on a Thursday. They called the next day and said that they had a crew that could come out that afternoon and do the job so they came out and did the job the very next day. Very good work and very professional. I have no qualms recommending this company again. Very pleased!

I had a different modification in mind, the crew lead suggested a better idea, quickly implemented.it. Also, they came with the two color options i asked for so my Wife and i could give the final ok/decision on materials.

We had a pretty good experience with them. They were pretty efficient. They were very quick. They worked less than an hour and everything was fixed. There was a little miscommunication about how much was being replaced but they fixed the problem. We didn't compare their prices.

He said we were too far and I had to pay extra for him to come out. It ended up costing more than if I had used another local company. He was only here for 10 minutes and I don’t believe it was worth the extra cost.

Mr. Young called to make an appointment to survey the damage. He then diagnosed where the water was coming from - from the neighbor's damaged/leaking gutter. He however advised that my own gutters were full of leaves, old and could begin causing a similar problem; and recommended to replace them with current ones that keeps the leaves/debris out. Quoted me a price of $300 which I accepted. The new gutters were installed on July 7. Later in the afternoon he called for a confirmation that they had been installed; and the following Monday he called again to verify that the gutter were working well as it had been raining all that weekend. Young's Construction Inc. is among the companies that has lived to its expectations in serving clients on time; polite to with long term suggestions benefiting those they serve; including living to the promises they sign up for on Angie's List. AL should feature such companies in their monthly booklet based on the honesty of clients. Thank you

The owner of the company responded to my inquiry immediately. He sent a crew of 4 out the next business day to do the work. They were extremely polite, professional, and hard working. The price was half of what was quoted by the company that installed our house gutters. It is so nice to know there is still a company out there that will do the work promptly, do it well, and doesn't mind taking care of "small" jobs. I would highly recommend this company to others and will use them for any future work.

Everything went smoothly. Young's Construction beat the price of competitors, and their work looks very good. The whole thing took only two hours and our house was left clean. They secured the downspout to existing pipes very well - just as we had requested. Communication was fine - in fact, though Ben thought that they didn't have the right color for our gutter, the owner went and picked it up, so the work was finished a day earlier. All in all, it was easy and we are happy.

OMG! This company is Awesome! I purchased the $99 dollar deal for $200 worth of gutter repair or replacement work on Tuesday, the PM Ben Chase called me on Wednesday and performed the survey, and the work was completed on Thursday. I've never dealt with company that was able to perform such a quick turnaround. They applied the $200 credit towards the work bringing the total of $437.00. my house looks like it got a face lift. The installers were courteous and very professional. I would definitely refer this company to anyone needing any gutter work done. Thanks Angie's List

When these homes were built, they used nails that are started to pop out. Youngs construction came out promptly, let me know if I had just pushed the nails back in they would have eventually popped out again. They replaced the gutters for me with the clip on style, came out right away unlike another company that I called who said they couldn't come out until well into August. I called them and they came back a few days later because I noticed there was a small gap between the gutter and the capping, they came back and fixed that gap and sealed the cracks for me so the bees couldn't get in.

They notified me when they weren't able to make the first appointment due to traffic and kept the second one. They were very quick and did an excellent job--offering to do more than I asked for no additional cost to make the big deal I purchased worthwhile. No debris was left behind and my property wasn't damaged.

TS Kim was extremely professional, polite, friendly. He was very responsive and communicated frequently and quickly through both email and phone - and explained everything in detail so we could make an informed decision which services to have done. Service was prompt from first call, to estimate (which was free), to the service. The job was completed within three days! We are more than satisfied with all the work and would use Young's again for other services.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out just fine. The technician came out, did the estimate, performed the work and it was very satisfactory. Everything went in accordance with the deal that I purchased. He called me almost immediately after I purchased the Big Deal and arranged to come out and do the estimate within two or three days. He tried to encourage additional services but I did not want any, so I paid only the price of the Big Deal. He was very prompt; the follow-up was fast. The company actually called me; I did not have to call them after purchasing the deal.
